They even had freshly pan-fried Chinese dumplings. Dark chocolate dipped strawberries made for a nice finishing touch. But with any buffet, if items stay too long in the warming trays cuz they aren't popular, these items will dry out. Simply don't choose those items, which is easy to do given the many choices at the buffet. Service was friendly, both the waitstaff & the cooks. I saw no significant problems with cleanliness. Buffets will always be a little sloppy mostly due to customers lack of carefulness.
