I hadn't been to the dentist in about 4 years I was embarrassed because of missing and broken teeth I also had a lot of jaw pain because of my missing teeth so I had to break down and find a great dentist. I had an amazing experience with Dr. Michaela Tozzi. First off, the office was up front about how much my visit would cost before even sitting in the chair so there were no surprise costs at the end. Once I was ready to begin my exam Dr. Tozzi sat and talked with me about what I was specifically looking to have done and if there were any problems or insecurities about my smile that she could fix. I am always a little nervous going to the dentist because I have a sensitive mouth, but both Dr. Tozzi and her assistant were very gentle and adamant about making sure I was comfortable. That goes a long way when you're sitting in a chair having someone maneuver around your wide open mouth haha. I also appreciate that she was very to the point about what needed to be done and didn't try telling me I "should" or "could" have this or that procedure done as I know many offices do in this area. When the exam was finished she walked me to the lobby to get everything squared away and sent me on my way with a smile. Everyone in the office was friendly and welcoming and I left feeling rejuvenated with a clean and healthy smile! I will definitely be going back for all of my dental needs. read more

They did a great job on checking for my root canal then they were able to save my crown and not have to numb me for a new one. Had a hiccup but they were able to overcome it I would recommend this very patient dentist. read more

I had a terrific experience with Dr. Tozzi and highly recommend her. Very friendly, accommodating, professional, delicate and unintimidating. She even did all of the work herself as opposed to all other dentists I have been to that have an assistant do all of the work other than a "everything looks good" for 3 minutes at the end of the appointment. They were easy to schedule an appointment on the same week, and I had no waiting on the two times I went in to the office (once for cleaning, and the very next day for filling replacement). Oh and they took my Humana insurance, but I assume they take all or most carriers. Again, I highly recommend! read more

I can't remember a time I actually looked forward to seeing my dentist. When I was younger I had a horse back riding accident and have two teeth that I'm not really excited to show off. I hadn't had a cleaning in years and honestly felt scared to see a dentist. That all changed this week! Dr. Tozzi started with a consult and asked what I wanted to change, gave me her input and then I was given a treatment plan on paper. Then came the xrays and pictures. The cleaning was great, I felt taken care of and everyone was genuinely concerned about my level of comfort! I opted for the zoom whitening same day, i got a little sensitive so I only did 2 rounds but the results were instant! Then came the part everyone hasn't noticed, a little lip augmentation! I wanted to go natural and subtle and she nailed it! I'm going back for braces soon and a full smile makeover but the start was definitely exciting, pain-free and fun! As a medical professional I tend to be hypercritical of those serving in the profession. Unfortunately, I'm often disappointed by prices, information, and quality of work. I was greatly impressed by her manner; she sat me down and took great care to explain my options and prices. She did a complete examination, she even did the cleaning of my teeth herself.
