iPhone Online Order Pickup Review. Through my work business account, I upgraded to the latest new iPhone using the online portal. The trade-in option was the best value for me. I chose the Altamonte store due to its close proximity to my workplace. When I arrived late morning, two employees were engaged with customers, but one said to me, "we will be right with you." Outside of that interaction, I found no instructions or sign-in kiosk. After about 5-10 minutes, I walked to the back of the store and spoke with a manager to find out their store's process for assisting customers. The manager professionally engaged with me and placed me next in queue. Once Kenya, one of the employees, assisted me with the process of confirming my order, and finalizing the process, I left with my shiny new phone. The lack of signage or anyone up front to direct traffic can take time to navigate, but one the service associate became available to assist, the service was very good. read more

Reconciling a bad visit from my visit awhile back, Ryan, Zizi, Chris and my favorite guy "Justin" all with fantastic service have truly done a wonderful job restoring my faith in AT&T. Granted I will still never do business with the other two individuals, the rest of the staff seem pretty wonderful. They have done a lot after my bad experience to ensure I received the help I needed as well as to purchase all of my Apple devices I was wanting to! Thank you folks! Well today my experience was enough for me to at least never return to this store. Their customer service is beyond unprofessional. The man I dealt with "Joshua" was very rude and decided he wanted to argue with me and not even offer me a solution. After finding myself royally pissed off I told him to get his manager and the manager observed "Joshua" argue with me right in front of him and did absolutely nothing about it. The manager "Harry" granted gave me a solution but didn't even offer as much as an apology for the problem but wanted to "move forward" and completely avoid the issue of his employee in full. One of many at&t stores around this area with the other one located just outside the mall in "uptown Altamonte". Small store with not much of a variety of phones and service was not that great one guy helping costumers and the other one was in the back so the one guy in the sales floor had to go get the other guy to come out and help, who knows what he was doing in the back. The cases for the iphones and Galaxy phones are over priced here, I would never get a case here or any accessories for my phone. This place is good if you happen to be in the mall and need to buy a phone or need to get assistance with your phone but last time I came before they would not help my brother with his cracked phone and said we had to buy something. I think this store is pathetic and I would avoid it at all cost. I have experience better service at other At&t stores but to tell someone you need to buy something to get helped is dumb plus one guy on a busy day on the sales floor, give me a break. read more

I made an appointment online and stopped in for an iPhone upgrade. I arrived a little earlier than my appointment stated while I was on my lunch hour. Service was availed right at my scheduled time and I met with Chris. I knew exactly what I was looking for and he was able to tell that I didn't want to have a long, drawn out process, so he was pretty quick in answering all of my questions and helping me out. He helped me select the best option for my old phone and cut me a discount so I was able to get in an out with an upgrade that was less expensive than anticipated. Fast, friendly service at this location and a very easy upgrade process. You are also able to make all of your purchases and upgrades online and pick up in store if you are in a hurry. Immensely bad customer service. Does not help the customer with exchanges or other problems. When informed of a problem, Liza the manager actually told me to wait and moved on to another customer in the hopes that I would l would leave. So much for quality... I was able to get Liza's attention again and she said that she would give me the number to her Regional Sales Manager, since Liza couldn't help me. The number she gave went to a call center and not the manager. Liza claimed this was the only way to get in touch with her. I ended up calling the corporate offices in Atlanta, GA and speaking to the office of the COO. They were very nice, said they would take care of it, and call me back within 24-48 hours. It's been four days now. I don't think they'll be calling me back. read more

We visited on 9/26/2015. It was crazy busy and we didn't have an appointment but Carmen got my mom on the walk-in list. The wait was about 45 minutes so we went shopping and came back. Jose was very professional and got my mom's old phone transferred to an iPhone. He even walked us to the door. I know that this AT&T store has a bad wrap in terms of customer service (I've experienced it in the past) but I hope that this past Saturday was a sign of a permanent improvement. read more

My husband and I walked into the store and no one came to greet us or even said hello so we started walking around and looked for a new phone to upgrade to. Seeing most of the associates busy we continued to browse. Fifteen minutes later, two more separate people walked and a young female employee swiftly walked up with a tablet in hand and appeared to be adding them to a list. Seriously? You've seen us walking around: a fluffy gruff looking white guy with flip flops and his 28 year old black /asian wife who resembles a 17 year old with pigtails and cat eye glasses. Make sure you. The website, the answering machine and the front door all say Saturday hours are 9:00 AM. The employee that showed up at 9:20 said they don't open till 10:00AM as she entered and locked the door behind her that says 9:00AM right on it. In my experience you change your marketing info before you decide to not let customers in the store. Thank goodness for Denny's next door. Once they did open right at 10:00AM, Steven was very helpful and a pleasure to work with. Maybe he should find a more customer service friendly place to work. read more

Horrible store. My very rational husband was trying to get a replacement of a phone case and the psychotic assistant manager Omar, called the police which was completely out of line. The officer actually told him that they are called out to this store a great deal over this assistant who obviously doesn't know how to handle customers. My next step is to go to corporate about this crazy episode and hope they clean house over there, especially management!! Save your troubles and money and go to BEST BUY....at least they know how to treat a customer. read more

