After 20 minutes we politely asked the employee if we should check out Waterford or east Lyme if he had much longer left with his current customer. He stated "well I have a coworker here somewhere I'll try to locate." Then he went and found Manager Joseph Lopez who claimed he "owned the location." Joseph continuously took phone calls mid meeting or helped others who just walked in which prolonged our progress causing multiple delays, never apologized once, even after being there for an hour with little progress. I told him we would stop the process and go elsewhere to which he replied "go ahead, but this phones disconnected now." He is extremely unprofessional and lacks customer service!

I took out the phone from the case the next day to find out the back glass was shattered too. I went to this place to get my phone fixed. Best Buy wanted $329 for the front and they couldn't service the back glass.
