    2025 XC60 Ultra - Bright Dusk

If you're looking for a 1st class salesperson, please request to work with Saige Le! She helped me configure and order my dream 2025 XC60 and she was there every step of the way and more. She went above and beyond to make sure I was confident in my decision and was welcoming during every interaction; in person and over text. She's extremely well versed in the knowledge of the entire Volvo line up so you can pick which one suits your needs. Saige is such an asset to Herzog Meier Volvo. I hope she's treated very very well and seen as invaluable to the company. Herzog Meier Volvo is extremely lucky to have her!

I had some concerns about scheduling and availability for my 2 yr service for my little badass S60 Doug and his team did a great job and resolved all of my concerns with good communication and courteous consideration I am very satisfied FYI- if you are trying to schedule a loaner and that doesn't happen, be advised there is an enterprise car rental one block away and we got a car for $36 for the day The team at Volvo service was happy to take us there and also drop off the car for us So all things considered we had a great experience Doug does dress a little weird but he's a great guy !!

We have been trying to purchase an EV for 9 months, but given the supply chain issues and the Ukarine War our hopes of ever owning an EV were diminshing by the day. I happen to drive buy the delearship one day and spy this gorgeous Fjord Blue C40 Recharge out front. On our next day off we decided to stop by the delarship. We were told that they had 5 that were guaranteed to the delearship, and all we had to do was put a $500 deposit down, and it would be ours within 5 weeks. Given our recent drama we were skeptical. In my years of customer service I was always told "Under promise and over deliver." This is exactly what they did as within in 3 weeks our gorgeous Fjord Blue EV had arrived. Over the summer we had been impressed with the throughness our sales rep gave us when we purchased an EV bike. At the time I commented "WOW, how come when you buy a car no one explains anything to you." To my surprise Herzog-Meier has a super patient employee named Thomas who does just this. We went on two seperate occasions and spent nearly 90 minutes with him, going over all the features of the car. He was super great! Thanks to Doug, Thomas, Kris, and the entire Herzog-Meir Team for making our EV dreams come true!

After a few text messages back and fourth trying to establish a good time for when to bring my vehicle in, I was completed ghosted. No replies to text. Seems like this person fell off the edge of the earth never to be heard from again. I also contacted my salesperson Brody and he never got back to me. In addition I asked Brody prior to this woman contacting me if I had any complimentary oil changes after purchasing the vehicle and his answer was no so I was surprised that this woman would even contact me at all in the first place. I firmly believe that accountability and follow up should be strictly enforced especially when someone makes contacts you and initiates a false offer and then completely cuts off communications. Pretty disappointed. Who knows. Maybe she was an intern or got fired but nonetheless, there should be some accountability especially if you want returning customers in the future. The vehicle runs nice though. No issues. If you're here to buy the vehicle, only expect that. Have it serviced at another place where you feel that your time is respected without being led-on for false expectations. Time to take the heat gun and remove the silly Herzog-Meier Dealer badge they added to my rear hatch for advertising purposes.

