DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET SCAMMED- DO NOT SEE MICHAEL OR MIMI. I went for an upgrade on my phone, unfortunately MICHAEL was the one who "helped" me. I told him multiple times not to add extras to my account, I just wanted the phone, he confirmed multiple times that it was only a certain amount more. I leave and then get hit with add on that I had not authorized!!! I called the 800 number and was told these were added when I bought my phone (which again I did NOT authorized). I called the store another useless employee answered MIMI who couldn't answer any questions. She told me there is "no store manager at this location" which total BS! And then said she was training and when I asked her to pass the phone to someone who is training her she said she was at the store by herself. So "training" but with no trainer.... Completely unacceptable and unethical!! read more

We ordered a new phone to replace our old phone on AT&T website, but the package got stolen after delivery. We called AT&T Customer service , on hold for 50 mins before we could talk to a human, then another 20mins explaining and processing my replacement phone, they told me i would need to go to a store to show evidence we filled a police report (which later we found out it's not true). So we went to this store on shady grove, right away the staff told us they wouldn't be able to help us since we did this online, we'd need to call customer service. We told them we did. So they suggested to call again in the store, in case the same request came up again from customer service, which never did. After I couldn't pass the AT&T AI phone system to get to a human, they offered to call for us on their phone. This was a Saturday early afternoon. Customer Service must be very busy, we were on hold for almost an hour and half, the store staff waited patiently with us, while helping other walk-in customers. Finally reached a rep, we explained to him what happened. With the help of the store manager William, the rep processed the request and will send us a replacement phone with no extra charge to us. We really appreciate everyone in the store who helped us, the store manager William, and the young man who used his phone to call AT&T for us. Unfortunately we didn't get his name. In the future if we need a new phone, instead of ordering online with the risk of theft, we will just go to this store to get one. read more

I have always been treated kindly and pleasantly at this branch. In fact, the employees have in general been very nice, but they don't honestly explain the payment plans. I learned the hard way. I purchased an Apple 5 iPhone last January. I signed up for the installment plan, because I was told I could upgrade my phone each year. Sounds terrific, doesn't it ? Well, my Apple iPhone 5 died a sudden death, one year and 3 weeks to the day I bought it. I took it to the Apple Store for help, but their was nothing they could do. No worries, it has been over a year, I can just update the phone ? Think again. I had already paid $325.00 in monthly payments and I had to pay an additional $200 dollars, before I could pay $300.00 for a new phone. You do the math, I ended up paying $525.00 for a phone I could have bought outright for $260.00. That is highway robbery and all the hype about changing your phone after a year, is pure junk. No one tells you that you have to pay off the old phone at astronomical prices! So, if it looks like a skunk, smells like a skunk, it is a skunk. Buyer beware, before you are scammed by the installment plan. read more

Welp, been waiting for 5 mins...walked around the store and wasn't acknowledged by anyone of the 5 team staff. Yup. There's 5 of them here today. Then, I asked where do I sign up to get waited on and a man on day 2 of his job signed me up after he signed up the guy that walked in after me. Sure... No big deal, whatever! But after being here for almost an hour. None of the 5 member staff had acknowledged anyone waiting on how much longer the wait will be. No one appears to recognize that they are hella busy (5 people on the list now and I am number 2). Their customer service is terrible. But what to do with being the only AT&T store in the area. This is not fair. They are slower than molasses and need better customer service. The person who checks you in should always stay near the door to acknowledge and check people in. And he should check with his team members how much longer would the others be to have some sort of time approximated for the wait. Sheesh! This place is an epic fail!!! And they don't have a restroom for the customers! What if I leave to use the restroom and lose my turn! It's inappropriate not to have restrooms in business establishments! What a terrible experience! Three guys sitting around playing with their phones. One the manager! No one stops what they are doing. I am the only customer. I go up and say I need help with my new phone I bought from AT&T and before I can finish my question, the guy interrupts me and says over and over "I can't help you, I can't help you." He didn't know what I was even asking. He was rude and obnoxious. Finally, one of the other guys said "I'll help her." He was reasonable but then said, we're not allowed to touch your phone. We can get sued by Apple. So I asked if I "touched" my phone, if he could help me. He did a bit but not much. I left. No AT&T for me. Oh and if you're over 40, don't bother. Those guys are not interested in helping you. read more

