I am extremely happy with Aspen. I was having a ant problem in our home and they were everywhere! The first inspection they did, Dan the technician was super friendly and professional. He explained the whole process to me before he started and he even wore the protective shoe covers inside the house. I was pleasantly surprised that they do even more for what I called them out for. Like going around the outside of my house and checking for other bugs etc. I was told that ant extermination was a process and it can take awhile to see results. A whole week later I barley saw any ants crawling around and I knew the treatments were working. Have used Aspen for about a year now. Highly recommend this service. Aspen is what this sort of service should be - set it and forget it. These guys have come out quarterly, automatically draft the payment, and I don't have to be home when the come do the service. Since they've been treating the house, I don't see any bugs around or in the house, no spider webs, no rodents, nothing. If I did, I've been told by the owner I can call anytime to have them come out and do a follow up service for free - I've just never needed it. These guys are pros. I called Aspen to do some wasp nest removal from my home. They have created multiple nests throughout under the roof eaves. I managed to spray some of them, but there r more in higher places so i cant reach them. I contacted aspen and felt comfortable with their pricing. So i hired them n they r easy to reach out (for questions n re-scheduling the time). The guy came over on time, n after assessing the service needed, he started spraying them all one by one and removed all the nests. Now my house is free from wasp nests. read more

We have an ant problem!!! Yuk!! I used Aspen's services for my Mom's home a few years ago and was very happy with the results. So now that we've been invaded at our house, it was an easy decision to call Aspen to come to our rescue. Chris just left our house after spraying for ants inside and out. He dust mopped the eaves for cobwebs and spiders. When we mentioned our next door neighbor has chickens and we had seen a rat in the yard recently, he set out rat bait containers. Chris was friendly, explained the products he was using and reassured us about safety with our dog. We appreciated his willingness to answer all of our questions - so much so that I will request that Chris return for all future follow up appointments. Finally the little black ants are gone. Iv tried for years and they did it in a day. Totally worth it.

We take care of most house-related issues by ourselves but pest control is not one of them. Years ago, when I found a bee hole in my yard, I stupidly tried to solve the issue by myself. I went to Home Depot and bought a wasp trap and a wasp & hornet killer. When I tried to put the trap on top of the hole, I was stung by a swarm of bees. The lesson learned: let the specialist do it! When I moved into the current house in 2017, I found out most of my neighbors were using Aspen. Even a colleague of mine living on the same street was using their service. I had bee hives that were too high for me to reach myself and also had been seeing some ants in large numbers so I researched pest control companies in Vancouver. Aspen came up top of the list, they are right now the street from me and they actually called on me 2 years ago when I moved into my new home. A representative from Aspen knocked on my door 2 years ago and asked if we were interested since we had a new house in a new neighborhood that was just adjacent to some remaining fields. He was extremely polite, thorough in his presentation and when I said that I wasn't interested remained professional, thanked me for my time and asked that I keep them in mind if things changed. I wish I could remember who it was but I cannot. So there are my beehives. I call Aspen and scheduled a visit on a sat 3-5pm. The young lady on the phone was very pleasant and made scheduling easy. Shortly after three Logan arrived at my door. I was extremely impressed with his communication skills. I have over 25 years in customer service and I know it when I see it. explained everything completely, asked all the right questions, laid out the process and what to expect, confirming concerns, I mean everything was top notch. Logan spent less than an hour removing my beehives, setting up mouse traps and treating my exterior. When he was finished he again wowed with recap, presentation of annual treatments, and everything I wanted to know and more. I opted to do the annual treatment and make the service year around based on Logan's expertise and presentation. Excellent! I was thinking of offering this guys a job working for me but I am not a poacher. He was that good! Aspen is lucky to have someone like Logan representing them. My review is of my interactions with Logan and other representatives of Aspen. Absolutely top notch! Time will tell if the treatments repel the insects, bees, rodents and all the other bugs. This company has done excellent work! We moved into a new house and shortly had several issues. We, well I tried to resolve without results. After one visit they had all of our issues under control. 2 Years later and still no issues. They come out and complete a regular service. Great communication too! The first consultation they walked the entire property and into the attic and crawl space to look of any signs of vermin and pests. They made it out as quick as they could and did an additional visit after the first round didn't completely get rid of them. Their quarterly visits have continued to completely keep pests away!
