We have been using Aspen Pest Control for 5+ years. We have had nothing but stellar service. If we have something going on in between services , Aspen immediately attends to the problem. We live on a wetland so field mice and ants are always an issue. We have had to call more than once. But my husband also make a borax recipe for the ants and that helps too (we use that in the house when the tiny ants get really bad because they are non-ending no matter what anybody does and the borax works in a day). From the initial phone consult with Joseph and then speaking with the woman who helped me make the appt.. to Eric coming in and working his magic, seems like they really got their customer service in order. So professional, friendly, courteous, everything was top notch perfect. The pricing def beats all others. Having had an ant problem for years and not doing much about it, I finally had enough and decided to browse yelp, after seeing the amazing reviews and even messaged previous customers and doing my research, I decided to hop on to their website to request a phone consult. I was called right away, after a few minutes of speaking with them I knew right away I would most likely be a customer for life. They were available in less than a week which was really important for me that they came ASAP, even put me on a waiting list just in case there were cancellations. Eric just left. Worked his ant magic, also took care of a wasps nest in the back yard we had no clue that was even there, he answered all my questions without being annoyed lol, was very nice and informative and courteous. Also, I did mention we had a mice problem a while back but it hasn't been much of a problem lately and he set up a rodent trap anyway. Also, I should add that he also wore disposable shoe covers! Most companies don't care and walk around with their filthy shoes in the house without even asking. I thought that was great and a huge plus. Just an update on my experience with Aspen Pest Control now that I have had them servicing my house for a year. It has helped tremendously with all pests in and around my house and garage. We have had very few spiders over the last year inside and way less outside. Also, no ant problems at all! They are true professionals in the way they schedule their service and when they come to the house. I try to have both the inside and outside done each time because of our pets. This is a wonderful company. They're reliable, professional, friendly, service- oriented, and they use entirely safe products. We cannot speak highly enough of Aspen Pest Control. We moved to West Linn last summer and noticed a few, teeny-tiny ants in the master bathroom - nothing to be alarmed about. But then there were more ants in the bathroom...and then they showed up in the *kitchen* - like an army of them. So based on the Yelp reviews, I contacted Aspen. *Immediately* responsive; we had an appointment right away. I'm afraid I'm so delinquent in posting this review that I can't remember the name of the young man who came out, but he was awesome - polite, made sure he didn't track dirt through the house, explained that my theory that the ants (*sugar* ants, as he told me) had come up from the crawlspace, was *not* correct; they had, in fact, come out of the *walls* (EW). He proceeded to remove switch plates from various walls and put I don't know what back there, but I don't care because we have not seen any ants since. I also *loved* that although the Aspen guy noted that they offer a quarterly service, it was not even remotely a hard sell. We were kind of like, "Well, let's see if they come back before we sign up for that," and he was fine with that. I would not hesitate to recommend Aspen. read more

Daron, my service man, always shows up with a clean professional appearance, lets me know he's there and asks if I have any areas of concern. After every treatment he lets me know he's finished and takes the time to explain exactly what he did, and what he observed during his treatment. I have never had a problem getting a hold of the office. They call before every visit to let you know they're coming, if I don't want or need treatment inside I don't even need to be home. They bill correctly and on time every month. This spring we had a sugar ant infestation they came out right away, treated and took the time to explain exactly what to expect. These extra treatments are no charge. The owner, Joseph, is very personable, and friendly. He takes the reputation of his company very seriously and will make sure that his customers are treated properly. The products they use are safe and won't harm my small children or dog.
