My boyfriend and I went in to see if we could get new phones because our phones had been damaged. Our contract was up in November and needed to get new phones ASAP but didn't want to pay the cancellation fee and go elsewhere for our cellular needs. We were quoted an hour wait when we got there, but we were called within 30 minutes. Luckily, we were helped by Rafael. He was very informative and friendly. He saw that we were AT&T customers for a very long time and allowed us to renew our contracts and get brand new phones. It's refreshing to see that there are still companies out there that value their customers. We will remain loyal customers of AT&T, due to the great customer service of Rafael. read more

No hand sanitizer for a screen in which everyone uses to sign in, but the employees have it behind the counter. There is only one place to sit in the new large store. The computers can't show you your account because they can't swivel so confirmation is an issue. There are usually only 3-4 associates to 11 people in the store with 2 in the back room. Customer service isn't a high priority, but you waiting and paying are. read more

The service here is terrible, we came here 6 months ago and were told we would get a discount and future savings on our future bills. The manager Isiah Hattar came out and gave us numbers for lower bills, his sales pitch was very deceitful...4 earlier attempts to resolve this didn't work... Today we came to get a new phone for our son. The young man Darien helped us and tried to assist us in cleaning up the billing issues. We mentioned Isiah's name and we asked for him, we were told he wasn't there. Then I realized the manager who kept walking around us was Isiah and he wouldn't talk to us. Darien lied to protect his boss, by saying his boss Isiah was on a "Manager Thread" as Isiah walked out of the store. Darien said Isiah was out of business cards and they wouldn't provide us with the next supervisor in charge of Isiah. Our bills have gone up and the discounts didn't materialize...today is the 4th time we have come in to fix this...no manager ever came out to step up and solve this ongoing issue. I have been an At&t customer for almost 10 years. When I moved and was advised I couldnt transfer the cable service, because the property is "spectrum zoned". At&t stated I could only switch to Direct TV, which I did after a 50 min call. So...I cancelled service and had 1 week without any service. Install w/ Direct TV was scheduled for sat 1/5. No call-no show. Called Direct TV to schedule tech Tues 1/8. When I had to call to report no call/no show, they stated tech "couldn't locate place of service". (Funny. All my uber/lyft drivers can) No call from tech advising. Rescheduled for Wed 1/9, no call/no show. Then finally rescheduled for thurs 1/10 when a TECH FINALLY SHOWED!!! The co is incompetent and outsources the call center to another country where the reps have NO IDEA of customer service nor what they're doing. The reps are RUDE, untrained and totally incompetent. Shame on AT&T / DirectTV. Ive told everyone I know about this horrific negligence and non service. Will continue to do so. So, I went with Spectrum and couldnt be happier. read more

I see a lot of negative comments on this store and I cannot say I have spoken to all the sales consultants but the one I had was the best by far. Went in and got my daughter and iphone 4 and told my consultant, Ron Jones, this was going to be my fourth phone on my account and I didnt want to be paying anymore...I felt my loyalty with 4 phones should give some sort of perk. Ron agreed with me and worked out a sweet deal making my bill only a couple dollars more a month. And with that he knocked off a bunch of payments, so my first bill wasnt thru the roof. In fact, my first month's payment was less than what I pay monthly after all the deals he grabbed for me. He mentioned U-verse to me and I had been thinking about it for a while, but loved my NFL package thru Directv. He worked me up a plan so good that I had to at least think about it. And what I liked about Ron, he didnt press me to make a deal that day. He told me to think it over and gave me his card if Ihad any questions. So about 3 weeks later I went back in and Ron hooked me up with a sweet deal with a bundle package with U-Verse. At the end of the deal between home phone, internet and TV, I save over $89 a month switching over to U-Verse from DirecTV. So I scored there and I just have to go down to Tony's Pizza to watch my Bears game. I had several questions after the deal and during installation and Ron was there for me via text and cell phone the whole time. If something didnt seem right he was working his butt off to make sure I was satisfied. At@T to have a winner in Ron Jones, I hope you realize that. He has worked hard for me the whole time and I know if I had a question I could call him up and he would get the answer for me. That is nice to have with a big company like this. I normally don't write negative reviews but felt I was treated unfairly today. I came in with my phone which was not working today. After speaking with the greeter, I patiently waited for 20 mins for an at&t specialist to help me. When Lani approached the table she sat down for maybe a total of 60 seconds before she told me I needed a new phone and there was nothing she could do. She even added that apple couldn't do anything either do to the phone being out of warranty. I asked about any type of reset which she quickly declined. I then left the store and went to another at&t closer to home where within 10 mins a little trouble shooting had my phone back up and working again. I guess if you're not a priority sale, they really don't care to help you. Even if they are not trained to repair cell phones customer service should still be considered. read more

