The sub was too large to sit on a shelf I am having cabinet doors put on, so he set it up behind the wall in a server closet, then cut out the back of the shelf, and made a custom mesh screen to make that asthetically pleasing and still give me a functional shelf/cabinet door. I have had many issues with their equipment since, from the main panel glitching and not making noise for any alerts, to their sensors being faulty and incorrectly alerting to alarms that are not accurate. I had to eventually manually turn two of my sensors off because they were constantly alerting when I set the alarm for no reason, and they wanted to charge me to have someone come out to fix it. I tried almost 6 years to suck it up and rectify with them, but no more. My final straw was this week when my IQ main Panel started glitching and showing a screen overlapped with Spanish so I could barely use it. I reached out for assistance and was told I could reboot but if that didn't work a replacement would be needed at my own cost because after 1 year of contract the equipment is the responsibility of the homeowner (per their "policies"). So now, not only do I have two sensors not working but a main panel that is unusable unless I pay a good chunk of money for a new one, and am paying $40 monthly for security that is basically useless at this time. Their customer service was dismissive of my complaints and did not care for my concerns. I'm making the switch to a bigger brand company that offers more equipment for half the price and half the monthly price for monitoring, with lifetime equipment guarantee. With the number of options out there for home security, you'd think they'd try a little harder to update "policies" and help retain long time customers.

I had no drop outs or lapse in TV services whatsoever. The only thing that drove me batty at the time was when the set top boxes would shut off after a certain amount of hours of inactivity. But they had channels on their service that other provides did not. FYI- At the time, they were Surewest before the name Consolidated and before it was Roseville Telephone company. Comcast previously was the only TV provider at the time that offered high speed internet except in the case of Surewest which had DSL at the time. It was great to switch then in the area. Enjoyed the service for many months before I moved. Wonder if the staff from the old Surewest are still with the company in Roseville? I cannot speak for today but There was a good thing happening back in the day and hopefully it continues.

They will not prorate last bill if you cancel. If you plan on cancelling their service wait closer to the end of your billing cycle. They are going to charge you the full amount, even if you stop their service only a few days into you new billing cycle. They also have been advertising that they would get their fiber internet service in our area for years and they still do not have it in our area. I had been a customer of this company since it use to be surewest and it use to be a good company to be with. It has gone downhill. Stay away.
