    Shrimp and broccoli
    Meri L.

Eh. I found it to be extremely underwhelming. I ordered shrimp and broccoli. The brown sauce was lacking in flavor and it was very bland...almost flavorless. The portion itself had a generous portion of shrimp. I wouldn't order again.

This is what sweet and sour chicken looks like from every restaurant I have ever ordered from.

I ordered takeout on a Friday night for the first time. I ordered sweet and sour chicken with white rice. I got 4 cold chicken tenders with a big bowl of thick pink substance. This is not sweet and sour chicken from any Asian restaraunt I have ever went to. When I called and told them my meal was not what I wanted she told me that she would not replace it. I asked to speak to a manager and she told me there was no manager on duty. On a Friday night. RIGHT.... Never again.

    Brown house salad

Old salad with brown pieces. Got a spicy tuna roll that looked and tasted like it was made yesterday.

    Tuna roll

The last few times i have been here the fish isn't very fresh and it is chewy, not choice cuts of fish as sushi should be. I hope they will take more care in the preparation of their sushi because in years prior it was great. I am happy overall with their warm food- and service is good.

Friendly waitress but food was overcook. Not your typical Chinatown taste. Food is price accordingly.

Best Asian cuisine in town. Solid food every time and at decent prices. Would recommend the spicy green beans and the tempura.

Sawa had a decent Yelp rating (and was essentially the only place we could walk to), so we decided to give it a try. It has a large bar, traditional table seating and Hibachi steakhouse style seating, it's a fairly large place. It also projects a traditional Japanese Steakhouse vibe. Since we were dining at an off time, there was only one other patron in view. They have an expansive Asian menu and we ordered: Salmon Dinner - 5pcs of salmon sushi & spicy salmon roll (with salad) Asian Fried Rice with Chicken Scallion Pancake Gyoza -Japanese pan fried pork dumpling 2 Green Tea Total with Tip: $78 How expansive is the menu? If you search for Salmon on their online menu, you get 47 hits! Service was good, then again we were essentially on our own. The Salmon was good, not the best I've ever had, but tasty. The Fried Rice was also tasty, but very salty. The Scallion Pancakes were crispy and nicely cooked, we really liked these. And the Gyoza was very tasty, but should have been crisper. Overall, a very enjoyable "Linner" and a 4-star dining experience. I would return here if in the area.

Went in for a quick lunch with some friends. Not busy at all during lunch hours over the weekend…read more We were seated right away and the service was quick. Low lighting inside but it fit the vibe well. I got the Hibachi Lunch w/Chicken. Presentation was good and the chicken was well cooked. The side salad was drowning in dressing and the sauce on the lunch was a bit too salty for my liking. My friends got General Tso's Chicken and Beef Teriyaki which they said was made to perfection (not pictured).

Sushi-forward pan-Asian eatery right in the center of town on Main Street. Decent atmosphere (more…read morebistro yearnings than a "joint"), friendly service, and just-okay food if not getting sushi. First visit in a few years: -- Salt and Pepper Wings: Small, fried, seasoned, and unsauced, with jalapeños and such for assistance. Decent tenderness and moistness, but light on flavor without the jalapeño and a little bland despite the name. -- General Tso Wings: One fewer wing, but much larger ones, with a sweet, thick sauce, good crunch, and decent moisture underneath. No heat to counter the sweet, but that's the case for most General Gao or Tso these days. Still very solid. -- Teriyaki Salmon: Lunch special with choice of salad or soup, choice of Rangoons or gyoza, and choice of white or fried rice. The salmon itself was sensible of size, but dry inside and topped with a gloppy sweet sauce that helped the dryness but not the cause. The gyoza were small and most likely frozen. Overall, seems like going to an Olive Garden that happens to be serving Asian cuisine. I've been a few times before, with similar thoughts (and half the coworkers I've gone with agree, and half love it). Pleasant enough, and easy street parking, but I don't see myself rushing back. Maybe sushi is the way to go.

Large complex in the thick of a major cluster of restaurants and shopping centers in Leominster,…read moreright off Route 2. Their features include an all-day Sunday buffet, a hibachi room, a lounge, a semi-private room, bands on weekends, comedy on Wednesdays, trivia on Thursdays, and combination plates available at lunch and dinner. Reviews here don't respect the food here, but I think a) it's definitely nowhere near elite, b) it's gotten somewhat of a bad rap, and c) it seems to be improving. Much of it depends on what you order and whether it's from the buffet. -- Sunday Buffet: The number of stations has dwindled from 3 to 2 (plus a dessert area), but that actually helps with the turnover, which is critical for a buffet. Many of the items are either bland or have been sitting a while, but I can always find 2 or 3 items that still make it worth it. And at $20.95 for both quantity and variety, a very good value. -- Hot and Sour Soup: Thick but not gloppy, and a very pleasant mouthfeel and spiciness. -- Lobster Sauce: More great mouthfeel, plenty of gentleness and flavor, but much of that flavor is salt. -- Pork Fried Rice: Had on both combos and the buffet. Medium color, minimum flavor. -- Egg Rolls: Tried on the buffet and on combo plates. They're extra crisp, but still delicate and bendy, with a filling of mostly cabbage that's both crisp and moist. Pork and five spice flavor is very pronounced and very delicious. Even though I prefer a celery-based egg roll, this one is elite, bettering probably 80% of the celery versions out there. These are hand-made, not industrial. -- Sweet and Sour Chicken: The crisp fingers might be industrial. Not much meat or batter flavor, but the thin sauce has plenty, including a very sour component that outshines the sweet. That sauce is thinner than most, so while you lose the cling, you avoid a chemical tasting glop. Overall, good. Pro tip when having via the buffet: grab some pineapple chunks from the dessert station. -- Chicken Wings; From the buffet, these certainly look industrial (Weaver or Swanson), but they're actually pretty good if you settle into accepting that they're breaded and not the 5-spice-and-ginger kind. I'm on the fence. -- Peking Ravioli: Tried on the buffet. The Fireball-sized sausage in the center has some nice flavor, but the wrapper is too thick, stiff, and starchy for my liking. -- Teriyaki: Beef version tried on a combo, steaky but dry. Definitely needed the duck sauce for both moisture and flavor. Chicken teriyaki from the buffet was actually fresher and slightly juicy. -- Boneless Ribs: Thin, glazed with both red and clear, but ultimately a dry and needing the duck sauce. Some light char added a flavor dimension. -- Shrimp Fried Rice: Ordered as part of a combo, this arrived as a large pile, with fresh grains, not the darkest, but not lacking flavor. And definitely not lacking shrimp. I took a chance and this paid off hugely. Some good, some not so good, and some very good. Not enough good to get the 4, but no way is this a below-3 joint.

I enjoy this restaurant a lot. The staff are polite and professional. This is one of my favorites…read more They will not keep you waiting, and everything is clean and neat.
