They literally stole my phone then AT&T changed me $350. for a phone their own store took. In order to get a deal on my new IPhone 15 I had to turn in my old IPhone 13. When I turned the phone in I asked for a receipt but was told that AT&T would send me a receipt when headquarters received the phone. I did not like leaving without a receipt but felt I had no choice. A month later AT&T sends me a bill for the iPhone 13 claiming they never received it when I had turned it into the store manager. I was considering of transferring & wanted to get some fresh insight. The entire staff I encountered was uber friendly. Although I opted to stay with my current Carrier, the knowledge & insight shared with me was stored in my memory for future reference. Most Managers seems to be hidden or stand offish in a good way to allow the staff to learn & serve the customers, yet Manager Darryl was in the mix. You can tell when a great Manager is in play, as the staff emulates the same qualities in providing good customer service. If I ever decide to transfer, I would give AT&T a try just due to the amazing & knowledgeable customer service provided to me...even without purchasing anything. read more

Came here after experiencing a bad evening at another AT&T branch. The manager (Jen?) was at the storefront and immediately asked me what happened and assisted me. She was AMAZING and speedy--she did everything in her power to make me a happy customer again. Then, she added me to the list to work with one of her employees, Kristin--who, was another speedy and highly competent employee. They both worked effortlessly and seemed to have a really good rapport. The atmosphere here is chipper, the employees all seem close with each other and all of them are on the same page. This is a clear window to how customer service should be in all phone stores. THANK YOU for solving my activation/upgrade issues and making tonight an easy process. I was able to resolve a two week ongoing porting issue in ONE night here. Also, I was able to order my new phone and trade in my old phone seamlessly. I went in there to see if I was eligible for an upgrade and it just so happens that AT&T has executed this new plan where you pay off your phone through monthly installments very similar to T-Mobile. However, with this new plan, you don't get upgrades 6 months earlier and you have to get your new device shipped to you or the store and you cannot just grab whatever they have on hand. Pretty stupid but that's AT&T's fault, not the store itself. Anyways, I was helped by multiple people at the store. One associate, by the name of Andrew, took the time and helped me save money on my bills while seeing when my contract would be over. He didn't have to do that, but he did and that makes him pretty awesome. His coworker then stepped up and informed me that I haven't been using much data lately so I should save some money and lose my unlimited data deal. Haha. No. Go away, lady. read more

I've transferred two lines from Verizon, getting a Note, an iPhone 6p and renewed my ATT Next account on a third phone, an iPhone 6s Plus over the past month. So I've been here perhaps more than I'd like. Since the iPhone one came out, I've purchased all of my iPhones from Apple. But it is a different set up now, and it isn't always possible or easy. In fact the middle phone mentioned above took about 3 hours to set up between problems which were pretty much all of Verizon's fault, but the software the vendors use did not make it easy to determine where the problem lay. That aside, I've worked with 3 different people. They've all been great. They were all helpful, courteous, efficient and wouldn't give up on a difficult problem. Lucky for me - tonight went really fast and easy. Traded in my 1 year old iPhone 6 Plus for a new one. Nice, smooth, fast, and less crowded than the Apple store. (And I couldn't do this in the Apple store because the phone was needed to be given to ATT for the trade in.) I would still rather hang out browsing in the Apple store. But I wouldn't want to hang out waiting for a salesperson there --- or for that matter anywhere. :-) read more

Worst store ever. The rep that helped me gave false information to me and I had to pay more per month. He was very incompetent and didn't know his shit. I went to a different store a few months ago in VA, and the rep told me if I switched from two-year contract before the contract ends to mobile share advantage, I would pay 40 per line instead of 20. But the rep at this store told me even if my 2-year contract isn't up yet, I could still switch and get 20 per line. I believed him, and apparently ATT billing system does NOT! read more

Asad was extremely helpful and informative. We came back when the phones came in and Asad again helped us setting up the phone and porting our numbers. After wasting my time on the phone with at&t's horrible customer service for more than an hour n a half, I was helped by one of the store's sales consultants, elmer and I was more than satisfied as I left the store. Staff are very knowledgeable, very friendly and yet, very professional. They could answer my questions in a few seconds whereas at & t customer service people kept me on the phone without giving me any useful information and kept transferring me from one person to another. Staff of the store stepped in as I was getting frustrated and helped me out without me even asking for any help. I wish I had talked to them first before contacting the customer service. I highly recommend this store out of all the other at & t stores. It's a shame that at & t has very few people like these guys. read more

