They told me my phone had already been deactivated and it took another 30 minutes to get it activated. I spent well over an hour in the store and have nothing to show for it. They were dishonest about pricing, not knowledgeable when it came to business plans, and overall inefficient. The gentleman helping me (lovensky) started out as a nice enough guy but when i cancelled my order (because he didn't tell me the pricing) he got agitated and said i was growing impatient. Additionally, to upgrade phones they need to text their manager for approval and are at the mercy of his response. This whole experience was terrible. I will drive 20 minutes next time to avoid this retailer.