Talked to Alphonso on the phone and was there 20 min later. Between Alphonso and David all of my problems were fixed and I couldn't be happier. I was asking to get information to change cell phone provider from AT&T to a cheaper provider since my bill was $94-96 a month. The sales person David Pimentel, offered a better plan at $50 a month plus tax, 2which would be around $55 a month and a new upgrade "that I was due" - I agreed. My bills started coming in at $97 a month! When I called the 800 number they said he changed the plan but it was only $5.00 less then my last plan! When I called the store and talked to David, he was so rude and made a comment that "glitches sometimes happen" no one would help me in the customer service department. I was told over and over again "that's our lowest plan we have"..... needless to say this store's employee, David, is a scammer! read more

I was very disappointed with my latest visit. I upgraded to iPhone 11 about 14 months ago. The saleswoman was very professional, friendly and informative. Explain could upgrade to the 12 when it comes out and paid half of current phone. This was done before COVID, the salesman was not very helpful at all kept away like I had the plague. Seemed was more interested in selling me Att I uverse than helping out. Was waiting on new phone to do the ICloud backup, was connected to their wifi at the store. Was told could go home and would complete later. It crashed as soon as I left the store. Went back to store to reconnect to wifi and begin the process again. Salesman left me there and went or break or lunch. The time for completion kept increased from 5 minutes to 45 minutes. Since person was not available ask for assistance from guy at the desk. He was 10 times less helpful, after explained what was happening with phone. He described issue as normal as there was probably a lot to transfer. This was after waiting 30 minutes at the store and being told would take 45 more minutes to complete. Walk out the door as was sure what he was saying was useless. Arrived home connected to home network, and began installation from the start and completed the backup in 5 minutes. I work in technical support so used to resolving issues. I just feel bad for anyone who does not know it well, that is hoping to get some help from these uncaring people. read more

We walked in the store. The greeter said it would be few minutes. Then, comes back and tells us that it will be more than few minutes because they are short staffed. I find Brent, the manager and ask if he could assist us since it's just swapping out a SIM card. He states he can't be "locked down" with a customer because he is the only manager on the floor & if one of his employees needs assistance, he won't be able to help. I find management to be poor. Instead of assisting his customers and moving the line quicker, he walks around the store with an electronic device in hand. I'm not from Florida and I'm not sure if every store runs differently. Had incredible service here for years. Unfortunately, they really messed up this time. Went to the store, and asked to replace my phone (battery swelling). 30-45min there with the guy filling out everything i needed to replace my phone. He tells me it will be here by Monday the next week. Also that I would receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, which I never received. Monday passed and I waited till Friday and still received nothing in the mail. I call the store to ask them to resend the email and they tell me I have to contact the Warranty department. I call them and they tell me the store does not process warranty information and that nothing had been processed. Its been over a week with a swelling phone and a battery dies at 65% and drops to 0%. It's been very inconvenient to work and family. The Warranty department fixed the issue quickly. read more

I called my local store in another part of town and complained to the manager. He says that's not the first time they've heard someone being rude to their customers at this store. Bought a Iphone 4 in April. Started having problems with it in Sept. Finally got around to taking it to Apple to look at, as it stopped receiving texts and was continually resetting. After the Apple Tech took it apart, he came back out and informed me that the phone was rusted inside, appeared to have been refurbished. It had a green sticker inside, indicating tampering. I immediately called AAT Uptown where the phone was bought, spoke to Tim and then the manager. After a lengthy conversation where they basically told me that I must have tampered with the phone as they only sell new products. Best they could do was provide Apple with a receipt that states I bought it new. Really? Yes. Apple even took photos of the inside of the phone so I could take to AT&T. They did not care. WILL NEVER NEVER use AT &T. EVER. read more

Two or three stars? The service I received was excellent, but it took a long time to get to a representative to assist me. So one star on the process, four on the service. It took 38 minutes from the time I checked in to the time I was called. However, the guy who came in behind me was finished before I was called. Breakdown in the system? Who knows. I would return to the store because my phone issue was resolved. (The representative was courteous and competent.) In short, expect a wait and have no confidence in the greeter to manage the customer list. read more

I went here to sign up for AT&T U-verse. They promised a $200 gift card for signing on. I went back a month or so after getting the install completed and the store associate says that the gift card would be mailed out - that it could take several months. Waited several more months and called AT&T. They said I was mailed a letter about getting the card which I believe I never received. I was never told there was a letter coming as I was expecting the gift card in the mail. I called AT&T no less that a dozen times over many days sometimes waiting on hold 20 minutes or more. Even after explaining the situation, they refused to honor the gift card on the first few calls. Finally found a supervisor who said they would take care of it but we were disconnected and she never called back. Very poor service. I would not have purchased the U-Verse if I knew I would not get the gift card. We feel like we have been taken advantage of and would never again use AT&T U-Verse. We will go back to another cable provider at the first opportunity. read more
