George did an excellent job cleaning my gutters. He even did a job he was not supposed to do. He tried unclogging the end cap extension (the one that connects to the sewer system). He did his best to try and resolve the issue, but the issue is serious and it's not the company's job. However, he gave me a recommendation on what to do. I really appreciate his diligence and concern. I asked to provide pictures of the job before and after the completion. He provided me the pictures, which I really appreciated. The only complain I have was the seam that was sealed turned dark gray. I wish this was considered before applying the gutter sealant. The only reason why I am giving a 4-star review and not a 5-star. read more

I requested a quote for window washing of a vacant rental property. Estimates are sent out based on ASF's review of the property via google maps. In my case, the property is a duplex, and we were only cleaning the vacant side, so I sent the number and size of the windows. I promptly received an easy to understand estimate and approved it electronically. Serg arrived this morning to clean my windows. He did a great job, wiping down dust in the window frames, cleaning the inside and outside of the windows, and washing the frames. The windows look SO much better! Hired to clean my gutters. Guy comes over and then says it's done. I go on the roof to check (guessing he assumes I won't do that) and it's not completed - screens are broken and he's made a huge mess of my yard while cleaning out part of the gutters and left the rest of the gutters a mess. I live in Sacramento and was looking for rain gutter services. Got 2 quotes and wound up going with ASF. Mistake. Yes, the gutters were cleaned. But customer service...meh. I'm not happy with the fact the debris from the gutters wasn't better contained/attended to. Will definitely go with Masters in Rancho Cordova next time. This was my original plan anyway; sad the trouble I've experienced because of mistakenly clicking "reply" to ASF instead. (My eyesight isn't what it used to be.)
