I live all the way in the back of Spanish Springs and taking three doggos at once is pure comedy or chaos, take your pick. Waited for 25 minutes. Nobody but another person in the same situation. So two cars, two peeps and four dogs. We both left. Not sure if something happened to the owner, hopefully she is ok, that's my first thoughts as all of the items are still there. We have two very different dogs, one big, well-trained younger dog and one senior pup who is let's just say he has the personality of a possum. Despite that challenge, she somehow found a way to connect with him and make him comfortable too, which really meant a lot to us. He's a shy kitty and does not like leaving the house, but he always comes back from them in a great mood and they always give him wonderful haircuts. I can tell by his demeanor that they treat him very well. He normally gets a lion cut but this time I requested a cat mullet and they did a fantastic job. Oddly, Shredder seems to be EXTRA confident with his cool new haircut and he smells great too.

It was by mere luck that I found The Grooming Shop. Our normal go to facility has limited hours…read morethat conflict with the hours I am free. I just needed a quick nail trim for my girl and you wouldn't imagine how hard it is to find a groomer open after 4p on a Monday. In my search, I found The Grooming Shop, called and she was still open and willing to take us as a walk-in. My dog is dog shy and she doesn't do well to dogs walking up face first. I shared that with the groomer and she happily accommodated by getting her tools and taking care of us in the lobby. She not only cut but also filed her nails. Was careful, kind and handled my Minnie well. I wish I would have got the groomers name but I didn't. I just want to say Thank you again! It was really important to get this taken care of today. I appreciate your willingness to see us on such short notice. I recommend this facility for your pet grooming needs.

I just adopted a Siberian Husky, Lillie, from the Humane Society. We do not know much about her first 3 years but it is clear there is trauma and she bites when she is afraid. Amber has been so helpful and supportive through all of this and encouraging me to keep working with her and giving me useful advise. I am so thankful. I have only had Lillie for 2 months and she is not yet ready for something as intimate as a bath and grooming. Amber has been so thoughtful and treated Lillie so respectfully through this process. I cannot say enough positive things about her work and how she truly takes good care of our fur babies.
