I purchased a Q6 on 03/31/25 being Sunday. They got the payoff for my trade in off my app on my phone. I mentioned to the sales associate Lacey that I had not made a payment because I was going to trade it in. She said it would be handled no problem. 3 weeks later I get a notification from my bank saying it was approaching the 30 days and I would get a negative remark if I was late. I called my lender and they said the payoff was short $436.86 if not paid by the dealership within 3 days they would not get the title and I would be showing late. I made the payment and called the dealership, spoke to Joe the GSM and he told me I would not get a reimbursement since I signed in Finance the payoff I got off my phone. It was at 6 pm Sunday afternoon and they had no way of confirming with my bank the exact pay off. They sent the check by mail 2 weeks after my deal was finalized on 04/01/25 and did not calculate the additional interest accrued for the snail mail delivery. I'm out $438.68 on top of the $10k down payment they got the same day the deal was done. Very dissatisfied with the service will never purchase anything from them again and will definitely not recommend anyone. UPDATE If you decide to do business with them make sure in finance you read all the docs don't be stupid like me and trust what they say. If you have a trade call your lender and get the 10/20 day pay off and go with the higher amount. Apparently they have a clause that if you don't pay them the difference they can place a lien on your vehicle. Just watch out!! read more

Drove over an hour for my check engine light/diagnostic appointment only to find out I would need to leave the car for several days. I was not made aware of this at the time of scheduling my appointment. Arrowhead was not concerned about correcting their mistake by offering a loaner car, rescheduling etc...I asked to speak to the GM, who was unavailable but was told I would receive a call ASAP to discuss. I've purchased Audi's for 25 of the last 28 years -- from San Francisco, CA, to Phoenix, AZ, Scottsdale, AZ, North Orlando (Sanford) Florida, and finally Gilbert, AZ. I live close to the Audi Arrowhead location so when my check engine light came on I drove it there. For the past 36 days they've had my car. The **only** call I received from them was the result of me contacting their service scheduling team and letting them know I'd be driving up to the dealership because I could not get anyone to return calls. I have driven to Audi Arrowhead weekly to get a status update on my car because I have found they do not return phone calls. When I go there each week I usually have to wait a minimum of 30 minutes to get an update. My last Service Advisor went on vacation, thus no returned phone calls. Apparently it is not a priority for Service Advisors to update their voicemails when they are out of the office. Perhaps I've been spoiled over the years by other locations where I purchased Audi's. Prior to this, when my car was in for more than a few days I'd get periodic updates. The service provided my Audi Arrowhead makes me cringe -- I worked for one of the largest securities firms and we did whatever we could to provide our clients with the highest level of service; it's hard to imagine a dealership that sells higher-end vehicles that doesn't seem to care about their clients, A few thoughts for the Service Manager: 1. Staff up the area. Or take on fewer clients. I don't blame the Service Advisors -- I see them in action when I'm at the location and they are busy and not wasting time. 2. Insist that your Service Advisors respond to client phone calls. If they have voicemail, keep it updated if they are out of the office. Return client phone calls. 3. Set expectations when a client's car is in for repair for an extended period of time. You have my expensive vehicle -- I'd like to know what's going on with it every few days, at a minimum. 4. Treat your customers the way you'd like to be treated. Set expectations on day one. A thought for the Sales Manager: 1. When a potential client wants to purchase a vehicle online and has specific requests, work with them and provide them with options. When I was relocating to Arizona I reached out to Audi Arrowhead and told them what I was looking for. They said they didn't have any vehicles that met my needs, and that was pretty much it. The same conversation with Audi Gilbert resulted in me leasing a vehicle that had everything I wanted, but was a different color. Audi Arrowhead didn't seem to care or even to try to locate a vehicle, but Audi Gilbert was all over it when I contacted them. read more

I brought my 2019 Audi A6 Prestige in for recall repairs - and not only were the repairs completed promptly and to satisfaction, Audi Arrowhead went above and beyond to make sure I felt like a valued customer! The dealer did not have any loaner cars available within a reasonable timeframe (not their fault), so I left my car there for a week while I was out of town on vacation. During my trip, I was sent a helpful video walkaround from the technician, informing me that in addition to the recall repairs, they had plugged in my previously-unplugged rear heated seats to vehicle power. Upon coming back, Alexys Hall the service manager offered to stay a little later after closing so that I could make it in time to pick up my vehicle from the airport. When I arrived, she gave me a run-down of the multipoint inspection report and informed me that my vehicle was in great condition! The cherry on top was that they gave me a complimentary oil change since I was getting close to the 50k service interval! Truly excellent service that I'd recommend to any Audi owner in the area. read more

Explained things very well and handled everything I needed including coordinating with a mechanic for a pre purchase inspection. 1. Do not buy TIRES here. Their roadside hazard will only work if you can go to an Audi dealership. We had flat 180 miles away on road trip and they wanted us to pay to tow it 3.5 hours out of our way to them(nearest dealership). Had to go to discount and just buy new tire. $470 tire they should have covered. 2. Replaced bushings on front per their recommendation and they left plastic undercarriage loose. This came loose on Highway and was ground to pieces. This happened simultaneously as the flat tire above but they said they were not responsible. They don't think the screw was from undercarriage. Just an enormous coincidence. They are acknowledging culpability and replacing just undercarriage. read more

