This store has consistently had terrible customer service. Last week I asked an employee named Johnny (young, white, tattoos) to help remove my debit card from AutoPay. After 10 minutes of him messing around on his iPad and watching the TV, he told me he couldn't help and that I had to call AT&T. I knew that wasn't true, so I went to another AT&T store in Santa Ana, and they removed it in minutes. Johnny's attitude and lack of effort really rubbed me the wrong way. I bought a new iPhone, which they promised to be delivered to my address on the day I can be home to sign the package. This place was a joke! Alex the District Manager you allow your store to lock doors early!! So frustrating with the service I received at your store today. I had hoped to get assistance with five new phones, but instead, my visit was met with poor service, unprofessional behavior, and a lack of respect. I checked your store's hours online before driving to the location, and according to your website, the store should have been open until 7:00pm. However, when I arrived a little after 6:00 the doors were locked. We tried to enter, but one employee inside was motioning toward a sign on the door, though we couldn't understand what he was trying to convey. He eventually realized the sign was not visible to us as it was placed behind the store house. A note stating the store was closed due to being short-staffed. I understand staffing shortages can happen, but this could have been better communicated but note sure how you're short staffed with 3 employees in the store and 0 customers. Another employee came to the door, looked at us, and made no effort to open it or provide any assistance. This lack of customer service was compounded by the fact that we could hear employees laughing and talking disrespectfully behind the locked door. This is simply not acceptable. I had previously been with T-Mobile and decided to switch to ATT for better service, but this experience has been a joke. It's unfortunate to say that my experience with ATT, both on the phone and in the store, has been terrible. The behavior of employees Lalo and Leo was particularly unprofessional, and they clearly had no interest in helping customers. It felt like they were just milking the clock rather than providing any value to customers. I really hope you can address this issue and invest in proper customer service training, especially for these two employees. Customers expect and deserve respect and professional treatment, especially when they're making significant purchases like multiple phones. Awful customer service. Walked in to pick up a phone AT&T made the appointment for me to grab. The man with glasses approached me with every intention to have me walk right out. He was unprofessional in the way he started talking, asked what I came in for and interrupted other employees to let them know there was no pickup orders. Bought a new phone here and the guy had pretty poor attitude overall. I never received my trade in materials because as the ATT trade-in rep said over the phone the guy at the store didn't even bother putting in my home address and instead used the store address. The day I bought the phone, I had called to tell him I made a mistake when transferring data over and was asking how I could go back to the previous screen/options, he decided to raise his voice and kept yelling 'you did it wrong!' like over and over, lol. Terrible customer customer. We purchased 1 phone and open 4 lines at this location 7 months ago. They told us monthly fee would be $163 which we agreed on. Just found out $243 per month was charged via auto pay for the last 7 months. They added protection and also double charged protection on our phone without us knowing and agreeing. I took my Mom to the store for switching her phone today. What a wonderful experience. We were greeted by Tommy. He's not only helping us with the phone, he was more than happy to answer any questions we had. I came in here to switch providers for my parents and help them get some new iPhones. Initially everything went smoothly and Teri our sales rep was very nice and helpful. When it came down to the details of the phone plan I specifically asked for them not to put insurance on and NOT to add the next up fees. I remembering mentioning the reason why we didn't go to another location because the sales rep there automatically added all these fees including the ones I told her NOT to add, only to find out a week later that she added those fees after all. Long Story Short! What ever deal they promise you get in writing. They told me they will not charge me activation fee for 4 lines. AT&T charge me $120 dollars for activation. Customer service Rep said they should remove activation fee when you first sign up in the store. So finally they are giving me credit after spending 2 hours on the phone. This location has the worst customer service I've ever experienced within my 8 years of being with AT&T. They added 2 phone lines without properly letting us know. and The worker told us the phones will be "ghost lines" really just trying to make a sale thus, resulting in our next bill being almost 300+$ compared to our Normal 166$.
