    This is the biggest Home Depot I've ever been to! Yes, it's most people's hardware store destination, but I'm usually drawn to their house plants and garden centers. Compared to other locations, this Home Depot has a very large indoor house plant section. This particular visit I was excited to find a smallish tray of African Violets. Total score, because they don't seem to be as common/readily available as in times past. They also have an exceptional selection of pots, both ceramic and plastic. Prices seem to be comparable to other garden centers. As so many other retailers have done instituted, checkout now has the option of self checkout both inside and outside and there's always a someone nearby to help answer any questions.

    The Home Depot on Savi Ranch is my local store. We have been clients at this location for more than 30 years. I am having a difficult time processing the lack of accurate service and the lack of reliability I'm getting from this store. The selection has been an issue and the cost of this project jumped an extra $590.00 from the original assessment. People are apologizing for the errors but the fact is that I have wasted 4 days dealing with errors made by several people.

    I want to give a huge shoutout to the amazing team at Home Depot -- especially Bryan, Louie, and Matt My Nana first came in two days ago trying to find a toilet that was the right height and comfortable for her. Matt helped her during that visit and spent a few hours attending to her and was incredibly kind and patient and helped her find a new toilet that she hoped her landlord would pay for. Today, I came with her to try again, and that's when we met Bryan and Louie. They were both so kind, respectful, and helpful. They took the time to understand the issue from my last visit with Matt. We decided that she just wanted a cushy seat cover to help the height issue and comfort to our surprise they gave it to her for free. Their generosity and kindness truly made her day (and mine). Thank you to Matt, Bryan, and Louie for going above and beyond with your customer service. This kind of care and compassion is what makes all the difference.

    Here at Home Depot. Today is September 26th. After receiving a phone call today from the COS Greg to pick up my order. I arrived to the Order Pickup area around 5:00pm. I was told the order wasn't ready. The Home Depot associate asked me for my order number which I provided. He then commented with a smirk that there were "72 notes" written on my order alone which was unusual. He then pretends to look around for my order for 20 seconds. Then he says " I'm sorry to tell you this but your order is not ready". I then tell him that I had just spoke to Greg the COS 15 minutes ago stating that the order was ready. He then goes through the antics when I say let me call Greg again. He walks over Greg's desk and answers his phone and laughs. I don't see what's funny. I then asked to speak to a manager. While he calls, I walked behind his register and lo and behold I find my entire order!!!! The incompetence is ridiculous! I had to go behind the register myself and find my own order!!! I can't make this up. The manager of Pick Up department Denise then comes and pretends like she's there to save the day. It was utterly ridiculous. She then sent the worker away and completed the checkout of my order. She then helped me load the items in my car. No real apology. To tell you the truth, I think the whole entire stunt was planned. If I hadn't gone behind the register and found my own order, they would've pretended like it wasn't there. Greg was mysteriously "gone for the day" after speaking to me 15 minutes earlier. The way I was treated by this Home Depot is a shame. I have done many home improvement projects with Home Depot and I never had a problem and for some reason this flooring project has had one problem after another. It's like the right hand doesn't talk to the left hand. If I could give them no stars I would.

    I am extremely with the customer service I received from Brandon tonight at 8pm. I came in looking for a screw and he took the time to figure out the size and even took the time to screw the screw into the cupcake stand. Wished my son a great graduation and sent us off. I came in for a screw and walked away with a few more things that I was not planning on getting. It's ppl like Brandon that get me too keep coming back. I LOVE HOME DEPOT!

    I recently noticed my refrigerator wasn't holding temperature correctly. The freezer was sitting…read morearound 19 degrees instead of 0, and the fridge section was around 48 degrees. So, I started looking around online and I saw a lot of people talking about this guy Matt from Lifetime Appliances, saying he's really good at fixing this kind of thing. I figured, why not, I'll give him a call and see what he can do. I'm really happy I chose him. Matt was super honest and professional, never pushy or anything. He took his time to figure out what was wrong and was really cool with my kid, even showing her some of his tools, which actually made the whole thing way less stressful for me. The problem turned out to be a mysterious leak in the part of the fridge that helps cool the air. But instead of trying to sell me a pricey fix, the repair guy suggested just adding more of the coolant fluid to give me some extra time to look around for a new fridge. It's not every day you meet someone that honest. I'll be calling him again if I need any more help with my appliances.

    Matt is amazing. He's very knowledgeable and fairly priced. I'm very sad he doesn't work outside…read morethe OC. I have been looking for a new appliance repair person for a while. Matt's my new go to guy in the OC. We recently took over managing the renting of my mother in laws home. There was a lot of deferred maintenance including an oven that wasn't working correctly. It burnt half the baked goods and left the other half iffy. Matt identified the problem, found the correct part for a discontinued item, and replaced it before Christmas. You really can't go wrong if you call Matt.
