Coleslaw, also available as a sandwich topping

I have both visited this establishment and ordered delivery for lunch. The deli is situated in a house that looks like an old General Store with a front porch for locals to sit and enjoy their meal. There are tables both inside and outside of the store. Every time I have been here my order is taken almost immediately. One thing I love about Masons is I am able to order my sandwiches as a lettuce wrap instead of a roll or tortilla wrap. I cannot eat grains, so for a sandwich love gal like myself, is an epic win in my books. My favorite wrap combos are either turkey and Munster with mayo, tomatoes, cucumber slices and red pepper or a roast beef with cheddar, same toppings. You have the option to order a side as well. I switch back and forth between their coleslaw and their homemade kettle chips. The coleslaw is creamy, not too sweet and satisfying. The chips are fried and have sea salt added to them. Always crunchy and tasty. I love everything that I have ordered from Mason's.

What an adorable country spot! I heard good things about this place and decided to come and check it out myself. I came here for brunch on a Sunday and very much enjoyed myself. Space: They have a parking lot with sufficient space. They have two separate buildings, One par sells snacks and drinks to go like baked goods and coffee, the other side is a dine in area with a few tables. There is one single occupancy restroom. Food: I had the chicken and waffles, the chicken came as chicken tenders and Per my last review, I've said it before that I hate when chicken and waffles come with chicken tenders instead of chicken breast or wings. But this is the first place where the chicken tenders were so well-made that I actually didn't mind it. They were fried and just to save capacity as a chicken breast would be Aunts were so savory. And as good as it was, the waffles were even better. I've never had such a crispy waffle before! And for $15, it even came with a side of eggs and fruits/home fries. It was a great amount of food, delicious, totally worth the money. Unfortunately there Cappuccino machine was not working so I got a regular coffee and it was pretty good. Service: My waitress was lovely and very attentive. My coffee was refilled at the right time and our food came very fast. If you aren't already convinced to visit this place after reading all of this, I don't know what else to say. There aren't many delicious brunch spots in Middletown so there's really no excuse.

Side order of truffle fries, barely a handful. Very disappointing

Side order of truffle fries, very few fries, but good flavor, disappointing portion size for the price.

Came here for lunch on a late Tuesday afternoon after visiting Soons Orchard. The place was bustling as there was a private party upstairs, but we only had a ten minute wait for the main dining area. Our waitress, Madison, was phenomenal and spot on with her recommendations. I loved every bite of my fried fish sandwich that came with homemade potato chips. I thought I was going to leave half of my meal to take home, but it was just too good and I finished it all. I enjoyed the ambiance of the main dining room, which was all decorated for Christmas and the red velvet drapes were just stunning. The owner, Julie, made her rounds and made sure every table was taken care of and satisfied. Highly recommend checking out their little shop as well, which has a nice selection of homemade soaps, handmade cards, jewelry, felt wool hats, gourmet snacks and more.

I really have enjoyed getting back out to eat with the friend and family. On this cold fall Saturday we went t Mason's and we're not left hungry or disappointed. It's a very rustic, quaint spot where you can eat and talk. There is a TV and a market store you can buy drinks, breads, etc. our server was the bartender/waitress and was very friendly, funny, energetic and answered all questions asked. She gave us her recommendations when asked about the various dishes. We started with an order of Buffalo Chicken Wing, Mozzarella sticks and meatball appetizer special. Everything came out piping hot! The wings were fried crispy but still so moist. The mozzarella sticks cheese was stringy and the meatballs were as good as talked about. The main dishes consisted of Julie's Turkey & Swiss, Chicken & Broccoli Penne, Mason's Chicken Mac & Cheese and the Avacado BLT Burger. I made it half way through my turkey and Swiss before I tapped out. It was seriously so overstuffed with turkey, bread was soft, bacon, coleslaw, 1000 island dressing and tomato's. Each bite was as good as the one before and their homemade chips are necessary. My father finished his penne, and the rest of the dishes were about 50% done before they tapped out. I purchased a peanut butter pie slice to take home and take a nap! This is stick to your ribs, Good clean bar food done right. Another local spot that deserves your business 5/5 stars

Absolutely loved Mason's Marketplace - we kind of stumbled upon it by accident! The interior was so cute and homey, and they had lots of options for sandwiches, salads, and more. The homemade chips were decent, but I really loved the French fries. We came at an off time so we were the only ones there so not sure how quick the service is when it's busy, but it was decent when we were there!

Amazing deli with a surprising quant atmosphere and the service was excellence. My daughter had the French toast that everyone end up taking a few bites of creating instant FOMO.

Macaroni Salad has way too much mayo. Had to toss it after two bites. Ham and cheese sandwich was perfect.

You can taste the love and tradition in the family recipes passed down from their Nonna--God rest her soul. That kind of cooking simply can't be replicated. The eggplant parmigiana was delicious, the sausage was incredible, and even the chicken dish whose name I can't remember had me in absolute heaven. Everything was SO good. I didn't even get a picture of the food because I was too busy talking, eating, and enjoying every last bite--and I think that says it all. Definitely a must-try. I will absolutely be back the next time I'm in New York.

