I went to this AT&T location after customer service instructed me to visit a store to reset my account security questions so my paid home internet service could be restored. I was asked to explain my situation to three different employees, repeating myself each time. Two of the employees were covering their name badges with their jackets and refused to provide their names when I asked. The final employee told me his name was "Moe," but his name tag said "Andrew." Instead of helping me or properly explaining what the store could or could not do, I was told to go to another location. No solution, no escalation, just dismissal. As a paying customer who followed AT&T's instructions, this felt unprofessional and disrespectful. If this location cannot handle account security resets for home internet, that should be clearly communicated -- not handled this way. Very disappointing experience. read more

Literally one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had at an AT&T store. I came in to complete a trade-in and was told I couldn't do it in-store because it had been started online and needed to be mailed. I then called AT&T customer support, who canceled the trade-in and confirmed I could complete it in-store. When I returned to the employee (Karan), he still refused to help. When I asked to speak to a manager, I was told there was no manager available and that the other manager was on leave. I asked for his last name or employee ID, and he refused to provide either. There was another employee present who also would not assist me. I was told she couldn't help me--yet she immediately helped another customer who walked in right after me. The situation became even more unprofessional when, after asking again for his last name, he responded with, "What are you, a cop? What are you, the FBI?" He then made comments about me being recorded on camera and audio in a way that felt unnecessary and intimidating, and ultimately called me a "Karen." To make matters worse, I went to another AT&T store immediately after, and they were extremely helpful and completed my trade-in in-store without any issue. This clearly shows the problem was not the policy, but the staff at this location. Completely unacceptable behavior, lack of accountability, and refusal of service. There's a serious problem with AT&T and all their stores in the greater LA at least. Besides all employing 90% of the most egregious liars I have come across in any industry, including automotive sales, there is a lack of coordination between corporate AT&T and the stores when it comes to responsibility for trade-ins. They all deny being able to accept a trade-in when it was done online even though the AT&T website explicitly has that as an option. To make matters worse, they lie and send you on a wild goose chase to other stores saying that they're not a corporate store. Had an amazing experience today transferring from tmoblie to AT&T with Marcos. We were in and out within and hour. I had previously backed up my phone, received the transfer pin and account number from tmoblie so I was prepared. Upgraded from the iPhone 15 pro max to iPhone 17 pro max. Highly recommend going right when they open and being prepared to make the experience go faster and as smooth as possible. read more

We finally got our turn and were asked one question rudely and then the staff member went on to help other people who came on long after us before finishing with us. Please avoid this store at all costs!!!! They lie. We came in to trade-in my husband's Iphone 14pro max to an Iphone17. Jose checked my husband's phone and said he will start the process. When we left the store, I received a text message confirming the order and add-ons Next up and phone protection which we never wanted and was never offered. I went back to the store within 30 minutes, and spoke to Jose and another sales person. The said the add-ons were non-negotiable as they were bundled to the new phone and that they had no control to change that. They gave me a number to call and told me to wait 2 weeks. I called and was told that was untrue. Those add-ons are add- ons and not bundled to the order. I had to wait a few days to pick up the new phone. Jose again was there and told us we had $100 credit to use for accessories, so we picked a case and screen protector. He told us to pay tax, which was $10. Today I got my bill, and it says it shows that I was charged for it, and that it will be paid in installments. It was not a credit! After all this, Jose NEVER started the trade in process. We are at risk of LOSING OUT on $1000 trade-in offer. read more

So I changed to another company but had any issue with the unlocking of my phone so I need to go into AT&T. That's when I met Shawna, there was nothing in it for her as far as getting me as a customer or buying a new phone, but her customer service skills her attitude and her friendliness shocked me as she had nothing to gain by being that helpful . It's a fucking shit place I bought a phone and a new business line from them 3 month ago and I start to get high bill as I found they signed me for 3 lines instead 1 . Also they add me device insurance and it's a totally crime . I called to 611 many times and I spent hours on the line with them and nothing happened I back there to solve the issue I spent one and half hour and again... nothing happened. I went to Encino AT&T to get information on International plans- was told my Mariah (name she gave me) that I had to call for this information. I let her know very kindly that was frustrating coming to store & not being able to get this information. I then said while I'm here let me ask about my plan. I kept hearing annoying noise from her phone- I asked her if she was watching a show. She said no, I'm watching my cat, she did not lower the volume. It was very distracting and I felt her focus was watching her cat not helping me. I kindly said was that more important and she told me none of my business. Shauna and Kayla are iPhone rockstar goddesses !! LOL. I preordered my iPhone 13 pro max in the new sierra blue color at the store on Sept 22nd.. It was supposed to be mailed to me the week of Oct 13. They got their in store order in on Sept 24 ( first day) and the exact one I wanted was in it ! Shauna let me know and held it for me so I could get it that day (weeks before the ship date!. She was able to cancel the preorder and give me the phone at the store on its first day !! Shauna and Kayla also helped me with my trade in on my iPhone 8 plus, and was able to get me the FULL trade in value. After the sale they helped me through the entire transfer process to the new phone and even waited while all the apps downloaded to make sure everything was ok !!