AT&T becomes more annoying than ever. I am still fighting over Digital Life service that I had never wanted. Same as my previous review, Someone at this particular location LIED to my family that AT&T digital life is for free when you get AT&T U-Verse. I suspect that there must been a HUGE REBATE for AT&T workers over there for digital life. Someone just took advantage of me and I am still paying for my stupidity. YOU JUST CAN"T GET OUT OF THIS. I asked a customer service girl who barely spoke English "Do you read 20 - 30 pages of contract when you upgrade your phone or whatever the reason when you are in the store?" She said "Yes" Well... I have never seen one person in my life that would go through page to page when customer representative gives you an iPad to sign the document. Come on... Get real.. Is that how you scam people? Especially a company like AT&T????? I have visited this store more than 30 times for numerous reasons and there are nice, honest and good people working there. I am not saying everyone over there are scums... However, the person totally hit me in blindside and making me pay for this should be found. Paying five hundred to six hundred dollars more until I get out of the contract is not going to hurt me but it is not about money. It is about fairness and honesty when you face a customer. That one person is making the whole company looking bad as I will leave AT&T for sure. I am not sure what is there that they locked me into but will find out. I am sure I will have to pay thousands of dollars for early termination fees and BS to get out of AT&T. As my son did, I will look into each number (Device) we have (Currently 8 including tablets) and as soon as I am not obliged to stay, I will leave one line at a time. Thank GOD they do not have 2 year contract anymore and I did not sign it. However, I signed up for AT&T NEXT or something so I know I got locked in on something. We shall see... There are so many great promotions out there to attract people switching and why not taking advantage of that? I am just terribly disappointed at AT&T handling the situation. And I will stay away from this location as I believe it is not run and managed well... Below reviews show... I'm a retired AT&T employee. I will be brief. In January 2017 i was so dissatisfied with Sprint after 15 years i went to this AT&T store. They had an offer of getting a free phone if you had Direct TV. I said fine i will take it. One year later January 2018, I start receiving text messages stating because i had canceled my Direct TV, i would no longer qualify for the free phone discount. I called AT&T and they explained that i signed this agreement. I should of read what i signed. I explained that i was never told that i had to have the keep direct TV (for 2 to 3 years!!) and not be able to cancel my program. I asked when did i cancel my Direct TV, she was unable to do that because it was in the Direct Tv system. I asked them to send me a copy of the Agreement and to this date i Don't have it. I would of never agreed to that!! She stated that i would need to go to the AT&T store to dispute this, they would be the only ones that could resolve this problem. In January i went to the AT&T store and they called the AT&T office. they called the AT&T office explained the problem and establish a claim ICU# 54278. They would get back to me. To this date never heard from them. On 2/23/18 i went back to the store because i had received another text giving me 30 days to get Direct TV or my monthly discount would be canceled. I spoke to Sergio who talked to his manager and stated " Your credit will remain on your phone until the phone is paid off" They just failed to call you back. On 3/28/18 I went back to the AT&T store because i received a text explaining that i had 15 days to get Direct TV or my phone discount would be canceled. I spoke to David and asked him to get his Manager. Margo the manager said that they would of never told me that and i would need to get Direct TV. I asked why did we get a case Number on my dispute and what happened to it? She called the Office and they couldn't' find it. David then confirmed that even if i did get Direct TV i would not qualify for the discount anymore. Margo left me with David, I guess she had better things to do. I asked david to give Margos managers name. He had to go get it from Margo. He said George. I said what's his last name? he had to get it from Margo. He said George Garcia. "This is not about the $20/ month charges but more about the Honesty of the sales force. They should explain all the required agreements for us to get the discounts they are offering". "I am angry because i was taken advantage of when i purchased the phone!!" David said i should call my 611 number and tell them i want to cancel my phone service. They would probably give me my discount back to keep you as a customer. I calle the 611 number and said i want to cancel my service. They would not fix the problem and I would need to pay $346.61 to release the number. They said to write to: Bill Dispute 1025 Lenox Park Atlanta Georgia 30319 I think my time, gas, emotional stress, dealing with the above has cost me more than the $346.61 I'm not done with this issue!!! Fraud!! Fraud!! Fraud!! I would give it negative stars if I can.. Went in as I was having issues with my phone. Of course the rep will try to sell you their internet and cable services. I told them I will think about this.. well, an order was placed without my authorization. I got a text about an upcoming installation date which puzzled me as I never placed the order for cable and internet. I called the rep and he told me it's customary as they want to "reserve" the installation date. I told him to cancel the order as I do not want to switch to AT&T. Another week has passed and I got an order summary in the mail and the upcoming installation date. I called the store and spoke to the manager as he was also there the day I went in and he was trying to sell the service to me too. He seemed annoyed that I called him about this issue and that he will talk to the rep to see if he can resolve my complaint. I can't sit and wait to hear from these people, so I called AT&T directly. I told the rep what had happened so she tried her best to help me cancel the order and escalate this to upper management. I was very upset when she told me they had to run my credit for them to be able to enter an order in the system, Of course I did not authorize any of this. I did not even know that an order was entered. They even set up the account with the password and security questions that I know nothing about. This is serious fraud and the rep and the manager should be fired for this. THIS IS FRAUDULENT BUSINESS PRACTICE!!! read more

