This is a bait & switch store. You will be told the deal but after everything is done, you find out something different. Services were also added to my plan without my consent. I had the most horrible customer service experience ever at this store. Brittany Hubbert was incredibly rude, nasty and insulting to me, for no reason. Her fellow employee that was working with her (Anthony, I believe) was also very rude. All I needed was a eSim/QR code to sync my watch to my phone. I've never been so upset as a customer. I pay almost $600 every month to AT&T for all my devices and services, but that is going to stop immediately. I'm coming running back, Verizon!!! read more

This is the worst AT&T store I've ever visited. The people here are useless. They are a bunch of scammers and will hide things. Would highly recommend you go anywhere but here. I had a problem the store manager was allegedly the only one that could help me with. The store is having a hard time telling me when he will be in store. It's as if he's the president or someone that needs months in advance to see. This store is ridiculous. I had to solve my problems over the phone. Would never trade my phone in again. I went into this store to trade in my phone. I've already received my new phone but needed to turn in my old phone. I was greeted immediately by a friendly face (Reco or Mareco?) and they helped me very quickly and efficiently. They brought over someone that they were training, and this person was also great! I can't remember their name but they were training to be the assistant store manager or store manager. Overall great experience and highly recommend this location. read more

I had to get a SIM card to correct an error another ATt employee had made. Should have been an easy in and out. An hour and a half latter with a rude manager I did most of the exchange myself. I was amazed at the disorganization of the place and the fact that although I had an appointment, I did not get her attention but a dismissive attitude. I finally called the fellow in another city that had made the error, but she would not take his word for it. I drove a long way to get this done but wad offers no apology because my IID was on my phone and not a card. Don't go to an att store without you DL. THEY RIPPED ME OFF. WE MADE A DEAL AND THEY SCREWED ME UNDER FALSE PRETENSES, SHORTED ME $350 AND LIED MORE THAN ONCE. I traded in my iPhone 7 Plus 256 gig for a new iPhone 12 Pro Max 512 gig AND an Apple Watch 6. The salesman said my old phone was a $700 trade-in, and his black supervisor said it too. When I got the bill, it said they were giving me $11.67 a month x 30 months for my old phone. That equals $350, half of what they said they would give me. When I returned to talk about it, they wouldn't fix the problem. When I said maybe I should get my money back, another black supervisor said I can't get my money back because it's been over 30 days, pointing to the iPad screen of the salesman as if he was reading a date. I asked the salesman to look up the date I bought the phone and the Apple watch. It was November 14th. Now it's December 5th. That's not 30 days. Total dishonesty!!! STAY AWAY FROM THE AT&T STORE ON FINANCIAL CENTRE PARKWAY!!! All of the supervisors there should be FIRED IMMEDIATELY. read more

I walked in looking for an iPhone case, young lady walks up to me, doesn't identify herself and didn't look like an employee. I told her exactly what I wanted, and then she said, we didn't have it and turned around and walked away. Didn't help me at all to try and meet my needs...no needs analysis, fact finding, didn't offer further help, but what surprised me, but didn't surprise because ATT customer service hasn't changed in ten years ...she literally turned around and walked away to talk with other employees...no good bye, anything I can help you with, can I help you order it, try to sell me on a different brand...total waste of my time. read more

I have been sitting here just waiting for someone to help me , they took my name , misspelled it btw and all I have to do is return my hotspot device. And there is three employees free to help and not one is helping me. I wish I didn't have to rate the service. I bought a watch full price and returned it within the required time due to a bad sim. The salesman charged me a $45.00 restock fee. I'm having o pay out on a product that didn't work. That's not my fault. I had intentions to buy a different one but I don't think I will. I've always had the worst experience with att. read more

Customer service fail. Folks in the phone are nice but there's a disconnect with installers and order takers. Promised to arrive 8am-12noon. Came at 3; quit at 6:45 pm. Didn't have proper equipment for the install. Rescheduled a week later. read more

Went into the store tonight and asked for a specific associate. We asked for this specific associate because a couple of days earlier she answered our questions and we said we'd be back. We were told to wait and they would go get her. 10 minutes go by, 20 minutes go by, 30 minutes go by. It was ok at first because I was playing with the phone I wanted to buy. Was finally told she was at lunch, but only because we asked. We should have been told right away that she was at lunch and if we wanted to come back or make another appointment. The other associate we asked just said "ya I know". So we just asked him to sell us the phones. Low and behold, the associate we asked for comes strolling out. It was like a magic trick! Then it turns out they didn't have the phone I wanted and she tried to up-sell me. She wasn't altogether apologetic, she said sorry, but it was in a patronizing in tone. She didn't try to call another store or assist us in ordering it from online. I got a feeling she really didn't care either way. Our contract is up so we are now free to go to other carriers, which I will be researching this week. read more

We went to this ATT store to have our internet service switched to another address, and we were told that the internet at our new location was a slower service and the only way we could get this internet is to bundle with a DirectTV package which was fine. On moving day the DirectTV was setup and that part was great. The internet part on the other hand was not. We waited and waited for the internet service man to hook up our new service, but they never came. We called the manager whom stated that we should be waiting on a phone call prior to them coming. We waited yet again and they never called. We called the manager again and she sent us to customer service. After speaking with customer service we found out that internet service was in fact NOT available at our new location in Hillcrest!! They sold us a package that wasn't feasible!!!! After complaining I did get our DTV service substantially cheaper though. Either way this wasn't right and it's been very frustrating. read more
