Our carpets had not been cleaned since we purchased out home. We inquired with a number of services about cleaning our 2 bedrooms, stairs and hallway. Art was very responsive and his website provided before and after photos that were watermarked with his logo. We scheduled services and couldn't be more pleased with the results. We did have two minor places that were missed and were advised that some difficult stains (they came with the purchase of the home many years ago) may not come up.
