I think maybe because the this was sitting chilled/refrigerated for a while the top craquelin layer wasn't quite crispy anymore, though it looked nice. Personally it was a bit too much regular whipped cream, would've preferred more of a taro pastry cream. - mango pudding with fresh mango $6.50 mango flavor in the pudding was light though it was a nice tease of flavor. The texture was on the firmer side for puddings. The mangos were a bit oxidized though tasted ok, maybe glaze them or do something to maintain the color? The pancakes were delicious, they were light and fluffy and the buttercream added a nice touch to them. The guava flavor paired well with the pancakes. My friends and I noticed that the place gets really full but seems to clear out around 1pm on weekdays. There is a bathroom available all the way in the back which is nice. The workers were friendly, overall great experience. I will definitely be back.
