Ok I have to rate this facility a 5 for my visit today. I didn't even wait a minute to be helped. My customer service representative Bria was awesome, thorough, professional, knowledgeable, and very helpful. They had what I wanted in stock. So it was a great experience. Now for the call center, I've been with at+t for over 15 years and never had a problem until this week. I ordered an item and the delivery day changed 4 times after being promised I'd get the next day. Then I got off the phone and they changed to January 25th. So I called back and was told this location did indeed have it even though I was told they didn't. They said to come here and purchase the item then cancel the one I ordered on line then this problem would be solved. Guess what, I went to this location 5 minutes later as I live across the street and got the item I wanted and tried to cancel the online purchase but they refused too because it was already prepared for delivery. That is very unacceptable to treat customers that way. Thank God for Bria because she instructed me what to do to fix this problem. Seriously, if it wasn't for Bria I would've stopped all of my $400.00 + a month service with them. Hey, Bri deserves a raise y'all. read more

This place needs to add more staff. I understand they are AT&T, and that mindset is what is going to push people to walk away. I have been waiting for over one and half hours and I still have 4 people before me. People in general are nice and competent. Two hours to speak to a competent person who is trying to sell you more things is just terrible. AT&T should at minimum have experience to make the wait bearable by offering free phone charging. read more

Finally, I get through to a human being and what do you know...It's a woman in the Philippines. (Real shocker) I had to hang up because they almost always f#@k things up. I went to this store for help with a new phone 2 weeks ago. There were 2 mess ups which I had to go back for and waste 2 hours of my time . Then they send the wrong phone and forget to order the second phone I needed. I go in today and they skip my name in line after waiting 2 hours only to have two employees standing there just checking in while three are going to lunch . They were rude , slow, and no manager present or help given. Then no detail given as to when I should expect my order or apology for the mistakes made. This is the worst at&t i have been too. I tried to switch from sprint to at&t. I waited for 1 hour for them too give me no help . When I signed up they should of told me in order to switch from retail places to at&t you need your sprint ID account # in order to continue your sign in. But no they did not say that so i came to waste 2 hours of my time. Time waster. When the worker came he left somewhere. After he came back he was give me "advice"saying "why don't you come tomorrow and we can help you". After i waited for 2 hours he didn't want to help me anymore. Be very careful with any promises made by Sales Reps here. My wife and I signed up about a year ago for a new ATT account, but with two lines that were already with ATT. We were given a BOGO offer for the iPhone X. Several months later, after not receiving credits for the second phone like we were promised, I contacted ATT to see what was going on. They informed me we did not qualify, as neither of our lines were new lines. Apparently in the fine print of the BOGO, it stated a new line was required. We are now on the hook for the close to $1000 cost of the second phone. ATT refuses to do anything to rectify the situation, even though one of their employees misled us. The sales representatives at this store can not be trusted. Read all the fine print with any deals. The particular sales rep we dealt with also promised us an additional $100 gift card, which was never received. Time to find another wireless provider. read more

She listened to what my needs were and tailored our plan accordingly. She explained my options very clearly and in detail. She made the process of transferring my data over to my new phone very easy. I bought my phone here. And bought the insurance along with it. When the phone broke, I took it in and they filed a claim. I got a "refurbished" replacement. The replacement didn't work AT ALL. It had the lovely iphone bug where it turns off randomly and won't even turn on unless it's plugged in. So I went back and AT&T filed another claim and they sent me another "refurbished" replacement. Also broken. This one had a different bug -- an issue with the proximity sensor where it won't go dark when I make a call. So I took it back to AT&T and got the response -- "not our problem. you can upgrade or file again. We have nothing to do with the insurance. Too bad." Dude. YOU SOLD ME THE INSURANCE. How can you have NOTHING to do with it?!!! You know what GOOD customer service looks like? Giving me a new phone. Not the "sucks to be you" attitude I got from the manager (!) of this store today. I will never buy anything from this store again. I suggest you avoid it. read more