My brother was coming up from the south and wanted some good Italian food, so here we are. When we got there we were quickly seated and served, 4 fairly large men with a big appetite. Our waitress was great, occasionally checking in on us and if we needed anything, everything was great. This place is a gem!!

I ordered the enchiladas. They were a little sweeter than I expected, but still enjoyable overall. My husband had the Barn BLT, and he absolutely loved it. We also ordered drinks--I had the Pom-Amore cocktail, which was refreshing and delicious, and my husband had a cider. They have a huge drink menu with plenty of options, plus daily specials, which gives you a great reason to come back and try something new. Overall, it was a very enjoyable brunch experience with good food, great drinks, and welcoming service. We'd definitely come back to explore more of the menu and take advantage of their specials!

I feel very mixed about writing this review!…read more First the ambiance- it's a rustic barn feel. It was fine nothing to complain about and the bathroom was clean. Next the service- it was extremely slow. Like super slow but I will say the staff was very nice and it seemed like our waitress was waiting on many tables by herself so I wasn't mad about how slow it was. But it should be noted. Now the Drinks. I truly don't know how I feel! My friend and I both ordered drinks. She ordered the Pom-Amore which is supposed to have fresh pomegranates in it and an edible flower as a garnish per the description. It had neither! She did have cranberries in it, maybe they ran out? I personally don't like that, they should have informed her they didn't have the right garnishes what if she was allergic? I had the cranberry limoncello which was supposed to have cranberries in it and it had none, hilarious I know! On top of that my glass was dirty had something caked on the inside the glass (like my straw wouldn't move it off) so they had to remake it. But it did taste very good. Lastly the food- My friend ordered the burger she said it was very greasy, I didn't try it so I'm not sure. She had the hand cut fries with it and I did try them and they were delicious! The portion of the burger and fries was huge! I got the avocado egg rolls and the Sweet Thai Wings. I wanted to hate the egg rolls because when they came out it's literally just like avocado inside, which is my own fault I assumed it was going to be more like a southwestern egg roll. However, they were delicious! It came with this spicy sauce that was so good. The only down side is that they left the avocado pit inside one of my egg rolls- I took a picture- which wasn't pleasant to bite down on. I also ordered the wings. They were good. The sweet Thai chili did not taste like Thai chili rather more like a buffalo wing so much so that I wondered if they brought out the wrong wings. I will say I got a bit of an ick because I found feathers on the wings. These are fresh butchered wings so it's understandable but also not my favorite thing to have happened. To note: I think it would have been nice because of the dirty glass for them to have offered a free dessert or something (especially since both our drinks were made wrong but to be honest we didn't tell them that they were) but that's just my personally thought for excellent customer service. Again, the waitress was extremely nice so of course I still tipped 20%!

Since sometimes i sit in the bar, I decided on the dining room. Dennis was my server, and he is the most kindest person that you'd meet. For drinks, i started with the ocean oasis, which is a blue pina colada drink that i enjoy. Also got the spinach dip as an appetizer, which is very good. For dinner, i got the philly sandwich, which is essentially friday's take on a philly cheesesteak, and with provologne. ate one half and took the other home with me. The speed of service was perfect for the occasion as I am not the type to be in any sort of rush.Dennis also made sure to check on me and my food, which was great: despite the restaurant getting a little busy. Paid via credit card and left a cash tip. Recommend having Dennis as your server. Hope to be back soon! I also recommend other servers here like Jackie/Jacqueline, Monica, Dennis, Chris, and Tom. Ask for them! Also on Mondays- Fridays from 3-6, and 9-close, we have happy hour drinks and food such as $5.00 drinks like the electric lemonade, Philly Eggrolls, Truffle Tots, Pot stickers, and many more! Other food items i recommend is the Cajun Shrimp and Chicken Pasta, Beyond Burger, Whiskey Burger, Our Whiskey Glazed Burger, our thai mango salad, and our brownie obsession for dessert! Also recommend trying the sushi!

When we got there we were greeted by who seemed to be the manager, he was 10/10! The bartender/waitress first told us we weren't able to sit because it was takeout only, had to see if the kitchen was open and gave us a frustrated energy from the jump, even made it seem like we were lying about calling ahead, why would i do that?? After the manager came out and confirmed we can sit for the second time, our server said we had to be "really fast" so we felt rushed. Me and my partner have both worked in the restaurant industry for 10 years and we have never said that to a table. after we sat the server was nothing but attentive and didn't rush us out. she got our order perfect, the food was cooked really well and we were out before 12:40! We got 2 double patty beyond burgers because this is the only place open this late with vegan options! After our meal, she offered to put in food to go for our trip home to long island, she definitely turned it around by being thoughtful so we appreciated that. After we left we were heading out and the door must've not click closed behind us and this barefooted man entered and sat in the waiting room for a few minutes, he got up and entered the closed dining room so looking out for the staffs safety we stayed and called and got through to the manager who quickly escorted this person out. The manager was really awesome, love him!