Took my Audi in for 30k service on Tuesday. They gave me the car back with a crack all the way down my windshield! I immediately notified them bc of course they didn't mention it! I was told I would be called back to arrange for replacement but no call and my calls are not returned!! My car is illegal to drive with the crack right in the drivers view!! Bad service!! read more

After I made an appointment in morning for afternoon to see the vehicle and dealership confirmed vehicle will be ready for showing they sold the vehicle before the appointment time. Purchased a car at night. Didn't notice a small crack in the windshield until the next morning in the light. They would not return my calls regarding repair. Then I went to process my registration refund for the car I traded in and AZ MVD told me that Peoria placed a "hold" on my refund. I have spent weeks leaving messages for sales, finance, customer service and the dealer manager and nobody returns my calls. They made me pay for my registration in December of 2022 but didn't register my car until end of March 2023. It is MAY and I still haven't received tags or plates!!! I have been driving on expired tags since FEBRUARY!! I called multiple times and they are no help. Asked them for temporary tags so I can at least drive in peace but nope nothing. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR IN FOR SERVICE!! THEY WILL ATTACK YOUR WALLET!! After reading a lot of reviews here after I just got my car serviced (2018 Q3), it makes a lot of sense why I'm having such a bad experience. I brought my car in a week ago to do a 120k mile service. This service is very extensive replacing the engine oil, engine oil filter, spark plugs, cleaning engine housing, etc. They did not provide any video of an inspection or service due to a CONVENIENT blackout in their system. Shortly after getting my car back, 1 week, I received a very concerning oil pressure light on my car. Turns out the oil pressure connector had oil leaking through the connector tarnishing all the parts involved with the connector. After seeing the video of the part that's ruined and doing research on this, I came to a lot of answers discussing it most likely was a user error by the technician. I tried to be cordial and explain to them that this is on them. They pushed back with a $980 ticket to fix what THEY messed up. It leads me to believe that they didn't do the full 120k mile service because part of that service was inspecting the spare tire. I had a flat in that spare tire and used Fix a Flat to help me get to the tire shop, and I GUARANTEE that tire was never touched. They were also supposed to inspect my brake system that is STILL SQUEAKING after taking the car. I've never had an experience like this when Guy Hernandez was my service advisor. He was responsive on the phone, very nice, and unlike anyone I've talked to since he left. Now I have to pry in order to get updates or to get ANYONE on the phone. I am still looking for a honest solution to this issue. read more

If you were buying an $80,000 Audi they might be a good for a dealer but if you're buying a used car you just are not really treated very well at this dealership if you buy a extended warranty please make sure it's not quality protect this is a terrible warranty company it is the Shady Fly by Night, will not pay will not give you any information, will not contact you, there's no communication insurance company that your parents warned you about. When you go to the dealer and talk to the service people (Brandon) and ask for help with the warranty company they make the initial call and then tell you it's your problem too bad so sad. I do not recommend this dealership for service. We had an appointment for a recall issue and it was supposed to take an hour, but it actually took three hours to do a simple check for the recall. After an hour, the car was still sitting where we parked it. When the service guy told us it was finally ready for cleaning and would be out soon, it was another 45 minutes with no car before we went to see him again and said, "where is our car?" The next time we need service we will just go to another Audi dealership in the Phoenix area. There are plenty to choose from. read more

Worst service department in any dealership i've ever been to. They do not greet you when walking in the door or pulling up to the service area. No one in there seems to have a sense of urgency or hospitality bone in their body. They make condescending comments but nothing can be said back if you want them to take good care of your vehicle. They never answer the phones no matter how many times you call. They keep your car for an oil change longer than a week. They say they have no longer cars but lend them out to people right after you. If I could save you all from a headache and stress I would recommend never coming here for your service. Terrible customer service. Don't bother paying for road side assistance/ they still make you bring your car in. My mother had her car serviced and they didn't do it correctly so on a road trip, a screw they put in came out and gave her a flat tire. We took pictures to show it was theirs and they still wouldn't clame it. It was a pleasure purchasing a vehicle from Audi Peoria. Everyone we interacted with was friendly and professional. Our salesperson, Brandon N. was incredible. He was patient, kind and approachable. He wasn't pushy or condescending like most auto sales reps. My only negative feedback has to do with pricing, which has nothing to do with Brandon. AutoNation's pricing is rigid and locked in, where negotiating a lower price is not possible. Again, not Brandon's fault, just AutoNation policy. We could have gotten a lower price through a private dealer or if we shopped around, but Brandon's demeanor and patience made us want to buy from him. Took delivery of a used car today thru an online purchase. Turn signal not working correctly even after dealership indicated 125 point inspection completed , really ?? This is super annoying to find immediately after the delivery person drive off. Carfax report indicates no accidents - provided to me by dealer , but work completed by dealer before sale lists $3500 in body damage repair. delivery was delayed and rescheduled - the car was ultimately delivered but late. I specifically requested plates to be transferred and ended up being charged for another set. Customer service basically non existent. No response from the salesperson or any follow up. Completed paperwork twice -as I was requested by dealership to complete on line and had to redo and sign everything again when the delivery person showed up. This is not unacceptable for a purchase of over $30,000. read more