Located in the same center as Chi Chi's and Big Lots. Parking is a little rough during the weekends due to surrounding businesses. Overall, the interior of this location is rather nice. There is a ton of open space, numerous seats, and even water. I highly recommend making an appointment. The appointment might help minimize the wait but I can pretty much guarantee that you'll be waiting nonetheless. We've walked in twice and each time we were told it would be a 15 minute wait. On both occasions the wait was over 45 minutes and when we would reach out to the manager he couldn't provide us with an estimate of when we would be helped but instead would cop an attitude with us for asking. I think the most irritating thing was seeing employees go in and out of the breakroom in packs as if they were going to lunch together or taking breaks together. I'm not just saying two or three people, I'm talking about GROUPS of four or five employees. I think it's great that they can do that and build a nice culture but there is no business if there aren't any customers. I think the manager could have done a much better job at scheduling their breaks and lunches. Another issue was that they had more than one rep helping each customer which doesn't really make sense to me. I'm sure each is trained to handle the same situations and it would've been more efficient to have one rep per customer. Our reps were nice but not as helpful as we'd like. Overall I wouldn't recommend this AT&T. read more

I have had more than one occasion of waiting in ridiculously long lines for reps, but that's not really what caused my one star. I frankly don't enjoy being lied to. The rep, whose name starts with L, completely lied to me about selling me on tons of upgrades. They sold a tablet to me that they told me was a promotional plan that I would receive for $1. When my bill came in, it read that I had created a second phone line with the tablet and was going to be billed $25/month for it. Additionally, I would not have switched from tmo had I known what the prices were actually going to be. My plan was handled entirely wrong and when my first bill came in, it was trumped up with a bunch of unnecessary charges ($30 more per month than what I was quoted in the store). I had to go back into the store, wait for another 2 hours and have a manager reverse most of the charges and refund the $125 in unnecessary charges that L added to my transaction as a bait and switch. I would not recommend going into this location. The reps seem only interested in commissions and not giving you an honest experience. read more

I try to avoid this place whenever I can. Long story short, I went to get this promotion for my iPhone where if you trade it in they'll give you an AT&T promotion card. Before going to this store I read the fine print on the website and even called 611 from my phone just to confirm and the rep on the phone told me that it's participating stores, but to be on the safe side I should go to company stores since all of them are doing this promotion. So I get to the store and checked in with the person and told them exactly what I needed to do about trading in my iPhone and the person checking me in confirmed me what the original phone rep had advised. So I waited about an hour in half to be seen and when the sales rep went up to me I told him what I wanted to do and what he told me was that the promotion card can only be used at that time and only towards accessories..... I was so disappointed in finding this out. I told him what both reps had told me and he said that they don't know what they're talking about because they aren't sales rep like he is. So I left the store and called another AT&T company store at Santa Clarita and they told me that this Northridge store didn't know what they were talking about. They advised me that I could use the promo code towards my bill. Just wanted to make everyone aware that this so called "company store" does things differently and I would avoid them as much as I could. read more

We were asking her about our options for adding another line and all she can do is nod and say "mhm". She mentioned all of these fee's and had no plans of trying to explain anything she mentioned to us. Its obvious shes not trying to help. You can tell all they wanna do is make sales. It was time to make the leap from shitty ten year old flip phone to sweet new iPhone 4S. After much research, AT&T seemed to be the best overall compared to Verizon and Sprint. Off to the AT&T store! The people here were all very nice. Our rep knew what she was doing. The transaction and waiting time took a while so be ready for that. We were offered water several times. After several glasses of water, and waiting for what seemed like forever, you will discover there are no bathrooms for customers! I think this is a cruel little joke they like to play on people. Offering you endless cups of water, then watching you scramble for a public restroom. Which there are none in this outdoor shopping mall. Your best bet is to hit Pier One Imports for all your bathroom needs. I've always advocated that Pier One has the very best accommodations for anyone in need of a proper restroom. It's really the Cadillac of public toilets. There's never any dudes in that place and the women that work there keep that men's room spic 'n span. Uninterrupted relieving bliss. They even got potpourri in there! Getting back to the store- Yeah, be prepared to spend some quality time here. They sold me the wrong power adapter and we had to go back the next day to exchange it for the right one. Even that took thirty minutes. The new iPhone is great. Our experience at the AT&T store was overall a good one. Don't drink the water. read more