I came in to have my 4moth old phone case replaced and I was told since they don't have the exact same color that its not replaceable unless they have that color . ? Can you order it ? No just come here and check within a year. If you go past a year through you can't replace it . ? ??? You push the cases so hard during the initial sale and that your customer service is great if you need anything, then this...? . I know this potential transaction was not handled well . A store manager there by the name of Damon Frazier is a very unprofessional manager. He flirts with customers and has him buddies in there talking to him with a store full of customers waiting to be helped. He has smart remarks to reply to you with when you ask him if you can be helped by one of his employees that seem to be doing nothing at the time. I reported him to the BBB and if I ever went there again and I needed manager assistance then I would not recommend him. Maybe another manager. This store is really bad. The majority of my interactions have been short (thankfully) until I decided to buy a nice phone. The first employee who helped me was inexperienced and didn't ask for help from his associates in areas where he obviously lagged. Anyway he couldn't really tell me the benefits of the phones. I was constantly asking and asking and asking -- I gave him the guidelines of things I wanted but I had to keep investigating to find out which phone to get. I decided on the Moto X, a completely customizable phone that is not available in store. You pay for the phone, are given a card and you take that home to make it. Well, the card on the floor was not working in check-out. The card has to be activated to work. Instead of going to the back and getting a new card, the new guy and THREE other employees left me sitting on couch for 45 minutes while they "troubleshot" the card. I was left just sitting there waiting for these guys to hurry up. Finally, after I approached the counter and announced that I just wanted them to forget it I want to go home they ran to the back, brought out a new card and was checked out in 5 minutes. Really? Why did they not start with that and troubleshoot after I left??? Obviously my plans were canceled that night as I was an hour late. I got a survey where I expressed my dissatisfaction. The store manager called me and told me to come back in and see a specific salesman and that I would definitely leave happy. I agreed because when I received the phone I had a problem. The phone Motorola sent me was actually defective. After not feeling entirely sure about the phone because of the uncertainty of my salesperson I thought I should probably just return the phone and get a way cheaper one. The salesperson I was told to work with was too busy to see me so another manager offered to help me but we were interrupted and he passed me on to another salesman who was then interrupted and I got passed on to the jerkiest salesman I have ever had to deal with. When I expressed why I wanted a cheaper phone he basically told me a ton of lies about the cheaper phone to save the sale. It was a really obvious and pushy attempt that was rude and actually really stressful. I ended up arguing with the guy before I left the store in tears. Needless to say that did not improve my view on the initial transaction. When I got home I decided to stop relying on these people and do my own d@&% research. I compared phones, read articles, and watched videos until I decided that the phone I chose was actually a great match for me. (All of this research also taught me that most of what the jerk salesman said was actually wrong). I finally wen back to the store to solve the problem of the defective phone and I was saved. WHITLEY talked with me. She was super friendly, listened to the issue, and even though they couldn't solve the problem in-store, she made me feel OK about it. She was awesome. she then invited me to always shop with her and I definitely will. If you go to this store ASK FOR WHITLEY! Whitley almost made me give the store a 3 star rating (I would give her personally 5 stars) but the crying fiasco made that impossible. Thank you Whitley. Found out after my first statement that the salesman had jammed in "an insurance and a protection pack" for $10 a month per phone. I went there today with my att insuranced iphone6, then the guy just asked me to go to apple store. Pardon me? I just went out of Apple store and my warranty expired, that;s why I bought insurance 1 year ago since I purchased my new iphone, and when I asked him about insurance, he just throw me a booklet, "call them" he said, seems he has no duty to explain anything. Pardon me again? you are paid to explain to your customer instead of just showing, or not even showing, but throwing a booklet. If this is the "corporate" store that is right next to sears and across from BestBuy mobile it is horrible! Stay away! The customer service is crappy with long hour wait while the staff stand in the back. I came in hear trying to buy a Samsung Gear S and the manager on shift refused to sell it to me. He literally stated in front of me that he would not make a sale because the store makes money on commission and since I was not an AT&T customer and would not purchase it with a service he would not sell it to me because he would not make money.... I called the corporate office online and they stated he had to sell it to me. When I told the manager (I believe his name is Dan) he said he didn't care and he was above corporate and the corporate people didn't know what they were talking about. He didn't even try to offer me a deal. He just asked me what service I had and said for unlimited text, phone and data for a new Note 4 and Gear S would be $120 dollars.. currently paying $86 right now for unlimited plan from Sprint.. Service seems sketchy. My iPhone wasn't doing the trick for me anymore so I was able to get an android phone from a relative. All I wanted was to switch phones. I was ready to buy whatever I needed to. After waiting 40 minutes and being told we don't sell batteries. I went to radio shack and bought one. Signed in again waited another 40 minutes see the guy and he tells me I gotta see an authorized Samsung dealer because the phone had a code on it which I was unaware of due to no power. I called my cousin who is a manager of an at & t store he told me how to easily reset the phone to factory default by pressing the 3 buttons and how he would have just did it on the spot for me. Horrible. Just horrible. I went there twice and everyone was very nice, but they are just very lazy. They do not do their work and tell you they did. I asked to set up my payment plan, they set every thing up (twice) and then I was almost sent to a collections office. Absolutely inexcusable...Twice!!?? I will never go there again and will always prefer to use a phone and go through the computers, they wont disappointing you. I say shut down the store, fire everyone, switch over to machines and make all of our lives better please. I live walking distance and still will never go back. EVERYONE PLEASE READ THIS: AT&T employees make commission on selling phones. They now have this new AT&T Next plan where you pay monthly for your phone and then you're eligible for an upgrade a year later if you want to get a new phone. Sounds great right? This isn't the ideal option unless 1) you're loaded and 2) you want to get ripped off. So I denied the Next plan and they said they don't have any in stock. I go to Best Buy Mobile to get an iPhone and they are the ones who tell me that AT&T makes their money off Next plans and if you don't agree to sign up for it, they'll say that they don't have the phone in stock. WOW. Schemers!! I was like, "But aren't you their competition?" And the gentleman said that technically no because Best Buy Mobile employees don't make commission whereas AT&T does. Never going to AT&T again. THEY SUCK. Just go to Best Buy Mobile or Apple!! I finally find the reciept in my email that i purchased in that exact store..so I go back and They told me i had a one time replacement for my screen protector so it wasnt worth it for a tiny crack. and i told them to put my screen protector in the system so it wouldnt happen again...and "they did" So i was like fine whatever.. then my screen cracks more so i go in.. and they STILL dont find that i purchased it there. So i was like WTFFF ok well here is my receipt that you still didnt put in the system.. THEN THEY COME BACK AND TELL ME THAT THEY CANT REPLACE IT BECAUSE ITS SHATTERED????
