Not wanting to go to the mall during chaotic xmas week, I opted to try the Sunnyvale location. David was working alone and I must say, he handled the situation pretty well considering there was a homeless woman ranting about her personal problems. He had the diplomacy to respond to her questions without engaging too much. After about 15min, he politely interrupted her spiel and informed her he needed to help his next customer (me). Very professional and polite. He struggled with popping the back panel off my mom's phone and even had more of a challenge trying to get the sim card out. I appreciated how careful his efforts were so as not to damage the sim card. Turns out the sim card had been slightly dislodged from the slot and the phone was unable to read the sim. Perhaps my mom had dropped the phone at some point. Once he reinserted the sim card, the phone worked again. He also informed us that the sim card can be replaced if we have any future issues. Lovely and respectful gentleman. Wonderful customer service!

Sometime the wait can get a little long, and one time they told me I had to go to Cupertino to get my phone unlocked (after I got there, the guy made it clear that I didn't need to go to Cupertino) - but all those things are understandable, esp. given some of the complexities with my situation. I chose Verizon because apparently their data coverage in China is pretty good relative to all other companies. But I won't find out if that's true until probably later this month.

Mobile Plus got huge selections of accessories for your electronic device, they get pretty busy! They do repairs also, I think they take phone payments as I saw a customer paying for cell phone bill, and also they sale used unlocked Iphones. Located at the Grand Century Mall, the business is a Gem. I am super happy that I got all of this, at a shop I did not plan on visiting and super cheap too. I asked if I could be provided a quote via text or email so I could provide the quote to my insurance for approval and they said yes I'll text it to you...I did not receive any text. The next day Jan. 24th I went in person and apparently he remembered my device and said he sent me a text I mentioned I did not receive anything. He took my name and phone number and stated I'll send you a text with the quote in 15 minutes. Yet again I have not received any quote so I'm unable to provide my insurance with it and continue my claim. The repair cost would have been paid out of my pocket and I would have been reimbursed. They would not have to deal with my insurance so I'm not sure why they lied to me twice and didn't want to provide a quote. Oh well taking my business elsewhere.

My client and the person I take care of has been having major issues with her internet and having a good signal FaceTiming her family and loved ones ! So xfinity told her just to bring in her Wi-Fi box and they'll swapp it out ! No hassle problems or issues! But when I come into the store in person with her ID photo! To Taresa she won't work with us or just be understanding! ? Taresa tells me this person needs to be here in person! And I tell Taresa that she's handicapped and disabled and she can't be here in person because of this ! And I have her ID on me ! and I can easily FaceTime her rite now on my iPhone! She absolutely doesn't care ????? And tells me sorry I don't care about your problems or that she can't make it in person? Not my problem?????? And I don't care ????