However, we went to the WOODLAND HILLS store in the morning on 11/26 & had the best experience with an agent named KYLE (I forgot his last name). Thank goodness at least once AT&T store gets it right. -JL ------------------------ My fiancee & I had the WORST customer service experience on 11/23 at ~7:30PM at the AT&T store in Northridge, CA (9050 Tampa Ave). DESMOND BULL checked us in using an iPad. There were relatively few patrons. After waiting ~30min, I noticed that our names were no longer on the monitor screen. I asked Mr. Bull & he said there must've been a glitch & assured we'll be seen next. Another 10 minutes passed by & KRISTINE CARLOS comes to us and asked what we're here for-- we explained we wanted to upgrade our phones & she said she couldn't help us but the next agent will help. After another 5-10 minutes, I noticed another agent helping yet another person who came in after us. Both Mr. Bull & Ms. Carlos had disappeared. So we approached the Assistant Manager, FRANK RODRIQUEZ & told him what happened. He didn't even bother to look at us and kept typing away at the computer. He kept saying that "we have excellent service at this store" & that "our staff has excellent communication", which is obviously not the case as the staff didn't communicate to one another that we had been waiting to be seen and no one helped us. Rather than pay full attention to us, Mr. Rodriquez didn't even bother to look up at us or acknowledge that his staff made a mistake. Not everyone's gonna get served at once. There were some employees standing around but maybe it's because like at my job that there are various job functions and not everyone can do every one. Anyway, I was put in the queue and I waited.... and waited.....and got attended to, by Lila. Super cool by the way. I came in to figure out if I can somehow lower my bill. Aaaaand I'm able to because of my job so Lila helped me get started on that which was a quick process. She also answered my annoying questions about the new iPhone release, how I'd go about pre-ordering since I've never done it before and whether I'd have to change my plan or not (NOT! phew). This review is based off the one time I came in here for a new sim card. The moment I walked in I was immediately greeted by an employee. We worked out my sim card issue and within twenty minutes I was out of there. The service I received was very professional. I actually had to go on the phone and make some arrangements, the gentlemen helping me out stepped away, and once I was off the phone another employee came to help me, but then the original employee came back to help out. I thought that was very nice that the help was so prompt. This location is pretty nice. The store's layout is in the heart of a strip mall that has tons of parking. Only downside is that it's off Tampa which has a lot of traffic. Overall I enjoyed my experience here and thought I received very efficient and transparent service. Thank you! read more

I am glad I called in to make an appointment. This location is always packed! I came in to upgrade to a Samsung S4.I was helped by Nick and his manager Jon. A simple upgrade turned into nearly two hours! In those two hours, my husband and I learned that we can save nearly $200 on our cell phone bill, cable bill, and from our old home alarm! We couldn't be happier with our uverse tv and Digital Life. It's cool that I will be able to manage my home alarm from my phone and not have to pay for a $60 home phone bill just to have ADT alarm! If you go into the store, ask for Nick and Jon for assistance. Last stop on my attempt to buy a stupid galaxy s5. After leaving best buy in a rage, I saw an AT&T store across the street. I walked in and wandered around for awhile before finally being greeted, and was informed they did in fact have the phone I was looking for. They checked me in and I was actually somewhat convinced I was about to get the phone I'd been trying to buy with cash money all goddamn day. And then I waited. Half an hour passed. The store closed. I waited some more. Another half an hour passed. I unlocked a case and made a pyramid out of the most expensive acessories they had. No one stopped me. I played the "turn down for what" music video on all the phones at the same time, pausing on the particularly ridiculous parts and leaving them on the screen. No one stopped me. Or helped me. Or anything really. Finally I'd been waiting for an hour, and there were still four people in front of me in line. The store had been closed for over half an hour. The door was locked. On my way out, the staff rushed me because they thought I was trying to let someone in. When I told them I was, in fact, just trying to get as far as humanly possible away from AT&T as a company, they reluctantly let me go. Thanks, AT&T. I don't know why everyone has their panties in a twist. Just because you don't understand and have the patience for plans doesn't mean the service or this location sucks. I've been here multiple times and every time I've got the best service from the actual associates. The manager was a bit pushy and needed to shut up since he wouldn't take the hint that I didn't want a damn iphone. But, there was a filipino chick that made my last upgrade easy breezy. Super patient with my indecisive self and understanding that I didn't want their phone cases because the one I wanted wasn't in stock. She really was cool and got things done fast and got me out of there in a jiffy. Then, there was Micheal (Mikey you da man) haha fixed the problem with my bff's plan that got all kinds of messed up since we were dumb and went to an At&t authorized dealer instead. He fixed it, knew what he was talking about, took his time and explained things in layman's terms so we didn't feel like tard faces. Even when it was cloooooosing time! People. Went in to pay my phone off and the sales lady Helen, came to help me, she was very knowledgeable and comfortable to talk with.