Saying goodbye after 10 years. Unprofessional staff. Smooth talkers (with attitude, especially from Durrel) who scammed us into adding DirecTV to our account, falsely claiming that it'd lower our monthly bill (when in reality it didn't). Expressed that we didn't want it but he still went through and added it (WHO DOES THAT AND IS THAT LEGAL). When attempting to followup, although more professional, Bobby (assistant manager) only sent one or two emails saying he'd look more into it and try to help us with our dissatisfaction (and that he'd speak to the manager Kyle K. to see what he could do....not a peep but if that's your review below mine here, Kyle, NICE). It's been two months since Bobby gave that lip service and nothing but RADIO SILENCE. So now I'm stuck with a higher bill with a service I never wanted, and a staff that doesn't care.... Verizon might be more expensive but they have unlimited data now. Customer Service is immensely better and if my learning from being a customer with AT&T for 10 years is that paying Verizon's premium is worth it then THANKS AT&T FOR THE LESSON. read more

The team was welcoming, the managers Kyle and Rod, along with the sales specialist Luma provided personalized and professional service. Even after sales, they continue to provide my family and I great customer service. The store is plentifully stocked with not only phones but accessories and other essentials for phones. Yep they have all the phones lined up nice and neat on display, and yeah, they'll sign you up for any plan you want. But if you have a technical issue with your phone, they're utterly clueless. Avoid this place. Do not apply for Direct TV!!! They claim its a "SOFT" Inquiry when its actually a "HARD" inquiry and claim they didn't know it when you noticed your credit took a hit!! The employees are treacherous and misleading!! I tried to contact corporate and you can't even reach them. I kept getting transferred around... It felt like one rep didn't want to deal with me so he transferred me back back to the main toll free number and I had to repeat my situation to three different reps can you believe that!? Horrible! Nobody seems to know what to do so I filed a dispute with the bureaus. The rep even admitted he was at fault so they should remove the inquiry as I was mislead. The manager says he will "look" into it but of course I haven't heard back from him. Next step is file a police report. I hope someone in corporate sees this. read more

Walked in 25 min. after the store opened and there where 3 people being helped. I wasn't sure where to go to sign up to be next... I don't think they have a customer service desk. I was in the store for about 15 minutes before anyone acknowledged me. I was somewhat upset and frustrated that I was being ignored. I suggest talking to the employees about welcoming people into the store. I understand they were helping customers but a little multitasking is possible in sales. This is by far my favorite out of all the AT&T stores. Their managers and staff are extremely helpful in all aspects. I usually go in when I have a problem and when I leave the problem is solved. I had to post a review for this location after seeing all of the bad reviews. I think they are paying attention to customer feedback because I was pleasantly greeted by Casey as soon as I walked inside. Thankfully I did not have a serious phone issue so my visit here was fast and helpful. Casey told me about a new plan that I may want to consider which would save me money on my bill. Great customer service and a savings tip; can't beat that. I have been to other AT&T locations and this store was much better than the others. I will definitely return to this store in the future when needing service or an upgrade for my phone. read more

The sales guys were super friendly and nice, though, even after I said I was just there to look because I had an upgrade and was having trouble picking between two brands. My Husband went into this store while he was waiting for me to come back from getting food. After some time he texted me and then called to say come on in here! Well I am very glad that I did. This store is under new management and we had the pleasure of meeting Chris and his wonderful group of trainees. When I tell you that was the best decision that we made yesterday I am not exaggerating. The new owner Chris was focussed on making sure we had the best deal. He was also very respectful of my Husband being a First Responder and he made sure that a current issue with our daughter's phone got addressed (we have the possibility of a 2 month refund). The best part was the introduction of the DIRECTV streaming service which I had no idea existed. I am used to the big, clunky dish from back in the day! It will save us a significant amount of money each month which will add up quick. We are test driving the service now, and one day in we are sold! The interface is amazing, picture is crystal clear, loads of content and NO CONTRACT. We currently have Verizon, and the glitching and buffering on the Fios TV app has been a daily occurrence for months. I have called, sent feedback, uninstalled and reinstalled more times than I can remember and nothing has helped. Watching the news in the morning on my iPad was an exercise in patience since the feed broke up every couple of minutes. Having DIRECTV for streaming and just keeping Verizon internet is likely the path we will take after this test period. I HIGHLY recommend Chris and his team. They not only went the extra mile to get us the best deals, but he helped us with questions via phone and text well after he was off of work and at home. The care he took with us and the time that he took with his team to actually teach then shows what a great character he has. He thanked us for bringing great energy to the store, but they really made our day and we have our new go to AT&T store. There are several that are closer to our home, but none have been all around outstanding like this store. This store is much improved since the last couple months. I was greeted the second I stopped in the store with no wait time at all. They have new management there and had an excellent experience!! I was able to add a line an the sales representing was able to save me money and get Directv! The new manager came over and checked to make sure my experience was wonderful during the transaction!!!
