They serve very good Chinese and Vietnamese food here, but the prices have always been on the higher side--even before COVID-19 and recent inflation. On top of that, some of the staff can get a bit noisy chatting about their personal business.

Very authentic classic Chinese style dimsum! Skip the ones on the strip (such as tourist trap/money grab and its not even good). Spacious and accessible for knee scooters and wheelchairs.

This place is known for their authentic recipes for Chinese food. We come here for their duck specialties. Their noodle soup hits the spot when you have a Vegas hang over. They also sell porridge. Service was quick and responsive. Slightly noisy with the sound of chopsticks and people talking. Noodles were great!!

*CASH ONLY!* When you need Chinese comfort food in Vegas, this is the spot to come for simple porridge and noodle dishes. Roast duck is delicious here and we always have our last meal before leaving to Vegas here and we buy their duck and roasted pork belly back to LA. We've been coming here over 10 years off and on on our visits to Vegas. Service is decent but making them speak or smile is kind of rough this time around. Try to squeeze a smile out of them is pretty hard. Plenty of parking in the shopping center.

#35. Wonton Egg Noodle Soup - thin noodles w/wontons and some veggies. Perfect on a cold day

Food: #35 - wonton egg noodle soup #5 - ginger chicken with rice We wanted #8 hainan chicken with rice but he said they were out and to get #5. Well I don't know the difference between the two because they were pretty darn similar so we were happy. #35 - had a great soup base and fit the bill as I was under the weather. Awesome comfort food.

Its dirty inside and the food gave me many trips to the bathroom. Not sure if its old or what. Its too bad bc the duck looked so delicious. They only accept cash. I really dislike ant establishment that operate this way.

This Chinese restaurant serves delicious roasted duck, roast pork, and pan-fried noodles. I ordered Wonton with thin Egg Noodle taste was delicious The BBQ Combo w/Rice , Roasted Pork , Roasted Duck Very crispy and tastes authentic HK style , the portions are huge with the price I paid . The service was not friendly and the restaurant cash only establishment. Easy parking!

Place was good but heads up, they automatically charged us 18% gratuity tip for 4 adults and 2 kids. Roasted pork was the best, crispy whilst still moist in meat. Roasted duck seems a bit skinny and over oily. Pricing is decent too for portion of food. Wonton soup and wontons were plump and well seasoned. Nice that veggies came with rice meat combo plate whilst also in soups.

This is a must pit stop before going home from Vegas back to LA. Their roast duck is absolutely the BEST! Not a big place and always busy! Almost anything you order would be delicious. We typically order While Duck with either Wonton (shrimp & pork) or ShuiGow (Wonton w/ added fungus) noodle soup to pair with duck (which is a very popular Hong Kong dish) Chow main, udon, fried rice, pork belly, street vendor curry fish balls and noodles yummers too. CASH ONLY

Popular spot in Chinatown for dim sum that still offers some cart service. I appreciate the traditional aspect of the restaurant. The only drawback is that parking is awful.

Great place for roasted meats. Went for roasted duck to go. Juicy and tasty. Small dining room filled with Chinese locals. Always a great sign.

I like their mixed beef intestines noodle, the beef stew was a bit too sweet but their egg noodle and broth are so yummy. The roast duck was fresh and crispy skin. Fast service. Free hot tea. Cash only

Anyone know if this place is open?? last I checked, looks like they are closed...

Yes it's still open. Chicken fried rice and the duck are great!

Is it posted anywhere where tip is automatically added? If not, they shouldn't be adding it

There's no indication or posting anywhere that tip is automatically added regardless of party size, but they do in fact add tip to the final bill. Plus they only accept cash.

Is it open yet? I'm dying for a good pork roast!

You have to watch them, they may find something old and dry from the back when you order take out roast pork

Is this place reopen now? Can I get food delivery now? Did they change their Business number?

Cash Only - hopefully they got a new health department rating since the pandemic started :( Their food is yummy.

    Are u open yet?

CASH ONLY ... hopefully they fix their status with the health department - no more smoking without washing hands! Love this place, except for that.

When is the best time to go?

    When you are hungry.

