I visited this location last Wednesday to upgrade my phone. By mistake the employee helping me signed me up for the 30month contract when I specified I wanted the 24 month. I called to speak with the store manager Abraham about the issue and he asked me to hold for 10 minutes while he looked into the issue. I was on hold for 32 minutes before I hung up and called back to be told that he was in a meeting. I was appalled in the behavior of the store manager to let me sit on hold for that long and to find out that he hadn't even began or was even going to look into the issue. I will not be returning to this location due to the very poor service I received from the store manager Abraham. read more

Quinton is the best. He helped us out in exchanging our note 7 for interim phones. He explained the whole process to us and got us the galaxy S7 active. We can come back to get the Samsung note 7 when they fixed the batteries. He's passionate about his work and helping customers. You won't be disappointed if you come to this store. Ask for Quinton, and he'll take care of you either buying the new phone or a simple customer service call. Also, the store manager, Froy, is awesome, too. He is very knowledgeable and nice. Please only go to AT&T corporate stores, not the authorized dealers. Retail authorized dealers are the worst because they do nothing when there's a problem. Excellent service from two very helpful gentleman and one woman, friendly, knowledgeable and they helped me and my family out while we were on vacation, by working out our SIM card problems far away from home, for no cost and were very attentive and great to work with! Don't go to Jesse! One of the worst experiences of customer service. I was told, by Jesse, the I could not cancel a international plan in store, and cancel a phone line I no longer use. When I have done so many times in this very store. He told me to call customer service. So I did, and they told me they should have been able to cancel the international plan and phone line in store with no problem. I'm so mad at att ! We got my daughter and her roommate the tv and internet special and was supposed to get 100.00 visa card! Never got it!!! They are college students and that money would help them out . I followed up and they did and att said check the mail they did . Check your email they did . Nothing . I called and now all of sudden it's pass the time to get the card ! Ridiculous and not fair when we were promised the card. I could off set up with someone else but they claimed they have good internet fibers which is a lie also . Super disappointed. After moving last month I have had I very poor, sometimes no coverage inside my home. I have talked to tech support countless times with very little change. I was finally told, that maybe it was my phone. I held off, but decided yesterday to go into a store, (Orange, CA) only to be even more disappointed. Although the gentleman who helped me ("Q" is the name he gave me), was pleasant enough, once I told him I didn't want a new line he didn't really have any ideas. I told him what tech support said about the phone being an older model and asked about an upgrade he told me my phone was not that old and that I should just have somebody with an AT&T IPhone come to my house to see if they had coverage. I can't ever recall being somewhere ready to purchase something and leaving feeling like I wasted the sales persons time. I'm not sure, but it seemed like maybe because I got there at 5:45, maybe "Q" was off at 6:00 and really didn't want to end up helping me. I decided to finally change carriers from Verizon to AT&T. I was hesitant to make the switch but after walking into this AT&T store I was convinced my new provider would be AT&T. I already had AT&T Uverse for my home service for years so I decided to see what AT&T wireless could do for me. I compared both carrier prices and Joshua my sales representative showed me the difference in price and better options I would have if I switched to AT&T. I didn't feel pressured at all. My experience from beginning to end was great. Joshua was nice and he kept it real with me. The store manager Regina made sure I was well taken care of. I walked away with two new phones and a better pricing plan. I am always a happy camper when I'm saving money. I would definitely recommend this store and I will be bringing another line over soon I'm sure. read more

