His words after looking ONLY at my nose was "I don't see a problem." Seriously my nose was tender to the touch due to the sores. The audiologist was ridiculous. She put a sample pair on me that were not working right/not programmed properly. I tested them for almost 2 wks, went back and told her the pair she put on me didn't make a difference. She claimed to try to change but couldn't figure out how so told me to take the first pair home and try them again. They didn't work the 1st 2 weeks so now they were supposed to magically start working? OR I could buy a pair (over $4,000). The overall experience lacked care and compassion from staffing, on time appts (I understand a few minutes late but not 45-60 minutes for every appt), follow up from there office, etc. oh, and I bought the brand Widex that she suggested, but not from them. And I paid a lot less than what they were going to charge.

She ended up with a HOLE in her ESOPHAGAS. Almost went septic. Now she has feeding tube, which has also failed. Every time she has been admitted, he has failed every single time to show her an ounce of care and come see her and explain anything. It is now Saturday, it's been since TUESDAY and her feeding tube has not been replaced. He hasn't seen her. Has not given her the results of her barium swallow to see if her throat has healed. I wish we were having the great results everyone one else was having with him, but he really seems to have dropped the ball with this patient. Find your heart and passion again dr. I told her that I had never been there before and would like to schedule an appointment. The very FIRST thing she said to me was "what type of insurance do you have?".....(in a VERY unfriendly tone!) I said "Aetna" . She responded with "what plan?" (Again VERY unfriendly tone!) I replied with .....Is that the ONLY question or thing you can ask me before ANYTHING else? Like "hello"or "How Are You?" She said "YES!"......I then asked her...."Am I bothering you????" She replied with "No". I told her that I no longer was interested in scheduling an appointment with this office. Just thought someone should know if they read their reviews. Again, sadly, she didn't give her name when she answered the phone....but then again why would she with an attitude like that. I then called another ENT office and they were very nice and polite!
