    Christian is awesome! He saved me a lot of$. He was open and honest about upcoming sales. He helps walk ins fix their phone issues.

    Do not go to this store!!! Switch and bait!!! Manager is the biggest liar. Do not trust them. I had to call police to get my merchandise.

    Learn from my mistakes- and save yourself the trouble. Don't visit this location-trust me…read more Went in to upgrade the phone and take advantage of a promotion (trade in any phone for a S25) and after 2 weeks, hours on the phone with customer service, hours visiting 4 different stores, and loads of stress later...here is what I learned: 1) They are lying to you when they say they can't accept trade ins or returns. They state it's because they are not a corporate store; however, after 2 corporate stores and calls to customer service- if this store initiated the upgrade- they need to be the ones to accept the phone. They can do anything a corporate location can. The only places that can't accept trade ins or returns are the kiosks inside wholesalers like Costco or Sam's Club. 2) Make sure you double check all their work. Spencer accidentally said the trade in would be a zflip on the system instead of the S10 that he looked at and already inspected and said it would qualify. We only found out when we got the phone in the mail and went to trade it in to a corporate location (per Spencer's word that they don't take trade ins because they are not a corporate store) and this created 5 hours of utter chaos as we went from the corporate Springfield location to the Burke location and were on the line with customer service for 3-4 hours. They were not going to help us and said there was nothing they can do but have us return the phone (although everything was transferred already) and then wait another 2 weeks for another phone. They couldn't just switch the error to the S10 on the system- customer service on the phone and corporate also said they couldn't switch it. Cmon in this day and age? After hours of arguing, guess what- they were able to switch it. So they have the ability but don't want to because I'm sure it's annoying on their end. 3) After all that, they still said they weren't able to accept the trade in- so the next Sunday (my only day off), I went to a different corporate location (Woodbridge), and this is where I learned that everything the Burke location said about not being able to accept returns or trade ins was a lie (per Alex at Woodbridge). Alex said "everything we do, they can do- they lied to you". He also said that they couldn't accept the trade in- and sent us back to Burke location and told us to say that- and that they should issue us a credit for the phone ($800) because they initiated this process. Well, low and behold, we went back- spent 3 more hours arguing and ultimately- they still didn't want to accept the trade in , so we are transferring everything back and here we are waiting AGAIN to return the damn phone from the promotion. LESSON: just don't do anything at this location. Spencer and Maria, as managers, you all should do better. This is the WORST experience we've ever had in our 20+ years of having cellular service. Will definitely be looking into moving to another service. TLDR: save yourself the trouble (trust me) and do not go to this location- unless you are a masochist.

They added all sorts of nonsense to my account, and told my wife flat out lies about having 30 days to return an iPhone (I misplaced my iPhone for less than 2 weeks), so they sent me to Verizon flagship store. Flagship told me they (Russell) don't know what they are talking about and had to drive all the way back only to call Verizon main line directly to get one of many issues resolved. In the process Russell had voided my previous agreement and between Russell and Verizon they voided $474 in device credits. Biggest scam I have ever seen from a company both Russell and Verizon. Honestly, getting ready to leave Verizon entirely over it and I have been a customer for close to 20 years with 7 different lines on the account. Caveat Emptor!

My bill was $87 before I went in by the time I came out my bill was 180. Now my bill is messed up every month and I have to deal with calling every time. When I went to the manager and told him what his employee had done, he said there was nothing he could do about it. This store is straight garbage and I'm annoyed I have to deal with this.