I am a long-term ATT customer at this location and still have original unlimited data plan from many years ago. Was told yesterday by both manager and salesman that an upgrade to iPhone 6 Plus would require a new contract which deletes both the unlimited data plan and the employee discount. COMPLETELY FALSE! Find a different ATT store where they will work with you and not against you. This store is horrible. Went in to upgrade phone and instead of upgrading on the correct line they created a NEW phone line. When I came back to ask about this they said I was in a 2 year contract and could only terminate early if I paid. I spent over 6 hours at this location yesterday after I had lost all of data from my phone switching over to a new phone it had been wiped clear at home and the staff at this location had gone be over and beyond to help me retrieve it Melissa and several other staff members were so kind and patient in helping I finally had to just set up the new phone thinking I would have lost all of my old data including priceless pictures I was informed of I could find anything written down at home with emails or pass words that could help I could. One back and they would help me retire my Data I went home and found after going through so many boxes of info what was needed so I went back and they spent several more hours with me! I've never been an AT&T customer, and the only reason I came here was because I found fraudulent collections on my credit report. I went to an AT&T location by my house and they said I needed to speak with someone at their corporate office, they would be able to pull up information or atleast give me the number to the fraud/collections department. I come here and find that they have 10 employees inside all of them just sitting/standing around talking and on their phones. One of the associates comes up to be asks how he can help I let him know about the fraud, and let him know that I've never been an AT&T customer, and he replies "I feel sorry for you, who do you have?" Me: "T-mobile" he shrugs and says "yea they're ok" Me :" I'd be willing to change to AT&T but not if I'm going to just to have things like this happen" Him: "sucks should of paid your bill" Me: .... He proceeds to give me customer service number and I leave. What happened to customer service, this guys smart remarks are not cool. I had a terrible day, lost my mind, and threw my phone for the first time ever and it smashed (like shattered). I figured the process would be miserable explaining what happened and getting my phone fixed. Randy understood the process but was so fun and easy to talk to. He may be a little talkative, but his willingness to help and explain things was exceptional. He did so well I had to write this review right when I got home. Appalling bad customer service! I went there on Monday to upgrade my iPhone and I dealt with Santiago. He spent a lot of time with me but in the I didn't buy the phone that day because I had to back it up and the back up time was 9 hours. I came back at 11:15 on Wednesday and asked for Santiago. They said he was out in his truck because he didn't start until 11:30. I said I would come back at 11:30, which I did. When I walked in the door and asked for him, the guy sitting behind a computer said, "he's in the back, he will be right out." I waited 5 minutes and then I asked when he would be coming out on the sales floor and the guy said, "they are having a meeting in the back, they do it every day so he won't be out for 15 or 20 minutes." Are you kidding me!!! This is the same guy that told me to come back at 11:30. Then he said, "this is why we take appointments; you should have had an appointment." There was not a soul in the store and he's telling me to make an appointment! Evidently, ATT has so many sales every day they don't have to give good customer service. read more

My dad and I came in to get help switching devices. I foolishly assumed that having a 10 o'clock appointment when the store opened would give us priority, but I was wrong. The staff members helped those who walked in before us even though we were all waiting in front of the store before it opened. They didn't even ask who had an appointment. I asked one of the employees whether people who had appointments had priority, and he said yes, but the people who walked in checked in before us, and that's why they got helped before us. But Everyone who walked into the store after us got helped before us as well. While waiting, I called customer service and was helped. My phone call with the phone representative ended before our name got called so we left. Do yourself a favor and call customer service or don't go to this store. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! read more

The worst store and company period. They will not let you buy an iPhone for full retail cost outright. I tried to just go in here and buy an iPhone 6s from my employee as a bonus, and a birthday gift, and they gave me the run around on how I had to make an installment plan than pay off the phone!! Also keep in mind that they will not let you buy any item outright without signing in and waiting a RIDICULOUS amount of time, even if you just want to buy something as simple as a charger! Switch to T-mobile quick! AT&T is a hassle from paying your bill to just wanting to purchase an item in store!! You can't even call the store directly!!! AT&T reroutes you to their own corporate automated switch board rather than connect you to the store right away!!! First of all I don't know what the yelper before this was complaining about this store. Who could care less if there are advertisement in Spanish in the store. I'm Asian and I don't give a damn if there is hieroglyphics carved on the wall just like the Egyptians did back in the in the pyramids. The people there are awesome, they are very helpful. They even charged up my Iphone while I was shopping for a cover for it. I just got out of the Apple store in Brea (check my previous review) and rushed over to this AT&T store to get my accessories for my phone because Apple didn't have any cover I like. I was willing to drive that extra miles to come to this store because I knew the staffs here are awesome. But anyways, I was helped by two helpful staffs, one being a dude who charged my phone for me. The other was a cute girl who I was stupid to not find out what was her name. I guess I was too distracted by her look that I totally forgot to ask her name and compliment her on her good work. Came in to talk to them about adding a line to our plan. Even though I'm the authorized user, they wouldn't let me add a line, even when the primary person lives in Northern California and wanted us to put the person on the plan. The lady that greeted us told me that there was nothing they could do, and if we wanted to speak to a manager, we'd need to be put on a wait list. Any place that has a wait list, just to speak to a manager, has some other issues going on. I found the staff rude, and as an AT&T user for many years, pretty sad. I went down the street to Best Buy, and they had no problem adding a line for us. Not sure why this AT&T store wouldn't even work with an authorized user on the plan, but that's enough for me to not go back and not recommend it. Basically, they're rude and they don't want their customer's business. That's fine, there's plenty of other places in the area that do, and Best Buy happily got my money. Avoid. read more

