The spicy California and eel roll
    Michael L.

THE BIG: Located inside the Lotte Plaza of Elicott City. Tons of other delicious mini restaurants inside as well. A big and vast menu that featured their speciality fish soup along with sushi among other things. Plenty of parking outside since it is in the burbs. THE BLACK AND WHITE: My sister and I came here after a long day of watching pool and was in need of something good. Eventually we decided on going to a ramen place (Uma Uma) which didn't turn out that good and I wished we stayed here and ate. But anyways, I digress. We looked around all the restaurants in this little block (~6 restaurants) and decided to get something light like a sushi hand wrap to appetize us for the ramen we were going to eat. Ordering was simple and service was fast. I ordered the spicy california and eel wrap (2 wraps). When the food came out, I was kinda disappointed at the size. However it did taste good. The portion was just underwhelming. Fortunately, they did provide ginger and a miso soup that kinda held my sister and I over until we got to the ramen place. P.S. They have a sashimi platter starting at $79.99 which is pretty cheap for that much sashimi. THE FINAL BAMBOO: I spent $7.41 with tax for the spicy california and eel hand wrap. Even though I ate this when I was starving, it was still good and I would come back to try more the fish soup or sushi.

Great fresh sushi at an awesome price!!! Located in the Lotte Plaza, in their food court. You get authentic Korean food and sushi. Very fast friendly service. I got the bento box with salmon, grilled to perfection, topped with teriyaki sauce, a salmon roll, California roll, seaweed salad and a lettuce salad for only 13.99$.

Intestines soup instead of Seafood soup

they gave me fish intestines instead of seafood/fish soup for take out. Frustrated when I get home and hungry and this is what I got. who knows what else they put in it. So Disgusting!

I always get the platters and/or the party trays when I have a gathering. The sushi is always so fresh, and the prices are cheap compared to other sushi places around the area. The complimentary miso soup and spicy radish that comes with most of the menu goes really well with the sushi. On cold days, the soups always hit the spot. The portion is a lot despite the low prices. I never regret my meals here!

Came here to celebrate hubby's birthday. The restaurant is beautifully decorated inside and the…read moreservice is really top notch. It was our first time there. We picked the middle tier option. We thought it was a little pricey but the quality of meats was very good. And the amount of food you get was really a lot and this is coming from a heavy hitter at AYCE restaurants. They also included dessert. I only wish they allowed for AYCE options AND à la carte options, like Gyuzo Japanese BBQ in Rockville. It turns out they're owned by the same company. You must come very hungry to get your money's worth.

My second time here…read more I do really like this area of Columbia and realize that I want to hang out here more often. When you arrive at the restaurant, the hostess greets you and ask if you have a reservation. Both times I've been here, it wasn't too busy but it was during the week. Service is really good. They're always very helpful in explaining the menu. We went with the AYCE Master option. The Legend option with the Wagyu looks appealing but I can't justify spending $88 a person. Don't get me wrong, I have no problem spending the money, since most of it goes to alcohol when we're having dinner anyways, but it was a really nice experience. This would be a place I would bring friends from out of town who want to have an experience similar what you would find NYC or Vegas. We had a really good time, especially on $10 margaritas and all you can eat meat. The presentation is really wonderful and I love the thought behind the presentation when it comes out. The Wagyu Fried Rice and Curry is one of the bests I've ever had. And the scallops with butter on the grill were awesome. Definitely a favorite. I will add the the iPad that you order with will start a timer for 90 minutes, and you can only put in an order every ten minutes which was annoying, so I did feel a bit of pressure with ordering. The time limit is to control time spent which makes sense if it was busy. I would have given 5 stars if it weren't for the wet mop smell we had during dinner, but don't know if it is because it was hot out and the AC was not blasting high enough with all the grills going off, so it was kind of hot and sticky during dinner. I may come back next time to check out Happy Hour next time! Vibes are actually pretty cool. Service is great.

Loved the California cream roll, wished it was bigger than 6 rolls! The Yummi-yummi roll was also good, also wished it was bigger than 5 pieces. Waiter and hibachi chef were fun and helpful. Loved the hibachi show. Everyone got to catch shrimp in our mouths! Pricy for what you are getting, fun for a special event like a bday.

what the fauq. revolting food. and it isnt even japanese. you are being served bad…read moreamericanized-chinese food. everything was bland. i thought i was gonna get food poisoning from their sushi -- which, by the way, tasted terrible as well. the rolls they had were very bizarre and incorporated odd flavors like old bay (unsuccessfully, obviously). also why the hell were the floors so sticky?? I felt like I was peeling my shoes off. do they put all the seasonings on the floor instead of their bland-ass food? aside from all the negative the service was pretty good. the servers were all nice and attentive. i understand that hibachi is more about the experience than the food, and the chefs did put on quite a good show. bathrooms were clean which is a plus because you'll spend the most time there. usually in restaurants you enter food into your body, but here I spent the most time having it exit. eat here if you're having trouble shitting for an easy laxative. eat here if you dont like good food :)
