    Let's be real--buying a car is usually right up there with going to the DMV or assembling IKEA furniture without instructions. Stressful, frustrating, and by the end, you're questioning all your life choices. But Audi Beaverton? They flipped the script. From the moment I walked in, I felt like more than just another customer. Communication was smooth, everyone was genuinely friendly, and not once did I feel like I was being thrown into some high-pressure, "act now before this deal disappears forever!" sales pitch. Shoutout to Griffin and Anton, who made the whole process not just hassle-free, but actually pleasant. (Yeah, I said it--pleasant!) They were knowledgeable, transparent, and just solid humans to work with. If car buying always went this smoothly, I'd probably have a lot more cars by now. If you're in the market for an Audi, Porsche, or used vehicle and don't want the typical "dealership experience" (aka stress, headaches, and regret), do yourself a favor--go see these guys.     Me and my brother just picked up a brand new 2025 Audi Q5 from Audi Beaverton in Oregon -- and it was an amazing experience from start to finish! Big thanks to Iiel Schumacher, one of the best car dealers we've ever met. He's polite, friendly, and really knows what he's doing. Super patient and charming -- he made sure we were comfortable the entire time with drinks, restroom breaks, and even took us out for a fun test drive. He also made sure we got some nice treats from the service department -- it's those little things that make a big difference! Shoutout as well to the finance department -- the lady helping us was so sweet and made the whole signing process feel secure and even fun. Thank you to the whole Audi Beaverton team for making this car-buying experience so smooth and memorable with their professional work. We love our new Q5!

He had to put extra effort to help scrub sap off the windshield and tried to help us diagnose what the possible issues were. He was so knowledgeable and gave us a few ideas on how to fix our problem. I was very upset but we were sent a $5.00 gift card and a few days later my breaks showed up even after I canceled them..only THERE NOT THE RIGHT BREAKS... so now im BROKE, VERY VERY BAD BREAKS & ROATERS[ IM MORTAFIED EVEN TRYING TO DRIVE MY CAR ITS SO LOUD & DANGEROUS] But I have to because I clean vacation rentals all around 5 town in diffrent places daily and I just want to say IM VERY UNSATISFIED WITH THE INTIRE ORDEAL & THINK AT THIS POINT MY BREAKS & ROARERS SHOULD BE FREE OF CHARGE.     This store is the closest to me from where I live but I go to autozone or orileys becuase their…read morecustomer service is better. I would stay away from this specific store as their customer service is garbage. I attempted to find the parts I needed for about 10 minutes and no one attempted to even greet me or asked if I needed help. Its a shame really as other napa stores have great customer service.

You guys expect people to hold a receipt for 2 years when you can clearly see the fuckin battery is from Napa lol Obviously the batteries from Napa. You guys should take it back without question and replace it. I won't ever spend another dollar here again, Edit.... I just contacted the forest grove location and they will take this battery with the commercial account it was purchased under. You guys should tell the guy working behind the counter he can go fuck himself for not explaining this and kicking me outta the store for trying to explain that we spend hundreds of thousands of dollars a year with you guys.
