I was really hopeful for this place, but I was really disappointed. In my experience, brewery food can sometimes be lackluster, but this takes the cake. We ordered a "gourmet charcuterie board" and were shocked that the "assortment of local meats and cheeses" equated to an entire block of cheddar cheese and rolled up bologna. Not to mention, the bologna also had polyester type fibers all over them; not that I was excited to sample bologna to begin with, but these micro plastics make it a health hazard. Additionally, our Margarita pizza was also not like the reviews you see here. It had barely any cheese and no fresh tomatoes. The beer was also very lack luster and candidly turned our stomachs. The only positive review points I can give are for the atmosphere and the fact they decided to repurpose an old building in our area. Hoping they make improvements, as I would like them to succeed in the future. For now, I will hold off on returning. I love the fact that such a beautiful establishment is so close to home. The area really needed something like this. The beer we sampled was fantastic, and I will be back to try more. However...the food was disappointing. I understand you just opened and there will be growing pains, but the burgers and wings I ordered should never have left your kitchen. The wings were dry beyond belief, and the burger was burnt and shrunken. It was lost in the bun. Our server was very nice, but left the entire table without silverware and napkins. We aren't the complaining types and didn't take photos or send take the food back, but can you please watch the quality control? I know you would like to hear the bad with the good to grow from. New great place fo food and fun. Food first. We had a charcuterie board and everything meats cheeses dips were great. Next time we had pizza. The pie was real good, the sauce was the best I've had on a pizza. several rooms including pour your own beers, golf simulator and axe throwing. We just had or first experience at this new brewery, and while they may have dropped a lot of money into this place, I don't think they really get the area's economy. OMG $15.00 for 6oz of a lack luster Rose and $9.00 for a 12oz beer. We also waited over an hour for a pretty small $19 chicken BBQ pizza which wasn't that good. Also, we were trying to play cornhole and had to stop for people crossing over to the golf simulator and axe throwing lanes, very poor layout of the activity area. read more

Was excited to try out this new and very spacious brewery, so I finally got a chance to go with hubster. We were greeted by a friendly young lady whom when I said it was our first time took the time to explain everything to us. They have a self pour area on one side and a full service on the opposite side. My husband had a couple of beers and enjoyed them, I didn't have much to choose from cause they mostly had IPA's and I like anything but that. I chose a hard seltzer which tasted like plain old seltzer and the flavor I ordered tasted nothing like was expected. So after finally flagging down our service person I told him the problem and he brought me another pour of the same to see if I was given the wrong one, but it was the same one and it just wasn't good. The people behind the bar were all pretty much learning and seemed inexperienced, my husband waited several minutes for the drinks he ordered when it wasn't even busy. We did also order a charcuterie board which was great, my only suggestion would be to add some crackers or more bread cause the bread to meat and cheese ratio doesn't add up. I also noticed that they have a separate room for catering events, I hope they promote it and hire the right people for it. Also the restroom there is very nice. It's still new and I know they have to work out all the kinks, so I say good luck and hope you succeed. I will write another follow-up review in a couple of months! read more

Went on a Saturday about 6pm to celebrate my sons 31st birthday. Me and my wife ordered burgers and fries. They wouldn't sub the fries with truffle fries even if we were willing to pay extra. Burgers came out after an hour wait. My son also ordered a burger at the same time as us and it came out 15 minutes after ours but it wasn't the one he ordered. My daughter and her boyfriend ordered chicken wings. After waiting for an hour she asked the waitress why is it taking so long and the waitress replies " oh, we're out of wings", WTF??? My daughter was livid! The service in this place is the worst I've ever encountered and the beer is mediocre at best. You guys really need to get your together or you won't last in Middletown, there are much better places to eat nearby. read more

Staff were all friendly and trying hard but systems like the QR code which didn't work because the wifi was down, the beer wall which was not working , and the menu which was limited to 2 flavors of chicken wings ( kitchen ran out of blue cheese and ranch dressing)? And 2 types of French fries. I did see hamburgers being served but was told they were not available? No paper menus limited knowing what things cost and what Would be available! The wings were very good the staff was good but adjusting, the ambiance was casual and family friendly, I am hoping the Glitches are due to being the first few nights and will be corrected, cost is median for a brew pub 4 orders of wings and 2 orders of fries with 3 beers $65.00 plus tip. Several of the tap selections at the bar had run out. I will come back , love the concept and Will give the benefit of the doubt that it's just opening week bumps that will be smoother next time. I love the choice of beers to try. I love even more that you can see their entire brewing system. Nice look. The pretty young lady when we walked in had a welcoming smile. I asked her where can we sit, the place has seating on the left or right side of the place... I decided on the right side. I can respect the QR code way of ordering, but what I did not love.... Was the lack of server attention. At one point I asked how I can edit my order via my iPhone, and the server was so busy talking to another server, that she totally didn't listen. So I turned to ask another server who actually didn't know the answer. The 3rd server finally knew. I have no complaints about the food. My order was good. The wings were crispy and delish. Again, I had to ask 3 servers 3 different times if I can get ketchup. Next time, I will sit at the area that requires human interaction to order. For now, a 3 star review is what's merited. I did leave a 20% tip ( right thing to do), I just wonder... since I did all the work on my phone, "should I tip myself" :-/ I will visit again since it is a cool place. First visit there on July 12! Excellent customer service. attentive management; Sunny was exceptional! courteous and polite. Staff behind the main bar was professional and welcoming. The food was delicious. I enjoyed the smash burger! Wide assortment of IPAs to choose from. Hopefully an eye is being kept in the possible waste from some customers not being too acquainted with beer service. lol. In any event the ambiance is relaxing and the music is not too loud! The place is beautiful. It is enormous and the decor is just perfect!! We had the pretzel, charcuterie board and wings. My men loved. the wings and they are very picky about their wings. The service was excellent. Sonny the owner was awesome!!! He gave us a tour and was explaining everything. Most impressive was his life story and how he came to own the business. He is a wonderful person. We met the guy who brews the beers, ciders, and seltzers. he was just as impressive. Definitely check this place out. I have never written a 1 star review, but this place was that disappointing. It began with a 30 minute wait for our simple drink order, which arrived incorrect. After we got the correct drink order, we placed a food order. A gourmet charcuterie board assortment. Our "assortment" consisted of approximately 4 pounds of cubed cheddar, a few slices of rolled up bologna and some jam. No bread, no crackers. The bologna was covered in fuzzy fibers and was not safe to eat (I think they rolled them in a shedding fabric napkin?) After we pointed the fibers out to the waitress, she tried to convince us they were "strings of fat".... They were not, fat isn't blue... anyway, this place is not it if you are looking for food. The ambiance was great, I was in awe of the mere size of it and the activity area! However, although I was there at prime time, a Friday evening, you had to order with a QR code, left that to my grandson. After you order your food, there's no indication when it will come, whether the order went through. When we received our drinks, we presumed the food would follow. After over 45 mins the food arrived, 2 personal size pizzas and a hamburger. My grandson, made the mistake of ordering a 2nd beer. After over 30 minutes and it still hadn't arrived, we just wanted to leave and had to ask it be taken off the bill. I realize they just opened, but there should be an approximate time your food will come and I couldn't even figure out to order water, since it wasn't on the menu. And waiting over 40 minutes for the food is somewhat understandable, because it has to be cooked, but the beer is unreasonable. I probably won't go there again, I prefer ordering from a human, didn't seem there was a way to customize your order, i.e. water with lemon, salad, no onions or dressing on the side, etc. read more
