Worst customer service ever. I wish I read Yelp before I shopped here. I've never been lied to by managers and told that they don't release their org chart when asking for the mgr. The entire Mgmt team here should be fired! Hiding behind the phone is s pathetic! I find it even more revealing that none of the Yelp reviews that were one star were even responded to because they don't even care how bad their management is... they know it! Avoid lying Maya and her boss Feri!!! I'm told they are too busy to get to the phone because they are with customers which is another lie. This review is strictly for the customer service representative, Zara. She had to look my account up because I did it have my credit card with me. When she looked it up she saw that I had recently purchased a bedroom set in June (almost a month ago). I told her that I had already canceled the order and she told me that o did not. Again, I told her I had canceled the order and agin she basically told me that I was lying. She called Synchrony and they confirmed exactly what I had been telling her--ORDER CANCELED!!! So, she had me sign something and I waited for a response. Fine to seven minutes went by and I asked her is there anything else , she said no. Well why am I still standing here. She said, oh, sorry. I have no idea why she was so distracted, I was the only person standing at the counter. Long story short, I finally asked , "are we done"? She replied, yes, you can go!!!! What , please don't address me that way. Thank God that we had such an saleswoman. She totally made up for the reception wing so rude. Would this detour me from ever coming back, no. Our rep, Hesiquio, was excellent, and this review is not toward him; he got us a pretty good deal, and we appreciate him for that. This review concerns the store manager and the regional manager, who never called me as she said she would. TLDR: There was some miscommunication, and we were delivered an incorrect couch. We got the flipped version of what we wanted. As soon as it was delivered, I knew it wasn't what we had initially wanted. I called Ashley's immediately, and they immediately gave a pushback, saying no exchanges. The couch was literally still in the plastic, and the delivery guys had just left. We are not trying to get a refund..We just want to exchange the sofa for the one we requested in-store. A store rep called and said that because of a drawing I supposedly signed off on, they won't exchange the couch, and now we're stuck with a couch we don't want. He "escalated" to the regional manager, who denied the exchange request and said the store manager would call me, but she never did. I've ordered tons of furniture from Ashely over the years and believe I never will again. This could have been quickly resolved if you had exchanged a brand-new couch for the flipped version we requested. On top of that, the sofa we got delivered has defects, the lines do not match up, and there's a huge gap where the couches connect. Horrible customer service; stay away and shop elsewhere. read more

This store is horrible I've shopped Ashley's for years. I've spent over 22 thousand dollars on furniture from Ashley's. When I doesn't the money they gave me a bunch of gift cards. I came in here today and I have never in my life been so disrespected. The manager here Somaya is a disgusting human being. Not only did she not want to take my gift cards but accused me of fraud. I laughed in disbelief. I told her to pull up my account and she will see the cards associated to the purchases. She then came back and told me I never had an account here. I asked her to call corporate. My purchase was not even 24 months ago. I had my credit card in hand that is connected to my account. She then said that I couldn't have possibly spent that kind of money because I'm young and black. I own and operate a security company and came in here to furnish a new 8600 square foot office. This place is a hot and miss. The first time I came here such great customer service Gabriela and the Manager were amazing in fact I complemented them on it. But today as I received my furniture and was assembled incorrectly I called 6 times YES 6 times to speak with Audrey what a different experience. Just because I was telling her that I could not wait for my couch to be fixed and I needed someone ASAP for a mistake that wasn't my fault she had the nerve to say, "oh you're going to be one of those" what is that supposed to mean. She should be glad she has a job because of people like us that want to take out business there. But with such a funk in treating customers I will no longer be returning. Please listen to all of the negative reviews and take your business elsewhere. While our sales associate, Ms Carroll, was lovely - we have otherwise had a terrible experience. The manager assured us we could order our couch through them but have it delivered to Northern California where we are moving. We paid for part of the couch and financed the rest. I even had to go back and sign some additional paperwork after the sale was final. I got a call today, about a week after the transaction, informing me that actually they can't do that and they'll refund me the part I paid out of pocket. So we now will arrive to our new house with no couch. I applied for financing and took a hit to my credit for absolutely no reason. They also have offered nothing to rectify the situation (a gift card, discount, something to win my business). I understand the financing company is the entity that doesn't allow the transfer of the sale however they should have known this and informed me before I opened a new line of credit in store right next to them. I was very upfront about needing a couch delivered to nor cal. I'm left with a useless new credit card, no couch, and lots of frustration. read more
