Perfect for meeting friends having a gathering we're just having dinner on a business trip. There's an above average beer offering as well as a full bar. I chose to have an old-fashioned with my meal. There's a large selection of shareable's and I chose the crab dip and it was nicely done. There's five or six flatbread pizzas to choose from a nice offering of salads as well as sandwiches, and four entrées, consisting of mac & cheese, fish and chips, muscles, pork cutlet. I always enjoy Reuben so I took their twist of a Reuben cheesesteak on a pretzel hoagie, which was nice and soft and a fun twist on a Reuben. If you're local, I think it's a great location to meet friends and have a beer after work if you're traveling like myself it's a great option versus the standard national brands.

Stopped in for the first time love the rustic feel of the tall wooden roof and long bar for games or more quieter sections for dinners or dates. The service was quick, efficient and friendly with the staff running me through the daily and football specials, suggestions on good drafts like their Lukr, a more foamy pour in their 20oz. Mugs for $8.00 with their house New Trail pilsner or Forest & Main lagers. For a short drive out of DE you'll find this quiet, quant restaurant this is loud, fun and welcoming inside. Can't wait to see how the summer is here with plenty of outdoor space for this bierhaul! Cheers!

The rabbit poutine was very good. The meat was tender and we loved the fries with the cheese curds. The tartine was tasty and we liked the whipped ricotta. The bread & butter came out warm and we loved the cultured butter. For our entrees we ordered the steak frites, crab ravioli, and the half rack of lamb. The steak frites were a very large portion and cooked perfectly, and we loved the crunchy fries. The crab ravioli was delicious and we also loved the clams. The Lamb was also prepared perfectly but we didn't care for the seasoning. For dessert we had pistachio brûlée and sour cherry ice cream. The ice cream and brûlée were very good and the brûlée was large enough for both of us. It would be five stars, however, the cocktails took a while and we were not informed the butter for the steak frites would be an additional $6 and $9 dollars. The entrees were already $44. The restaurant is beautiful, and the service was excellent. We loved our bottle of Cab Franc and also the Amuse-Bouche. Our daughter also enjoyed her comped birthday dessert. We will be back again for happy hour!

The highlights were a delicious beat and burrata salad, a lovely cheese board, and bangin' bread with whipped butter. We had mixed feelings about everything else. I liked the lobster roll but my companion was not impressed. The truffle cheese fries had unmelted shredded cheese on top; I have to believe someone forgot to put them under the broiler. I liked the quinoa fritters (they had a falafel-like herbaceousness), but my companion said they tasted like nothing. My companion liked the short ribs: I thought the meat was yummy but wasn't into the carrots or the gnocchi. (Dear chef, consider serving the short ribs with the truffle cheese fries; that would be an amazing combo if the cheese were melted.) Lastly, my English Garden cocktail was a little weird, like a cucumber bellini. I was expecting something else, I guess. I could be persuaded to try it again, though. In spite of the criticisms, a good meal and good experience. Would absolutely go back. Their brunch is also recommended.

We made the reservations for happy hour specifically to sit outside and listen to the live music. When we arrived, even though we had reservations for their happy hour, we were told there were no places outside and they wouldn't even honor their happy hour menu inside. They later came back after realizing they were in the wrong and said they would honor the drink prices but not the appetizers on the happy hour menu. We saw an empty high top table with no chairs outside that we would have stood at, but that wasn't even an option. Instead, we were told we could purchase drinks and walk around outside. Since we were there for a birthday (indicated on the reservation), this was upsetting. We left and found a nearby restaurant with delicious food and all-day happy hour nearby.

And the food was delicious! They filled up fast after 4.30, so I do recommend reservations. Last night my reservation were for 6.30 pm. They were PACKED, so we didn't get seated til 7. Even tho there was a table available on the lower level. No biggie, up top is better. 7.10 I asked for water, and to have my wine opened, which we eventually opened because we actually had a cork screw :) and we eventually got water, they were definitely run off their feet not equipped for the seatings they had. Ho hum. The acoustics when crowded make conversations difficult, and to hear the specials, ( which were the same as a week ago) I had to ask our lovely waitress to come closer. All of these things are not complaints, just info on my experiences. The entrees are incredible, great portions and HOT! The starters, were not so hot temp wise, two of the items ordered, Arancini and the famous crab bites. However, if you look at customer pics, menu pics, there are FIVE balls, we were served THREE! That was disappointing, let me add, even tho it's a BYOB, the menu price points are $$$! Which brings me to desert, yip we did the full monty ... my creme bruelee, ( A favorite) was teeny tiny, served in the tiniest of dish, not like the photos at all and way DRY and Stodgey and the pistachio Ricotta cake was a sliver not much thicker than my thumb. And EXPENSIVE $25 for both! My one guest asked for a scoop of ice-cream of Gelato, our server in this Italian restaurant said, sorry, we don't serve anything frozen. Hmmm look at the pics of the menu! Sadly I didn't ake pictures of the deserts, but take my word! I did take entree pics, but I only have the one to share without people in them. So I'll post that one. After all that, Do I recommend OA, Yes! So, if you go, please go with my review in mind, truth be told, order mindfully, and skip desert! The staff kicks you know what! PS the gorgonzolla gnocchi is out of this world, add protein for an extra bang, and buck.;)

We didn't have reservations but were still able to sit outside on their enclosed patio with a tinkling fountain. We were delighted to find on a Wednesday that they were still having happy hour specials all day and even had a 3-course price fixed. My daughter and I loved the Gondola Ride with citrus vodka and limoncello. It was a refreshing, summertime drink. For the 3-course price fixed, we tried the lasagna noodle soup which was unique and delicious. My corn cappellacci (not on the price-fixed menu) was a new entree. The pasta was light and airy, and the corn and shrimp made it a tasty dish perfect for a summer night. For dessert, the gelato twist with banana was heavenly. Our lovely server even made sure to put a birthday candle in our daughter's dessert as it was her birthday. We'll be back!
