The reviews have definitely gone downhill since I first learned of A's just 4 yrs ago. I've learned they are very inconsistent with their pizza's and such. So when I go in for pizza stick which used to be my favorite I always ask them can you please make sure they add an adequate amount of sauce? Which I did this last time..after ordering 3 orders and not only was there barely any sauce but the whole bottom of our pizza sticks were burnt and DRY! The bread was not fresh! And every time u call to put in your order their is always a rude kid answering that doesn't want to listen to how you would like your order..this was my last time wasting my money here when the service is rude, inconsistent and they lack fresh bread with no sauce! Disgrace to pizza & food as a whole. $100 for sloppily prepared pizza, Watery Spaghetti, back of the oven mushy cookie, Chicken wings that are soggy, but are half burnt on one side, and the pizza is HORRENDOUS. The pizza wasn't cut into slices, and not only is the cheese rubbery and tasteless, but is has a very chewy stretchy texture. I completely understand the world situation we're in but if your not gonna prepare food properly, why even serve it? Ordered 2 pizzas for delivery waited an hour and 40 minutes. I called to check on the status, they couldn't find my order. I gave them the order number and was told they'd look for my order and call me back. 10 minutes later I received a call back, they simply stated they had found my ticket and will work on the order. Received my order 30 minutes later. The vegetables on top still pretty much raw. Very disappointed. A discount or having the delivery fee waived would have been nice although I would have been happy with a simple apology none of which were received. read more

So a bit of back story, I was supposed to visit my best friends family in Canyon Lake. It's a gated community with guards and everything. My brother was at the dealership and was "finishing up" in an hour...three hours later still stuck outside the gate cause the guard says I'm not in the system...I say screw it I'm hungry for pizza this place looks like a hole in the wall, nothing to look at... We tried A's again after a streak of wrong ingredients and cold pizza with pickup. Need to update online ordering so you can time your pick-up better. The site says "due to short staff, pizza may take longer". The app said the pizza would be ready in 30 mins, however and when I picked it up in 30 mins, it was waiting in a warmer bag. The pizza is delicious! Nothing bad to say about the quality. (Favorite is the Alfredo and the margherita) However the quantity just doesn't seem right for what your paying. They consider the large to be a large but It's really a medium size. Only 10 slices and they're super small. Typically a large is 12 slices and they're decently sized. And getting the XL is only 2 slices more... Unhappy with paying $21+ for the size. They should re-consider how they portion. A large needs to be LARGE. This place is the bomb! We've ordered twice now and the pizza is consistently good. We've gotten pepperoni both times and a different speciality. The pastrami pizza is delicious and unique. Not sure if they offer this but you gotta add pickles at home because hello it's pastrami! We also ordered the chicken Alfredo and holy garlic It is so tasty!! All of their pizzas have a generous amount of cheese and that Crispy on the outside, chewy on the inside crust. Fast friendly service. Heard from my new neighbor that their wings were good. So stopped in and ordered wings, place needs to be redone looks like crap. Ordered wings, they gave me one little container of Ranch dressing. Told the young guy if I can have another, he said you have to ask owner who was sitting at a table folding pizza boxes. He said 75 cents, I said for this little container. He said yes. So told him this is my first time here I am not going to pay 75 cents for a 2nd little container of ranch. He said ole well.
