    Could not help with my SIM card. I installed the SIM card incorrectly and AT & T did not have the tools to fix my mistake.

As opposed to offering me an extension date on the due date of my payment ( which this company has done before), or recognize and subsequently acknowledge payments made to them on a payment basis I authorized _( they were charging me 45, 00 when I authorized upon the inception of the service to pay only 35.00_ Individual young man representing supervisory or cooperate straight talk or Verizon willfully blatantly giving me misinformation _ To justify NOT addressing the issue brought forth.. the overpayments, being over charged on a transaction that they tried to provide only a third of the service paid for.. No offer of restitution, courtesy or professional standards from individuals that would go as far as to just hang up on me or leave the phone off the hook ( no music) in the guise of waiting to connect me or comply with my request for the escalation_ and again, the individual who after denying the request for escalation several times decided to represent himself as a representative from the corporate office.. Crazy s**t like that... Again, NOT knowledgeable enough to even offer an extension for my payment due date, Which I had with this same company before..

    If i could give zero stars i would. This was the worst Verizon experience ever. I stopped in to get…read moresomething fixed on my phone and they said it couldn't be fixed but i was eligible for an upgrade for $150. I asked what the monthly charges would be and they said zero. I waited 30 minutes to find out that it would actually be $22/month. They were shocked that i was not willing to increase my bill by $22/month (after i was told zero) and i said i did not want to continue. They told me my phone had already been deactivated and it took another 30 minutes to get it activated. I spent well over an hour in the store and have nothing to show for it. They were dishonest about pricing, not knowledgeable when it came to business plans, and overall inefficient. The gentleman helping me (lovensky) started out as a nice enough guy but when i cancelled my order (because he didn't tell me the pricing) he got agitated and said i was growing impatient. Additionally, to upgrade phones they need to text their manager for approval and are at the mercy of his response. This whole experience was terrible. I will drive 20 minutes next time to avoid this retailer.
