    So let tell you how wonderful the sales team here is Ashley Store. When we stepped in we got nothing be amazing welcome . Everyone said hello to us and Scott was our designated sales person and we also met Nelson the manager. We had an Idea on what we will be getting but Scott was very patient on showing us around on other options. Gave us time to check everything out. They gave us a lot of time to find things and make our decision. Nevertheless we came to an agreement on what we wanted and the price part was amazing. It's was for 3700 and some change but we negotiated to 3500 and at the end it was even less on what we asked for. How long did this all take less than 35mins!!!! We had more time looking and testing out all the furniture and only took 15mins to negotiate and finish our payment. Yes I would recommend this amazing staff and store . If you happen to come by ask for Scott he is the right person for this job!!! All the best to the team!

    My daughter just got her first place on her own. We knew her first place would be so cute, and we wanted to reflect that in her furniture as well. The space she got was on the smaller scale footage wise, so we had to be very specific in what she wanted. We looked around at some of the more popular furniture stores to some of the most trendy and expensive ones. But...at the end of the day, we chose Ashley Furniture for my daughter's bedroom room mattress (yes they have an actual mattress showroom!!!), dining island set, and living room sectional. I will do a follow up in about 3 months to let you know how the furniture holds up. We haven't had the furniture delivered yet, as of the date I am writing this review. In the meantime, let me tell you about our experience. Now, mind you, I read ALL the reviews about Ashely before going. I wanted to be aware about anything negative before I went. However, we had positive experiences and good customer service every time we visited over a span of 1 week. They had exactly what my daughter needed, and for that we say, mission accomplished. Thank you to all the staff for helping us through this time.

    Nasty scratch on the first day of delivery.

    Trash! Ordered 2 recliners , one came damaged with a bad scratch on the backrest. Had to jump through hoops just to get a replacement on this $1800 recliner. That was extremely annoying to deal with one day after receiving it. Problem #2, this is more of a warning to everyone thinking about purchasing there. Very misleading and deceptive and confusing fine print , but just so you know, THEY DO NOT OFFER RETURNS or EXCHANGES on items purchased in their store. They will absolutely try and sell you on BS warranties but will make sure to NOT mention this. Ofcourse , once it's an issue they will point you towards their fine print. Just warning you guys, I found out the hard way. Buying furniture at their store gives you the ick, it's that same vibe and feeling of purchasing a car at the dealership. You can't help but feel that their entire tactic is to see how much they can get over on you. Nasty feeling. Buying furniture shouldn't be this way. Another heads up, they can always discount each furniture piece there even if it's on sale, atleast $300-$350 dollars , I was able to negotiate this easily. Ofcourse they played the usual games between the sales associate and the manager , "let me talk to the manager and see what they can do?" , also was able to negotiate free shipping and install. Don't take anything less than these discounts if you somehow read this and still decide to shop there. Sales associate made a claim that they supply living spaces with all their furniture , someone please fact check this. Felt like a lie . Stay away please !!

    *PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM HERE AND IF YOU DO BUY, DO NOT FALL VICTIM TO THE INSURANCE SCAM THEY HAVE, LIKE WE DID * I try to not like to write negative reviews and tend to cut my losses. However this company and the way this team has let me down as a consumer is truly devastating and I hope no one experiences it. We had an accident and our sofa/ chaise suffered damaged we filed the claim through extend and for almost a month they have sent us back and forth between Ashley's warranty, themselves, and the store. When we purchased our product back in July and we were hesitant about the warranty but the woman manager & sales associate told us it covered EVERYTHING. We bought especially because we have dogs. Present day, we had an accident Extend does not want to send anyone over to few the damage they claim that over the picture they have decided "it was intentional". I went back into the store I spoke with the team and showed them the picture and they told me "yes that will get covered just call Ashley's warranty". The gentlemen at the store and his team said "that is clearly an accident so when you call them tell them (ACCIDENT) or else they won't do anything". Ashley's warranty told us they do not cover rips or tears and sent us back to extend protection. Extend sends us an email again telling us to call Ashley's store. I called Ashley's store the manager told me she can't and won't do anything about it, it's out of her control (mind you she was the one who told us EVERYTHING got covered) and her whole team said it would get covered. She told me to call extend. I just got off the phone with extend they said no we will not cover anything. When I asked for how they came to that conclusion that it was intentional if no one wants to come look at the product the person over the phone got extremely hostile and started raising her voice at me as if I was a child making me me belittled for something out of my control. She began to twist my words over the phone so I had to quickly correct her and tell her I did not say those things. She then in demeaning tone said her and her team WOULD NOT WASTE MONEY OR TIME sending someone over to check on the product. The conversation was so disheartening. Once I told her I would just take the survey at the end because I was unhappy she quickly changed her tone and apologized and would not hang up the call. I had to repeatedly tell her to hang up because I was uncomfortable. As the consumer I would expect a higher level of customer service but clearly Ashley's furniture and the insurance team have made it clear they are after the money and could not care for the customers once the purchase is made. PLEASE SPEND YOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE.

    DO NOT SHOP HERE! Avoid at all costs. Would give negative stars. Most inconvenient store for your time and money! Wanted a simple loveseat, ordered 11/29/24. We asked for the earliest delivery and were given a delivery date of 12/12/24. Fair, we thought. We were told everything was in stock and we would receive a timely delivery! We got a call a week later saying it would be delayed to 12/25/24. Crazy they would deliver on Christmas! We had them move it to 12/27/24. No worries, they called us again to delay the delivery to 1/7/25, stating that "the item hasn't arrived at the warehouse yet." We asked to speak with management and they said there was nothing they could do. We received an inconvenience fee refund for this ($130). We also asked to have this in writing to document this. Next week rolls by and we are given another call, stating that again, it's been delayed to 1/15/25. Crazy. Today rolls around and we are given a call, once again stating that they have one piece at the warehouse and are waiting for the other piece, delaying it to 1/28/25. We asked once more for an inconvenience fee for this and are looking to cancel the order entirely if this item does not arrive by 1/28/25 or if we get another delayed delivery call. Absolutely insane! Do not order unless you want to pay money (and a good chunk of it too) and not get your item at all. Look forward to getting a call from Ashley Furniture every week delaying your item!

    As soon as you walk in there are so many nice staff to help with all your questions. I went in last weekend and was helped by Carol. She was amazing and funny. She was very informative and helpful. This was my first experience buying furniture and she definitely made it that much easier for me. They have a huge store and tons of items to choose from. I will for sure be going back to furnish my kids room!

    Im the type to see it in person type and "EZ", my salesperson was on point. Showed me options and even gave us a deal we couldn't refuse.

She immediately explained exactly what information was needed to start the claim, contacted the manufacturer on my behalf, and consistently followed up throughout the process. Most importantly, she kept me informed every step of the way, so I always knew what was happening with my claim. Today, my replacement mattress was delivered, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The customer service was outstanding, and the follow through was even better. It's rare to find this level of responsiveness and care these days. Highly recommend! Excellent customer service and exceptional support from start to finish.
