Tofu and vegetable hibachi
Sheila C.

We had so much fun at Asiana! We all got different types of hibachi, I got the veggie and tofu, my friends got salmon and one got steak. Our waitress was super attentive always checking in with us. Our chef was very fun and I forgot how hibachi is a whole performance almost. Also the food was bomb, so good and savory! The restaurant is huge with lots of decorations.

Green Bag Packer Roll

Stopped by Asiana with a large group, and I was impressed by our waitress handling our orders and checking in every couple of minutes. The Green Bay Packer roll was delicious and we enjoyed the sesame chicken and General Tso's chicken. We asked for spice on the general tso's and it wasn't spicy at all, so that was a bit of a bummer. Good bar area to hangout at as you're waiting for your group or to be seated. Lots of parking available outside.

Sushi platter

Very good food! Probably the best sushi, fried rice and pad Thai in the area! Can make it gluten free too which is great! We always do takeout but inside is cute!

Steak & chicken hibachi

The restaurant was far better several years ago. The salad was iceberg lettuce and 1 slice of tomato and a bit of dressing. Nothing else. The clear mushroom soup was terrible and tasted only of salt and a weird chemical flavor. The cook lost control of his spatula and nearly hit a gues next to us with it. Sauce was everywhere from mistakes. I had a combo of shrimp & salmon. The shrimp were pure salt & like leather in texture. The salmon was broken up before it hit my plate due to poor handling. There was so much salt from all the sauce that it killed most if the available flavors. My wife had steak and chicken and both were cooked well but all the sauce added to the vegetables still made for way too much salt that completely over powered the meal. Our 2 meals + 2 Pepsi's+ tip (20%) cane to $85 & change. Thats an awful lot of cash for a poor show and food that was no better than Asian fast food. We probably won't be back

Great friends and fun hibachi!

After a fantastic experience, I'm shocked I've never been to this place before. The ambiance is great (It has a PF Chang's vibe while still being a local restaurant, which is impressive. Chain restaurants be damned! It looks like no expense sparred to make the interior impressive. It feels like a restaurant that should be downtown and not in a suburb, albeit a nice one). The hibachi was entertaining and delicious. We had the chicken and shrimp combo and ordered a Sushimi appetizer and a bottle of wine, as well. We will definitely be back.

Hibachi Salmon

We come here for family dinner often. I've had better, I've had worse. I just don't think it's anything special. Food is decent, fairly priced for the most part. The waitress we had yesterday kept cutting us off while we were trying to order... that was annoying. I'm sure we will be back because of convenience.

Volcano chicken

The good: The miso soup was delicious. The salad dressing was yummy. The salmon teriyaki was edible. The bad: The volcano chicken is not true volcano chicken. If you want volcano chicken, go to King & I, Mekong Cafe, Emperor of China, etc. The white tuna roll was 8.50 for the smallest pieces of tuna I've ever been served (I eat a lot of sushi). The ugly: The restaurant itself is filthy. Just look at the pictures. No words necessary. The manager did take the volcano chicken off the bill but was not apologetic whatsoever. She tried to tell us that every restaurant has their own volcano chicken sauce and we just weren't familiar with their version. No, Ma'am. Your version seems store bought and terrible. Worse than a mall's food court. They need to borrow anyone else's recipe because theirs is absolutely an embarrassment to the Thai culture. Sadly, this once regular patron and proponent of Asiana will not be coming back.

Large Asian restaurant (perhaps too large for an intimate conversation) and menu selection including freshly made sushi. Food was good.

Dirty ceiling and restaurant. Overpriced for the "show" you get. Clean it up and cater to lake country.

The staff was a bit hard to understand and when I explained we were first timers, she slowed down her speaking a bit and that helped. Be prepared to order you full meal right away as they then prepare the ingredients in the kitchen for preparation at the table. It appears to be traditional to be entertained by the chef, which we did expect, however I was not prepared to have a broccoli launched at me without warning. We each were hit in the face which was not a lot of fun. Maybe we could be asked first next time? I know many people enjoy this but we were in the middle of a conversation when the food started flying. Kids will love this! The food was prepared wonderfully well. A medium rare steak was perfect as was the medium one requested. A quick and efficient prep was impressive and there was a large amount of food on our plates before long. They have a happy hour that is really reasonable, M-Th 4:30-6:00. We will also be back to take advantage of that option. You can choose to sit in the traditional dining room or the hibachi area. We really enjoyed the hibachi option just for the pleasure of watching our food being prepared well in front of us. Plenty of parking in this relatively innocuous building near the mini-golf place. But it is worth a visit. The food is worth the reasonable prices.

The two servers assigned to our table of 8 were friendly, knowledgeable, attentive and quick. Then there's the food, which was absolutely amazing. My husband ordered three appetizers as his meal, and thoroughly enjoyed them all. The Lobster Mac and Cheese was very rich and flavorful with a nice crunch on top, although the lobster pieces were on the smaller side and not overwhelming in number. The Wagyu Meatballs were not as tender or juicy as expected, but were delicious. The nicely sized dollop of ricotta on top was a nice touch. I had the Califlower Steak, which was a first for me. It. Was. Fantastic! The califlower was cut thick and roasted to perfection, creating a wonderfully firm yet tender texture. The accompanying flavors and textures made this dish smell and taste amazing. This is a beautiful option for those who prefer a meatless option or are looking to try something new.

The ambiance and service was great - Yasbel was nice and attentive. Plenty of parking at this location and easy to get to. I did see another table got the sliders and that seems like it would at least be more filling with their brioche buns. The steak bites had a good sear and flavor but the steak sauce tasted like a sweet BBQ and not in a good way - very vanilla-y. The petite salad was maybe 2 or 3 bites - very petite indeed. The shrimp cocktail was worse - the shrimp was tough and the cocktail sauce had no seasoning. It was basically just ketchup. The price for these two items and a glass of house wine came out to $40. I'm happy I tried it out but now I know I'm not interested in the happy hour going forward.

We purchased 2 custom bowls and then 2 of the new Hawaiin dishes - Salmon and chicken. The poke bowl is the worst poke I have had. First, the portion or rice is too much. The rice was soggy and warm like they microwaved it right before putting it in the bowl, which made the fish taste worse. There was not enough meat overall. The sauce was subpar with very little depth and flavor. The fish was not fresh. The overall presentation of the new Hawaiian bowls were messy. There was no teriyaki sauce coated on the salmon. The macaroni salad was spicy not good for young kids. 2/10 for the macaroni salad. I would not recommend this place based on this experience. Wasted over $60+ on 4 bowls and salvaged only the meat and veggies to eat. Had to make fresh rice at home to go with it. Wasted our time and $$$. Skip this place and go to Tosa instead for Hawaiian food and poke bowls.
