[[HIGHLIGHT]]I was initially impressed by the office staff, and I appreciated how kind the dental assistant was when I gagged and threw up during X-rays.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Unfortunately, that's where the positives end. I had two fillings and a crown done, and the experience was extremely painful. Despite receiving multiple injections, I was never properly numbed. The procedures took far longer than expected and were very uncomfortable throughout. When I returned to have the permanent crown placed, I was left sitting alone in the room for over an hour before anyone even started. Three months later, the tooth with the crown still hurts, and my gums are bleeding around it. When I called the office to have it checked, I was told I would have to pay an exam fee just to have their work looked at. That tells me they don't stand behind the quality of the care they provide. Overall, I'm very disappointed and would not recommend this practice. read more

[[HIGHLIGHT]]One dentist, Dr. Varun Mittal, was not only unprofessional, but also very rude and defensive, treating us like second-class citizens.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]He banned us from their office and their records because we dared to complain about their practices and money grabbing ambitions.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] If you look around, their clientelle is very slim, they should treasure any new client instead of pushing them out. [[HIGHLIGHT]]A doctor is supposed to show empathy to all patients, not to alienate them.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] We've been going to doctors/dentists for 40 years, we never had such a deplorable experience. You wouldn't expect to be treated like that even somewhere in a backwater, let alone in a civilized (?) doctor's office. If I could give this place a 0 or no stars I would. SAVE YOUR MONE AND YOUR TIME ! Well guess what ......he did a crown and the same day he put my perminant crown it fell out. Their website says they offer emergency hour.. IT WAS A LIE ! NO ONE could see me and I was told to drink ibuprofen or Advil but no other OPEN location could see me !!!!![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I had to glue my own tooth back in with temporary denture Adhesive for the weekend and I was fine / pain free. I went back in Monday and they put my crown back in. Ever since then my tooth has been sensitive. Now he says I do need a root Canal. Then why in the world wouldn't you just do it in the first place when you said I might need a root canal and if you saw an exposed nerve. Instead you "tried" to save it. It's like putting a bandage on a deep open wound knowing you need stitches. Now I have to "pay" for a crown that didn't even do anything for me and plus a root canal. If I could have the option to give no stars I would, but only the reason being for the terrible operations manager, Barbara Gonzalez. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The doctor and staff are extremely professional and nice[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]], but Barbara does not do her job properly. We waited for a month for an estimate but she never sent it after calling and emailing many times, and when we were sick of it, we canceled the appointment and was charged FOR THE EXAM when we have double insurance coverage. [[HIGHLIGHT]]When we called to see why they said we only had one of the insurances on file , after we have literally sent the information for the second insurance coverage many times and only getting a "got it" from Barbara , but it was still not there to this day[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]. I don't recommend this practice to anyone. Dr. Mittal and all office members are very friendly and nice people, but that doesn't mean they have professional integrity. BEWARE! THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!!! 1. Dr. misdiagnosed or lied due to incompetence or greed 2. Got charged more than allowed amount on EOB statements 3. Took a while to get money back Begging of October, I needed to find a new dentist because my periodontal maintenance was due but my former dentist dropped my insurance. I went to Aspen Dental that's because it's the closest dental office from my house. While new patient exam, Dr. Mittal found 4 cavities. I was shocked because I was getting periodontal maintenance every 4 months at my former dentist office, but she never mentioned about it. I was skeptical, but I also didn't want to suffer from toothache in the future. So, I decided to get it treated. Dr. was planning to treat 2 cavities at a time. After the exam, I made next appointment and paid for the cleaning. At that time, an office staff (I didn't get her name and never saw her again) asked if I wanted to pay $88 that was estimated cost of 2 cavities treatment upfront. I said NO and told her I'd lather pay it when I get the treatment. She seemed fine with it. 2 weeks later, I went there for cavity treatment, Natalie the receptionist immediately told me that I owed $88 to them. No, I owed nothing because I hadn't even gotten the treatment yet, but she insisted on payment beforehand. Then during the treatment, Dr. Mittal informed me that he found 4 more cavities!!! After the treatment, Natalie charged me the rest of cavity treatments cost tor all once even though Dr. would treat only 2 cavities at a time. At this point, I couldn't trust Dr. Mittal's diagnosis anymore. I went to a different dental office where my co-worker recommended me for a second opinion, and sure thing, he confirmed that I had ZERO cavities!!! On October 31st, I let Aspen Dental know that I would never come back and asked for a refund. I had all my EOB statements, I knew exactly how much they owed me, but the guy at the office said I had only $10 credit in my account. He said Reggie the office manager would contact me and discuss it with me. I waited a week, nothing happened. I called again and they told me the same things like a broken record. I asked them to email me my patient record, and I found out they charged me more than allowed amount on EOB statements. That's why there was only $10 credit in my account. I needed to go to Aspen Dental in person, showed them my EOBs, had them to fix my ledgers and issue the refund. read more