So drive to the store where I bought it and a location who is my carrier makes sense right? Walk in and met with not friendly question about what I need. Explain my issue and I am cut off and told I have to go to the Apple store. What? I literally bought from you to AVOID the Apple store it's a pain in the butt to get there and get help. Nope no way no time to waste hours I need a phone. Will you at least look at the phone? Nope all things must go through the Apple store. Still makes zero sense why my cell provider and the store I bought the phone from refuses to attempt to solve the issue with the phone. Well can I buy a new phone then? I can't be without a phone. How much do I owe on the current iPhone "contract" or you know so I can pay it off and go to a cheaper better carrier? (Mind you I have been a loyal customer since the mid 1990s). After 15 minutes of her trying to connect to the internet and pull up my info (says a lot about their internet service) she tells me Almost $500. Noooooo forget it. I leave go home research all possible ways to fix the phone on my computer and managed to download a force fix through my computer. I will be shopping around and will soon be changing to a new carrier. Go elsewhere. These people will not help you.* Came here a few months back and dealt with Joaquin. He was great. This store has the worst service ever! I had an issue with an online order, and they seemed confused. No one could help, and speaking with a manager is a joke. Representatives like Lisbeth, and Marlene will tell you that there's nothing they can do and will literally make you waste your morning!!! Nasty store... went two days in a row to upgrade my phone and couldn't do it because of the incompetence of these employees. This particular store no slower than any other. There are often more employees than customers inside but you still have to wait. Connectivity at Katella and State College very nearly does not exist. 1 bar maybe. Often no bars. Uverse Wi-Fi is no better. Mbps are low and not competively priced without a bundle. Upload and download speeds are at a snail's pace. Overall service FAIL. Wanna test a provider? Take an 80 mile drive out of town with gps. At&t .... "GPS signal lost" nearly the entire trip. However, Verizon had no issue. At&t is equivalent to theft. read more

I agree with most of the other reviewers. My recent experience was disasterous. The store is all about sell, sell, sell with little or no attention to customer service. First, I was told I had to upgrade my ipad in order for it to work in the UK. This turned out to be an expensive misrepresenation. I asked that it be set up like my old ipad. It wasn't. This resulting in many data overage charges. I told them not to link my personal ipad to my iphone, which is a business line. They did exactly the opposite. When I went back a 2nd time to correct these issues, I was told the charges would be credited later in the month. All the while, I was being pushed to buy other products. When I went back a THIRD time, they were completely tone deaf when it came to customer service - again trying to sell me other products I neither want nor need, and blaming their mistakes on me. I was there for two hours while "paperwork" had to be done and re-done several times.They also reneged on the promise to reverse overage charges. STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE! read more

AT&T service is a rip-offf. I created an account on ATT because my company can't port my number from T-mobile to ATT. After the account was created, my company will transfer that account to a business one. First attempt, failed, went to the store to troubleshoot and they said try again. Thanks moron. After third attempt, finally passed. Activate on Sep 29 but didnt get phone until a week later (order online to get "web special discount"). Got the phone on Oct 6 and activated the sim and service. First issue, number and text were still going to the old phone. Had to get technical support to fix. On Oct 7 finally got it to work properly. On the 7th, my company transferred the account to business one and take over the billing. Next day, saw a $204 bill with bogus message saying the phone line was disconnected on the consumer account. Call AT&T and they said everything is billed one month in advance. BS. Phone line is not disconnected so I am being charged for one day of use (remember, no phone for a week). Also BS charges on the bill. Avoid AT&T at all cost. No wonder they are fined 100 millions by FCC. read more

The store seemed nice inside, and they greeted me when I walked in. I only waited 10 minutes for service, then I was approached by the most disdainful employee I have ever met. Her name is Ana. She approached me from the onset with an attitude of complete contempt. I told her that I had just talked with someone from their store about the iPhone 6, and they confirmed receiving 5 of each size within the last 20 minutes. I was excited to buy one, but she treated me like I was a liar and as if she didn't have any iPhones, or she didn't want to sell them, at least not to me. So she walked away to go"confirm my story" then she returned to lie about getting "a black one" a black iPhone 6? Really? She either doesn't know the merchandise or she was trying to get me to leave the store without a new iPhone. She did everything she could think of to discourage me from buying at this store. I eventually became so demoralized, I left. I have had AT&T mobile phone service since at least 1997 and have never been treated so wrong. read more

This review is by far so long overdue!!!! We have been coming to this AT&T store for over a year and only deal with JULIO BARAJAS. He is knowledgeable, professional, patient, and hands down the best rep to work with. If he is not in, we simply come back because we definitely do not want to deal with any other AT&T rep. He has helped us with upgrades, fixing mishaps on our bills, adding plans (my sister travels out of the country once a year for school) and always makes sure we don't leave the store until all of our questions are answered. (With my parents we always have way too many questions) I am extremely grateful that he has taken the time to help my mom set up her iPhone. (If you were to know my mother, you know she is not tech savvy) Julio has had the patience to help her with it all and he always does it with a smile. He has never made us feel rushed and to that we say YAY!!! We come in so often that we are now on a first name basis! We have never felt pressured to add things we don't want to. We have never felt as we were forced to get things we don't want to. He even holds the door open for our entire family!
