I had gone to another corp store for help with my home cell service device and they couldn't get it to work. Before giving up and throwing it out, I decided to give this location a try. I'm so glad I did. I was helped by the store manager, Giovanny, and he quickly saw the reason why the other store couldn't activate the device. Typically, I have fairly low (and I mean LOOOOWWW) standards when I walk into any phone store. The employees are usually of the DGAF type and couldn't care less if you were on fire. These statements are based on personal experiences over the years and I've had enough negative encounters with phone store staff to have developed a strong aversion to these places, so when I decided to come here, I was prepared for a fairly aggravating visit. Walking in, I was surprised by the cleanliness and and orderliness of the store. Everything was situated squarely with very few items at a skew. The floor wasn't covered with trash and the music playing wasn't offensively loud. I was promptly greeted by Sandra who gave me solid eye contact and addressed my questions directly. She didn't try to sell me anything but didn't brush me off either. Her work was very fast and she presented me with what I requested and took care of it in the store in less than ten minutes. I was so pleased with her professionalism that I spent more time in the store and bought a couple items that I normally wouldn't have considered. There's no guarantee that she'll be there when and if I return, but on my one visit, I got lucky and I at least have one visit to an ATT store that didn't result in me wondering, "How the hell did you get hired and how the hell have you not been fired?" A salesman came to our house. The deal was too good to pass up. 3 new iphones 13, monthly savings of $40 and $750 in Visa gift cards. well, guess what....The first month the bill was $60 higher than guarantee ($10 higher than Verizon) and the 3 gift cards that were suppose to be here in 4-6 weeks have yet to materialize & no one at ATT has any record of them being ordered. After numerous calls to the ATT help line, I visited a local store who said they can't do anything, I would have to go to a corporate store. Guess what? Corporate couldn't help me either. Arrived into the parking lot 10 minutes before they opened and hung out in my car. At 9:57am, I got out and waited outside. The 5 employees are literally sitting around and talking. At 10am, the guy unlocked the door, but all he did was flip the lock and walk away. I was expecting him to open the door and welcome everyone in. Apparently customer service is not their strong suit. All I needed to buy was a gift card for my sister-in-law. When I told him that's what I came into buy he said, "oh ummmm...I'm not sure if we have any" Hello!! It's nearly Christmas! The minus one star was just because I think the greeting and just coordination of the store could be better. She had such a warm smile and helpful demeanor. So she rest my net work setting on iPhone 5s and change the sim card and she said try couple days if it was still no service I have to change the phone. After couple hours I noticed all my voicemail I kept from 2015 up to now are GONE. the voicemail I kept was very important to me and some of them was from close people in my life they passed away. Anyway I went inside OMG the guy he was asking me in front it was Mexican guy with no smile so I explained him what happened and he interrupted me with not looking at me just looking to front door and said we can't do anything about it and she was trying to help you out but I explained to him I wish she knows what's she doing and give me a warning I might loss my voice mails by resting or changing sim card. But he kept her side he was NOT HELPFUL AT ALL. I went to at&t on north Tustin but they said they don't know what did she do so better I call 611 at&t customer service to see if I can get missing voice mail back. I called 3 times to customer service and they were nice and I got just voice mails from past 30 days not anymore. So I go back to main street store to talk with manager...I went there the girl with glasses on came to me apparently she was a manager which I know now why all the people in store so not helpful and rude. I explained what happened since morning and I explained how important was those voice mails and meanwhile I was crying. I was dreading having to come to at&t today to get a replacement phone because of the poor experience I previously had at the Tustin marketplace location and south Bristol location. The reason for my visit was because low and behold AT&T overcharged me AGAIN!!!! Even though, what brought me into the store was a negative, the energy I receive from this establishment is nothing but positive. Every time that I come into this store I am always received with a smile and a friendly welcome. My "go-to" guy is a young man named Jesse. He is by far the best representative that I have ever dealt with. I have dealt with other reps at this location and even though they were nice, the level of knowledge just wasn't the same as when I deal with Jesse. He has always gone the extra mile for me, whether if be a service or sales visit. He is very honest and just a delight to deal with. My husband and I came to this location in hopes of just getting an estimate on possibly adding me to my husbands current plan. We were assisted by Luis/Louis he was amazing answered all our questions but also gave us information on what current promotions at&t was having. Right after he was done explaining i decided i was going to switch and add the line. He was very thorough and ported my line from my previous carrier very quickly and efficiently. I was in and out within 30 minutes he was able to provide print out and receipts for my record that explained our whole transaction. (In the past other providers just rushed me off and said to look it up online or in a statement when the bill came) We were very pleased with the service the at&t associate provided. I really wish everywhere i went there was such amazing and pleasant associates. Life would be much easier for us consumers/customers. read more

Horror Story Beware... I went in to buy dad a phone since it was time for an upgrade. I've done this before and have never had an issue (been an 8 yr customer). This time was a nightmare and nothing but deceit by the person helping us out. I told him we wanted an upgrade, he insisted we open a new line for BOGO. I agreed since I had my sig other which could be added to my plan. This person also let us know that by adding the line we could upgrade to unlimited data for $15 extra a month. I figured it was a good deal so I agreed. He said he would be adding both new phones as new lines, which I said why we only need one more line. He said that we needed to do this and would be able to cancel the line in 3 months and would have a free phone. I figured these ppl were looking out for my best interest so didn't think much of it. A month later I noticed the bill was almost double and my plan didn't have unlimited data. I went to the store and they told me to bring the phone that isn't in use and they would make it an upgrade instead of a new line. I walk in today explain everything and they tell me they couldn't help me because it had been past 30 days. I asked to speak with the store manager she wasn't able to fix the problem and kept saying that she wasn't there so she couldn't say anything about why this gentleman would say all these things. She did emphasize that we had signed therefore she couldn't cancel the extra line. So now i'm stuck with this extra line that won't be in use. I am beyond pissed off and annoyed at this experience. If you interact with any of these ppl I would suggest that you record them or get their quotes on paper. Unfortunately I will be looking to change carriers as this experience has just ruined my feelings towards att. read more