We really enjoyed our…read morevisit to the W Flamingo location last year; this one on Maryland was closer to our hotel for the night. We dropped in for a late dinner at 8PM, driving there directly from Zion National Park after hiking Angel's Landing. It was still surprisingly busy inside and we even had to wait a bit for a table! The waitress first brought over some cucumber lemon water, then took our order. The food only took about 10 minutes to arrive. Spicy Beef Noodle, Knife Shaved ($15.97) - Whew that broth. It's like cough city on the first sip, that chili and sichuan peppercorn mixture really gets into the throat. It then transitions into a robustly beefy, salty, and even slightly sweet flavor. It's so beefy it's almost gamey in taste. The heat is actually very balanced, although after sipping on it throughout the meal, I started getting pretty sweaty even with the AC on blast in the building. The beef is great. it's fatty and has connective silverskin still attached; it's like the best part of the tendinous shank. Other than that there's the perfectly cooked, bouncy knife shaved noodles, and a couple of leaves of crunchy blanched bok choy. (5/5) Beef Pancake ($9.75) - I thought these would be dry like shao bing (I have never had 餡餅 before) but construction took us totally by surprised. The beef pancakes are almost like a flatter, beef version of sheng jian bao, complete with juicy beef aspic. The wrapper is chewy and thinner than a typical SJB, but works well here; it's not thin enough to cause holes that leak juice out. The meatball inside is beefy and flavorful, albeit not as tender as a typical pork meatball. The taste of both the juice and beef are very allium forward and full of umami. (5/5) Dan Dan Noodle, Hand Pulled Noodle ($13.97) - The topping is a cold meat and preserved veggie mixture, minced finely until very tender and soft. It's combined with plenty of sesame paste and peanuts, giving an overwhelming nuttiness. The noodles, in this case the hand pulled one, work exceptionally well, being perfectly cooked and staying the same bouncy consistency throughout the meal. My experience with the hand pulled noodles in broth at the other Shang location was that the noodles got too soft only ten or fifteen minutes sitting in the broth. I would definitely get hand pulled only with dry dishes. On the bottom of this dish is a really spicy sauce, both in heat and mala numbness. It's very fragrant and lemony even through there's not much red color. The dish as a whole is far more spicy overall than the Spicy Beef Noodle. (5/5) The portions Shang Artisan Noodle serves are huge. We hiked Angels Landing before eating dinner here and we were only able to finish about half our meal. Shang Artisan Noodle serves some really great noodle dishes. There's a reason we keep coming back for more! Bathrooms - Two individual rooms, one for women, one for men

I ordered the spicy beef soup with hand pulled noodles, spicy wontons, and my daughter had the wonton soup. The star of the show for me was the spicy beef noodles. The texture of the noodles was delicious and it had a great bite to it, and I love the amount of food I got in my serving, especially the amount of bok choy The service and environment were great, very clean and they checked up throughout the entire experience. I gave it a 4/5 because although the food was great, I've had better spicy wontons elsewhere but I would definitely come back to eat the spicy noodles again.

It is located in a strip mall with an abundance of convenient parking. Inside, they had nice tables and bench seating and also had a couple of nice sized round tables with lazy Susans for larger families. We arrived around 7:30-ish and it was quiet with one or two other parties dining. Their take-out business appeared to be robust, which was a good sign that they must be doing something right with their offerings. Menu is pretty standard fair. Noodles in broth with beef shank, various dumplings, rice plates and dry noodle dishes. We started with the deep fried spring rolls which were tasty. The wrapping was very thin and delicate and had a nice crunch for each bite. There are six in an order, which is a great value. Wife ordered the Lucky Beef Noodle which has a mildly spicy broth. She asked for half the normal amount of noodles, as she feels that the noodles end up soaking up a lot of broth. I ordered the Beef Soup with Dumplings, which is basically what my wife ordered without the noodles. I wanted noodles added, so they were gracious and added the noodles my wife did not want to my order. The broth was flavorful and mild, not much of a kick. But the pork and cabbage dumplings included in my order were out of this world delicious and paired perfectly with the beef and its broth. I highly recommend this specific dish! If you are in search for Taiwanese food, give them a shot. Good quality, fresh food that is nicely flavored!

Our waitress and waiter were both very nice. Service is great here. I have no complaints regarding that! I started by ordering their Hot Tea Pot in the Genmaicha Tea, which is refillable ($3). The tea was good. I must've had it refilled about three times. The husband got the Asahi draft. For the food orders, we started with the cholegi salad, takoyaki, and chicken karaage. While the cholegi salad was good, I'd have to say I've had better chicken karaage elsewhere. Unfortunately, I'm going to have to skip the chicken karaage next time. It was lacking in flavor so I asked for table salt to sprinkle on top of it. For the main dish, our party ordered beef sukiyaki udon, tendon, tuna and avocado poke don, nabeyaki udon, and kake udon. Everyone enjoyed their entrees. For dessert, we got everything that was on the menu so that we could sample them. I particularly enjoyed their matcha pudding in that it was more than what the picture showed. There were layers of azuki beans and black sugar syrup underneath the green pudding. This one was my favorite! The sweet potato ice cream was the party's favorite. Overall, I really like the vibe of this restaurant. I'll be back again to try other things on the menu that I didn't get to try this time.