Asked him to explain why we were charged for a service and he basically told us to upgrade without explaining or looking into the problem. Then I asked for a chair and he just said, oh well we don't have any, even though there were couple of store associate sitting on them, he didn't even bother to ask them - forget about customer service . Absolutely crap!! I went in to talk about adjusting my bill as I was ready to leave. They get me to sign a new service plan which was suppose to save me $30 a month. At the moment, I'm paying $80 more a month after I shelled out over $500 for whatever they said I owed them as they still can't tell me what it went to. To top it off, they had to give me a new sim card for my tablet which I dunno why I needed one and it's the wrong size. I made an order to get a phone just yesterday and they said that it will be shipped same day at 4:00. The never came and then said that it won't come till 7:00. It still never came. I tried calling multiple times because I needed the phone today. And now they are saying that they don't have any in stock in the color that I need. It's so unprofessional that they tell their costumers that will have something ready for you, thus getting the costumers' season hope up and plan ready, and then cancel the transaction. Especially when it's a phone, something essential that I use and need to make phone calls, text, etc. I'm so annoyed that they not only lied about my phone that I already paid for, but the fact that my plan for today will not work out because of them. read more

ALL the other times I've been here (which recently has been a lot) I've experienced the worlds worst customer service. The employees were extremely rude and not helpful at all. I would ask a question and get 50 different answers. I felt like the employees would take advantage of me just because I'm young... which is not cool. One girl, her name was Becky, I felt was so rude to me. I like to give people the benefit of the doubt and since I work in customer service and I know we all can have bad days... but come on Becky... I never had to leave a bad review to any business on yelp. But this store has gone way too far. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!!!! Very poor customer service, they tell you to call them if you ran into any issues, well when you do, they HANG UP on you. They blame everything on apple, which by the way, the phone does not get shipped from Apple, it ships from AT&T's warehouse in Texas. They think we don't know the facts and they will keep making things up! They don't care if you ever get the phone or not because they have already made the sale. Oh they also said they were so polite on the phone (they weren't) and they been so nice that they stay with me for over 15 minutes. By the way, the phone times the call I am placing and it only says 9 minutes, not 15+. They tell me the shipping range for my order, however that does not match what the website order status. They proceeded to tell me to wait two more days (I have waited 6 weeks now patiently, I understand this a popular phone, but 6 weeks is way too long). I told them apple.com is shipping faster than them as well as Verizon. Then they said go head and cancel then, oh by the way you will be slammed with early termination fee if you do; you didn't know that huh? Then they claimed they were SO NICE in informing with the cancellation fee and they have no more time to talk to me since they were with me for more than 15 minutes (which was only 9 minutes) and HUNG UP! I was just in the store and needed help porting a number to a new account and was approached by an Asian sales guy... when he found out we're not buying a phone then all the sudden he said he needed to grab something from the back and disappeared. We sat there for 20 minutes for someone to help us and they were not busy. Finally a somewhat decent looking blonde with her extensions popping out of her head had just walked into the showroom from the back room storage and decided to see why we're there.. I told her we need help to port a line to a new account, and right away she said that we could do that by calling *611 and rushed us out the store... Are these morons on commission only? read more