I went to the store today 12/29/2021 to cancel a line associated with my Apple watch i no longer needed. I went to the store because you cancel a line online. When I walked in everyone was super nice "Hello be right with you "... As soon as they heard that I wanted to remove a line...Instantly " no you have to call in to do that...I though that's odd. I shared that I thought it was too bad that I'm in the store where I can buy a phone or hot spot or activate a apple watch, but I cant cancel an unused phone line. Instantly rude comments from the staff in unison, "nope, cant do it, buy , have a nice day (sarcasm dripping from every word). The store manager helena or Elena is the worst! Long story short I went down there after being told by the 800 number that I had to go the store to handle my situation. I end up talking to John & Helena/Elena and she tells me that she can't do nothing and I had to call billing. So now I'm irritated, so I leave and call billing, I finally end up with someone in sales who help me big time. She tells me that Helena was supposed to call billing and handle the situation for me so the lady in sales called Helena/Elena and said she was unwilling to call billing but had the nerves to say have me come back down there so we can call together! Like WTF?!? At that point she didn't want me to come back there cause I wouldn't have been nice anymore. Basically I got my situation handled by the lady in sales. Terrible service at this location! If I could give ZERO stars I would. We have not had internet service since the beginning of February and have called numerous times, have had multiple techs come out, and the issue has not been solved. I was still charged for these services. I just got off the phone with customer service and they will "credit" my account for costs of February and March, however at this time I am still being charged for April and have had zero service. It is ridiculous that they do not issue refunds for services that were charged but not received. I am stuck in a contract until September and completely regret using AT&T. read more

Horrific lack of customer service! I returned four AT&T TV boxes directly to Enrique who promised to e-mail me a receipt for the returned boxes as soon as he was done servicing his customer. Seeing that they were very busy, I made the mistake of trusting that he would do so. Now, I'm being charged $240 for the four returned boxes. I have phoned the store, written the store manager, and gone in person to the store to try to resolve this. To make a very long story short, the $240 was never reversed; I never received the receipt for the return of the boxes; and I'm now being forced to dispute the charge through my credit card company. I've wasted a lot of time on what should have been a simple transaction and may yet end up on the hook for the $240. Steer clear of this AT&T location! read more

First off, this is a review of AT&T Home phone service. I couldn't find a location for them. If you are thinking of buying internet service through AT&T DO NOT DO IT! They offered specials and never came through with them, like a gift card we could use toward the purchase of the modem and it never came. We spoke to someone and they said that they would take care of it and they never did. So now the bill is here and they billed us for S&H when they said it was free! And when we called and asked for a manager, they would not let us talk to them. So much for costumer service!!! To top it of they said that the gift card was to be used to purchase groceries and fuel so that the money we saved could be used to pay for the modem! AHHHHH!! read more

Friendly and sweet people but horrible customer service. Recently switched from T-mobile to ATT regarding their buy an iPhone XS , get an iPhone of $750 free. Offer was great and seemed reasonable. Little did we know that we would come visit this location every month, due to poor explanations of the bill and many hidden fees. They messed up our bills for several months , claiming that they would give us credit back. If we did not look and read our bills thoroughly , who knows how much extra money we would be giving them. Keep in mind every time we visited , there was always a customer complaining about over charging them. Should've just stayed at T-mobile. I went into this store to add ONE line and do some phone upgrades. Weeks later I find out THREE lines were added to my account. Without my permission or consent. Nothing could be done over the phone with custom care since over 2 weeks had passed ! I returned to the store and spoke to the manager who apologized and quoted me an amount for my phone bill which sounded reasonable and wasn't too much more than I was originally paying. He said ADDING THREE LINES to my acct was done to save me money. WITHOUT MY CONSENT. AT&T is designed to have you save the more lines u have. Basically I am stuck 3 lines I don't need. On my next bill it was over $100 more than I was quoted. I went back to the store and was told that they fixed the issue for future billing and told to call customer care for credit on my current bill. Customer care said that my monthly bill was going to be over $300 per month and that NOTHING WAS FIXED on my bill. I needed to talk to the manager who I had already talked to. They suggested talking to his manager. This is the worst experience I have ever had. Sadly the manager was no help either. I would like to get in touch with his manager but have had no luck with getting contact information so I will be contacting AT&T headquarters. Do yourself a favor. Don't go to this AT&T store Update. 3/10/20 This issue has not been resolved as of today. AT&T makes it impossible to reach anyone in management. To the manager of this store , Mauricio, would you be so kind as to provide me with your supervisors contact information? Went into this Att location because the people at the ATT where I originally purchased my phone was not helpful. As soon as a I walked it the girl who added me to the wait que was very helpful in letting me know they would be able to help me there. I believe her name was Lidia. I didn't have the correct receipt and the other location told me they couldn't do anything but she was able to help the sales associate who handled my transaction bring up the receipt. Though the wait was pretty long, I think it was about 45 mins or so it was definitely worth it because of the two young ladies who helped me out. They were so helpful and very nice. If I ever have a problem with anything I know to go back there to those two ladies. read more

For months I have been trying to have them fix their manager's mistake of removing my unlimited data plan. I was switched to a 2 GB plan in error.
