Had a good experience at this store. We walked in and was able to talk to a sales representative right away without any wait. Orlando helped us reset our passcode of our account without any issue with my wife being the authorized user of that account. We had no access to AT&T account online so talking to a representative in store was the only way to reset the passcode. Was able to get everything I needed done within 10 minutes. This place has terrible service. I lost my ID and one of my phones. I went in once with an old ID and asked if i could use it they told me no which was fine i understood. The worker said i could order online. I did then the order got cancelled "i understand that's not the workers fault" so i went back this morning and asked if they could help me order a phone online. The worker seemed annoyed and said he couldn't help me. I asked is there any way around them having to scan my ID. Again he said no i need your ID with like a cocky attitude. I went to the pico Rivera store and Angel helped me right away. Solved my problem and i walked out with a new phone. Glad i ended up going to pico Rivera that will be my go to store from now on.. read more

I got there around 10 o'clock right when they open. Was looking for chargers and phone covers .I was impressed with all the accessories they have there. But what made everything great was the customer service and hospitality I received as soon as I walked in. I wish every company has this gold standard . I came into the store today because I was having issues with my Bill. I was helped by a really sweet girl named Lupita. She was very kind and went above and beyond to help me resolve my issue. She spent over an hour speaking to customer service to help me resolve my issue. Despite all the run around customer service gave her she was able to help me get my bill adjusted and resolve all my billing inquiries. Amazing customer services in this store!! read more

Came into this store to just get an eSim card the guy who was assisting me immediately looked annoyed that I inconvenienced his day by not buying something from him. He tried to shun me off and claimed they didn't have any eSims in store because the iPhone 14 launch. Unfortunately I also work in wireless and I'm well aware that iPhone 14 generate their own eSim when turned on and would have absolutely nothing to do with their inventory. I said that was fine and just asked for a normal sim then which he tried to shun me off that too saying it wouldn't work in my phone I told him I have a different phone to put it in and he tried to reiterate that it wouldn't work which again I told him I work in cellular I know it will which he finally with a fair eye roll and ton of attitude went to the back to grab me a SIM card and activate it. Under no circumstance will I ever recommend this store for someone who just needs some help. The customer server was atrocious. If all was done properly it could have been done in 3 minutes but instead they tried to push me out there door so I had to spend 20 minutes dealing with attitude. Who ever is reading this review right now she just drive the extra miles to a better store option. read more

Their hours are misleading. I stopped by at 5 pm on a Sunday and their store is closed when it's supposed to be at 6 pm.

Showed up on Christmas Eve looking for an IPad. Seeing that they were sold out everywhere else, this was my last hope. Not knowing that my Christmas miracle was waiting for me, I was feeling discouraged until I was greeted by Maria. She told me they had 1 last one. I went ahead to proceed with the addition to my plan, only to find out there was a small problem with my account. Maria went above and beyond. I can't count how many calls she made to make sure I went home with that iPad. Sure enough, she got the job done. Not only did she get the job done, but she had a positive attitude the whole time and reassured me that she will do anything possible to make sure I left with that iPad. And that's exactly what happened. She really was my Christmas miracle. read more
