    Slow motion. Slow customer service. What's slower than slow???!

    Welp, been waiting for 5 mins...walked around the store and wasn't acknowledged by anyone of the 5 team staff. Yup. There's 5 of them here today. Then, I asked where do I sign up to get waited on and a man on day 2 of his job signed me up after he signed up the guy that walked in after me. Sure... No big deal, whatever! But after being here for almost an hour. None of the 5 member staff had acknowledged anyone waiting on how much longer the wait will be. No one appears to recognize that they are hella busy (5 people on the list now and I am number 2). Their customer service is terrible. But what to do with being the only AT&T store in the area. This is not fair. They are slower than molasses and need better customer service. The person who checks you in should always stay near the door to acknowledge and check people in. And he should check with his team members how much longer would the others be to have some sort of time approximated for the wait. Sheesh! This place is an epic fail!!! And they don't have a restroom for the customers! What if I leave to use the restroom and lose my turn! It's inappropriate not to have restrooms in business establishments! To top of it all... my situation was fixed within 3 mins! Argh! If the person who checked me in could have asked... what brought me there, maybe I didn't have to wait forever!

The diagnostic and the employee knew immediately just by looking at my phone so I felt relieved to know they could fix it. However, the experience with trying to get it fixed has been a nightmare. And this is where it's gone downhill. It's week 4 right now. I was told that my phone would be fixed within the latest, 2 days after dropping off my phone. I had called in 2 days later to pick it up, but was told because it was just not back glass damage, the phone would have to get the housing replaced which would up the costs. I thought this was already determined when he told me when I dropped off the phone, but they wanted to be certain. I waited an additional 3 more days to see what the progress on my phone was, called in the following Monday but was told they were still waiting on the part.. They call me in on Tuesday to come pick it up which I do to only immediately notice the phone was sadly put together. The screen protector on my screen had fingerprints everywhere which was obviously taken off and stuck back on. The front of my screen was popped out on the corner, visible as to where they had lifted it. He also had sadly put the phone faced flat on the counter which I had a gut feeling something was wrong. He had not said any word to me about my phone, and proceeded to tell me what my charges was for. I took the phone and paid off my fee, big mistake. As soon as I took it with me to the car, I started playing around with the phone and it kept "overheating" This is like a blue screen of death where the phone changes it's screen to, "Phone must cool down because it's too hot" and the only way to reset it is by force shutting down the phone, or letting it cool down. Which did not make sense because the phone itself was never hot. I called and told them my phone was not working, and kept overheating. They told me to bring it in and it was a simple fix of the backup needing to be reset. Again. Brought it in on a Wednesday, was told it would be fixed that Friday. It has not. I requested an update as to why my phone was taking longer this time and it was because you could not put an after market part on my phone. It has to be guaranteed iPhone parts. They told me they were ordering the new phone part, and since I had already paid I was still somewhat sane to let them proceed. A week has passed I called for the update and started anxiously waiting, I've been on 3 weeks without a phone that I pretty much use for work, and started to regret my decision. I called again that Monday asking for an update and was told they're still waiting for the part.. I asked if there is any way I could just get my phone without them holding my phone because it's getting ridiculous at this point. They said sure. I picked it up again, THAT WEDNESDAY, where the original back to my phone was put back on even more cracked than when I had originally brought it in. Completely falling into pieces, the hardware is exposed. I desperately took it. They asked me THAT DAY if I would be okay changing the back of my screen to black because it is currently white, I said I don't care I just want my phone fixed. I thought about it to myself and noticed they have not EVEN PLANNED to order the part, unless they found a white housing for my phone. The ENTIRE duration they had my phone they had not called me once to give me a status on my phone, hence even ask me if I would be okay with a black housing!! If that was the case why was that not told to me in the first place?! The fact that they had JUST asked me if it was okay to order that part told me they had intended on taking their sweet time on this phone. I was furious. They told me they will order the black housing, I walked out with my shattered phone. Beginning of Week 4 I have received no update since, and now my speaker has completely given out. I have no sound coming out of my phone at all. I'd avoid coming here. They have made no effort to fix my phone whatsoever.

    Spent 5 + hours at this store to get service - only to have it set up partially and incorrect…read more Mohammed was absolutely NO help. The associates were not prepared and not well trained to transfer service from X to V. Billing was not set up correctly causing bills to be inflated. Bogus charges added with a promise of coupons for greatly inflated prices on cables or cases. We still have not received these coupons. Finally, we were told that we could trade in unlocked phones and have not had any instruction or assistance with this. Highly incompetent and poor follow up service has me post this poor review and fully recommend searching elsewhere.

    Before I have to deal with Verizon, I take a few hours to mentally prepare myself to be annoyed,…read morefrustrated, and disappointed. I talked with an online agent to disconnect my home wifi service 2 months in advanced of the disconnect day (6/30) just so they couldn't pull some timeline /deadline requirement. I was given an estimated bill and confirmation that my service was ending. I was also emailed three Verizon stores I could go to to return the router. The day my service ended, I drove to one of the locations they listed in their email...just for it to be a sushi restaurant. The Verizon store shut down a month ago apparently, but they still include it on their emails...ridiculous. I then went to the next closest location. The workers there aren't rude, but it's clear they don't care about the company or with assisting people with good service. I returned my router, but not before also getting wrongfully charged for this month's service...and when I asked for help, they said I needed to call customer service....which is about another 1-2 hour experience. I have spent too many hours on calls with Verizon these last two years. I will no longer be signing up for any Verizon plan and warn those who are thinking about it.
