I think maybe because the this was sitting chilled/refrigerated for a while the top craquelin layer wasn't quite crispy anymore, though it looked nice. Personally it was a bit too much regular whipped cream, would've preferred more of a taro pastry cream. - mango pudding with fresh mango $6.50 mango flavor in the pudding was light though it was a nice tease of flavor. The texture was on the firmer side for puddings. The mangos were a bit oxidized though tasted ok, maybe glaze them or do something to maintain the color? Vietnamese Cloud Coffee - Cà Phê Trứng (Egg Coffee) is made with egg yolks + Vietnamese coffee powder. Lastly, it's lightly sweetened with condensed milk to give off an all-around creamy texture and taste similar to tiramisu. Something created with such simple ingredients yet could feel so soothing at the same time. A hot coffee-based drink on a cold, rainy day is like a snuggly hug. Staff called out your name when it was ready for pickup. Love starting my day off with the strong flavor of Vietnamese coffee!
