    Their ridiculous hierarchy pyramid. Lol

Ok consistency 5/5 stars, caffeine 6/5 stars, to go time 6/5 stars, brick toast 5/5 stars, pink boba when it's fresh 5/5 stars Service has gotten a lot better over the years or maybe just don't dine in anymore lol. Orders are always accurate, I hope this place stays open forever. Our go to once a week / I need to stay awake and focus boba place. Love you forever Au79!

Food came out of the kitchen, hot and fresh. We did go light on the salt and pepper seasoning, and it was just the right amount. The drinks were refreshing, drinks did have lower sugar, but it was still sweet enough to enjoy. Service was helpful, especially since this was our first time. I had a lot of questions about the various toppings that we were not used to. The staff welcomed us and made us feel like this would be a nice spot to hang out at. Inside was a little crowded because it is popular. I like how clean they kept the place. Unfortunately I wish they had more seating. Overall, it's worth a visit again.

Large size drink and FULL serving of topping, only $6.05!

I love the passionfruit green tea with aloe, milk tea with boba and lychee jelly, and strawberry milk tea with boba! What's really great about this place is that their drinks have not declined in quality over the years I've been here. In fact, it's been only getting better. I used to feel kinda lukewarm about this place like 10 years ago but now, I absolutely love it. Years ago, the prices used to be high compared to other options around the area. Now, the prices are SO MUCH BETTER than anywhere else I go. I just ordered a LARGE drink with a FULL SERVING of topping, and it only cost me $6.05! At literally any other boba shop elsewhere, I'd be paying $8 for the same exact thing that probably wouldn't even taste as good. LITERALLY UNHEARD OF THESE DAYS! My only gripe is that the rewards system has changed, and we need to spend more to unlock smaller rewards. But, if that's what it takes to keep Au79 open for a long time, I'll gladly take it. Another unique thing I really love about Au79 is that we get the option to add on 1/2 servings or full servings of toppings. AND, they adjust the price too. It's $0.33 for a 1/2 serving, which is approximately the same amount of toppings you get elsewhere. If you love extra toppings, then the full serving size is for you, which is $0.66. This means that I can get a 1/2 serving of boba and 1/2 serving of lychee jelly for ONLY 66 CENTS. That's amazing! And I get more variety too. I don't have to pay the same flat rate for "less boba" as the next customer getting a regular amount of boba. Drinks are always made fast, as I almost never have to wait longer than 5-10 minutes. Ambiance can occasionally be louder as people are always going in and out, or the blender is turned on. But, there are 4 tables, window "bar" seating, outlets, free WiFi, and working bathrooms, making this a great study area. I've noticed that other customers usually don't stay too long at the tables. There's also plenty of outdoor seating available for customers, which they wipe down and put away each night. All in all, PLEASE continue to keep Au79 in business. With all the other locations that have shut down, this one HAS to stay open. This is one of the few boba stores that I still like to frequent.

the popcorn chicken is sooo good!! perfectly crispy without being dry. medium was the perfect spice and i liked that you could add a side of spice or salt and pepper for 10 cents! they have two ordering kiosks and orders come out pretty quickly. would def recommend if you're craving popcorn chicken!

This is one of my favorite boba place. They are located in a convenient location that I can always come by after I am done with my grocery shopping. Mango slush with rainbow jelly is my favorite drink at this place. The drink was very refreshing on a hot day. It was not too sweet with 100% sweetness, and the rainbow jelly is just a flavorful addition to the drink. Customer can place their own order on the monitor by the entrance. This store also offered loyalty program in point system, which loyal customers are able to receives perks. There are tables and chair inside and outside of the store for customers to use. Parking is very easy. Will continue to support.

The jasmine green milk tea or osmanthus oolong are my go tos. There's something about the tea that Au79 uses that is extra floral and delicate!! The boba is always a good texture and perfectly sweet

My kids finished all the bobas that they ordered and they loves it. I only tried a sip since we full after dinner from next door restaurant. There's long line and most people get it for to go. There's few chairs and tables outside for hang out and also inside.

    Barley milk tea
    Nicole L.

I ordered the barley milk tea regular sugar with light ice. The texture of the barley paired well with the black based tea. Would definitely order again! Seating is available both inside and outside. There are two kiosks to order from or you can place an order at the register. Staff is friendly and will call out your name when the order is ready. Interior has dim lighting and lots of natural light coming from the front window.

Place is always busy even late. Which means theres a wait to get even basic drinks. But the flavors are amazing. Never too sweet and nicely tea forward. And decent prices

The milk tea I got was ok. A little water down. I'll try them again another time. I'm sure their other drinks are better. Quick reviews just for you

The original founder Linda used to work at Wan Chun Taiwanese Food before opening Sinbala. [Parking]: The parking lot can be packed during busy hours, but I had no issue finding an available spot on Sunday at 5:30 PM. There used to be several locations across Southern California, and I'm glad the Arcadia location is still here. Every visit brings back memories. I come for the Taiwanese classics that are becoming harder to find. The popcorn chicken is still one of my favorites--crispy, fragrant, and seasoned the way Taiwanese street vendors do it. The Taiwanese meatball soup is comforting, and the Taiwanese sausage always reminds me of night markets back home. What I appreciate most is that SinBala doesn't just serve street food. It brings those familiar flavors into a warm, home-style setting. It's nostalgic without trying too hard. Before you leave, save room for dessert. Their shaved ice is a must. I always recommend the brown sugar shaved ice topped with five mochi or boba. It's refreshing, not overly sweet, and the perfect ending to a meal. Taiwanese food is often overshadowed by other regional Chinese cuisines, but places like SinBala remind me how unique it really is. Simple, comforting, and full of character. I'm grateful this little piece of Taiwan is still here.
