I want to transfer my cell number from my business account to other business account. Eventhogh spend 3days,this store can't helping anything. They gave to me At&t national call center number, I spend 2hours more called to national call centet Call center send transfer infomation via email amd then they told me job was done. Today, I went this store and explain my situation. Customer associate does not care business reason for business account. I ask to him how can I solve the problem. He told me you have to contact to national call center. I don't want spend the other 2 hours. Already I have been 12 years customer of AT&T. They did not care of business. I decide go to the other way! ! This store management looks like has problem, Customer visit 3days straight same problem nobody report this problem to manager. Beware they like to give you the wrong phone and then charge a restocking fee. Make sure they give you the correct item before you leave unless you want to pay even more. We will be switching to T-Mobile because of the rude service. read more

Worthless when it comes to customer service. Better off calling the 800 line to get anything done- that's what they'll tell you anyway. Management hides behind a wall of CAN'Ts that doesn't seem to allow them to manage anything at all. Trust me. Call the hotline instead of wasting your time. read more

I transferred my go phone number to a plan at a Target mobile kiosk, the transfer didn't work but I was given a "temporary" number, and was told to call the customer service to do it online. After spending some time on the phone, I was told to visit a "company" store to get it done. So less tan a week later, today, i visited this store. When I explained the situation to the staff member at the counter, he took my ID, left it on the counter and had me repeat myself as if he was trying to make me see how dumb I was. Then he told me it couldn't be done, as my contract was with the new (and apparently not temp number) number, that I was going to give the phone back (I had to fight the urge to remind him I had indeed pay for the phone!) then go into a company store to do the transfer of phone number. So I asked if there was anything else that could be done so no other customers would get into the same problem, he said "if you had done it in the company store in the first place you wouldn't have this problem. Dealers will say anything to make a sale." Then he looked at me patiently but without a word like I was an idiot, I had to reach over the counter to retrieve my ID and he didn't even move a muscle. I was just dumbfounded and left the store. I wished I could've found my tongue to tell him that I signed a plan due to the Target mobile staff's recommendation, if I had gone to this store, I would've run to Verizon. read more

Ask for Riannon. She is a customer service rep. When my mom and I walked in there, our only mission was to fix her old skool Nokia phone that she is in love with. Riannon greeted us and immediately helped us. She took apart the phone and tried fix it but shortly realized that Mom needed a new sim card. She transferred the files over and we were on our way. I came back about an hour later with my dad. We were in the market to buy him a phone. Riannon was one of about 6 employees I saw on the sales floor (she was also the only one with a customer and not texting or playing with what looked like their personal cell phone). She was so kind and her patience level with us was off the charts. She explain everything from the service plans, contracts, and to various phone functions. She stood there so patiently while I translated everything to my dad. After about an hour, we were checking out. There was not a minute where I felt pressured to buy anything or that I was wasting her time. UNETHICAL!! LOOK OUT. The new apple iPhones were in the store, but the prices were not posted yet. I asked a salesperson, MARISA PAINTER, what the full price of the phone was. She lied. She told me the cost of the phone was less than half of the actual price. I did not find out the truth until I received my 1st receipt from ATT. I took the phone back and told the manager I had been lied to about the price of the phone. She believed me but refused to take it back and make things right because I had the phone for 2 weeks. On Dec. 24th and 26th, 2014 I bought 10 and 3 $10 SIM cards respectively for a group of overseas visitors. Both sales reps were very helpful, pleasant and polite. Unfortunately the 2nd batch of 3 SIM cards were incorrectly set up and not usable so I had to return to the store. When told they were not refundable I asked for replacement cards. A lady sales rep gave me 2 options: 1) Discard the bad cards because she said "This is life." 2) Be willing to wait if I wanted replacement cards. I told her that it was AT&T's fault for selling me bad cards so it was her responsibility (on behalf of AT&T) to right the wrong. She gave me a look that was quite scary. I waited for about 15 minutes for 2 replacement cards and still have one bad card but I am afraid to go back to that store. read more
