She did not want to help and said "just mail it in". I specifically did NOT want to do it that way, she set the bag down on a nearby table and backed up "you have picked up your phone". From the beginning, I shouldn't have trusted the phone rep who assured me "no problem" to set up the new phone in store and transfer over the settings. Should have bought from Apple store and ported my 4 lines out to another carrier. Also the advertised $415 trade-in credit turned into $180 minus the $40 "Upgrade Fee". I will be leaving Verizon shortly. You've be warned, avoid this location.

He did not want to help with my old phone that I needed to return after I received my new phone (trade-in program). Told me that I have to mail it in or go to another T-mobile store. I went to another T-mobile store, of course they were helpful, took my old phone and gave me a receipt AND advised me to leave reviews for this specific 8808 S Sepulveda Blvd store for not helping a simple work for a customer. No supervision nor manager either. Lazy employees that need to be trained for a better customer services! I personally feel bad for the name of T-mobile if this is how they treat their loyal customers.

I asked about the specific phone I came to buy and he said they didn't have it in stock. I asked when would it be in stock and his reply was, "we are not allowed to give that information because he was held at gunpoint by someone who was asked him the same question some time ago. I then asked him if I should go to another store and his reply was, "you have the right to do that" ...I then asked if he could call the Culver city store to see if it was in stock there.. he refused to help. Tried to get a replacement for a screen protector. We were given a cheaper kind since the one we got with lifetime coverage was discontinued. When asked whats the difference, we were told its the same even though ours had bluelight protection and the one being given to us is cheaper and no blue light. Not until i showed and read the receipt the staff then acknowledged it and gave us the difference in store credit. Make sure you all pay attention! So disappointing. They should just close this since staff dont event want to be there!