I explained a/c not blowing cold but Honda extended warranty on a/c and I wanted oil change. I also had concerns about transmission lurching/surging and explained what it was doing. I explained that I have brought up my concerns about the transmission before to both Dick's Hillsboro Honda and Beaverton Honda in past visits for oil changes and was told this is normal. I mentioned several internet searches about these 10 speed transmissions showed up frequently for that model year having the problem as I described. Advisor researched and said only bulletin was for a/c and nothing on transmission and that my car was not 10 speed. We scheduled appt. for oil change, a/c diagnostic and tranny diagnostic. He stated two seperate fees for both diagnostics and that if a/c condensor was issue then fee would be waived and covered under warranty. I later got home and did more research and sent this, Honda Service Bulletin (TSB) #19-091, issued on November 10, 2019, addresses 10-speed transmission shift quality issues in early production 2018-2019 Honda Accord models equipped with the 2.0L engine. [1, 2] Key Details of TSB 19-091 Fix: Software calibration update for the Transmission Control Module (TCM). Purpose: Addresses harsh shifting between gears and improves torque converter response. Symptoms: Harsh shifts/clunking noises (specifically 5th to 6th, and 8th to 9th gears). Delayed engagement. Rough downshifts. Shift lag during acceleration. Hesitation or a "rubber band" feel. [1, 2, 3, 4] Affected Vehicles 2018-2019 Honda Accord (10-speed automatic models, primarily 2.0L). Applies to early production models. [1] Additional Information Resolution: Many users report that this update alleviates, but does not completely eliminate, the inherently "clunky" nature of the 10-speed transmission at low speeds. Diagnosis: If a fluid service does not resolve the harshness, this software update is the next recommended step before considering torque converter replacement. Alternative Solutions: If symptoms persist after the update, some users have reported that "learning" to drive with specific throttle inputs (e.g., 25% throttle) helps, or that the transmission requires a long "break-in" period of 15,000-20,000 miles. [5, 6, 7] It is highly recommended to consult a Honda dealer to verify if your specific VIN is covered under this or subsequent service bulletins. AI responses may include mistakes. I looked up the bulletin 19-091 and its for the a/c condenser warranty extension. I tried looking up anything else in the Honda database related to transmission judder/acceleration issue and I could not find anything related. Your vehicle also does not have a 10-speed transmission so I don't think that article pertains to an Accord. 10 speeds are only in Honda odyssey's and Pilots that I'm aware of. I began to get worried about the statement of my car not being a 10 speed and was going to cancel but decided not to. The bulletin number maybe wrong or it maybe a broader range related. I knew it is not a recall or warranty extention but possibly a Service Bulletin concern. I asked to have tech check for TCM updates. Fast forward to repairs, a/c fixed under warrenty, oil changed, 10 point inspection done w/recommendations of brake fluid flush and transmission drain and fill along with hard battery reset. I declined reset and did one according to YouTube using accelerator pedal. I took car in early on a Wed., picked up car late day Thurs. then the car sat until early Fri. morning. I drove to Astoria, Oregon from Beaverton and everything fine. The car sat in lot from fri-wed. because everything within walking distance. Got in to start car and drive home and noticed noises from underhood. I called Beaverton Honda immediately and the response from service desk was, we can get you in tomorrow to look at it BUT there will be a diagnostic fee. I explained my car was just in there. I said I need it looked at so whatever. I was not happy and after stewing on it cancelled the appt. How many diagnostic fees do you want?

NW Jeep performed all but three of the oil changes and recalls. A couple of times when it was in for a recall, they actually broke something else. Fast forward to this year, when the check engine light kept coming on, mind you at 64,442 miles. We took it in for them to diagnose the issue(s) with our Jeep that was only 4,442 miles out of warranty and they offered no goodwill, instructed us to contact Fiat NA for assistance who told us that we needed to deal with the dealer directly. I strongly advise against bringing your vehicle here. I dropped my car off overnight with the explicit agreement that the work would be completed and the vehicle returned to me on Saturday. I depend entirely on my car to get to work. Instead of honoring this timeline, the service department held my vehicle for over 24 hours without working on it. It wasn't until the end of the day on Saturday that they finally called to inform me they would need to keep my car until Monday. The only explanations offered were excuses that clearly point to a department that is severely overbooked and understaffed. When I attempted to discuss this unacceptable situation and its impact on my livelihood with the manager, Robby Ben, the interaction worsened significantly. Instead of showing empathy or offering a constructive solution, Robby was impatient, aggressive, and highly defensive. He completely belittled my concerns and relied on further excuses rather than taking accountability. This service center lacks basic professional courtesy. Save yourself the frustration and take your vehicle elsewhere.

I was searching high and low for a Niro with all the features and color that I wanted and I was turning up nothing but blanks in my local area. I communicated with a sales rep, Kristen, over the course of several days until I was able to make the trip. She made sure I never had any unanswered questions and kept me up to date on what was happening with the car. They were even nice enough to honor the quote I'd received from CarMax for my trade-in, which really sold me on making this deal because they acted like my time mattered too, especially after driving 2 hours just to get there. Other dealerships I visited didn't know much about the Niro, so I pretty much taught myself as I did test drives, but Kristen is extremely educated on the Niros and it was very refreshing to finally not have someone telling me "I'm not sure." She was very clear when explaining packages through the paperwork process as well, which I really appreciated not feeling like I was ever being talked down to. It was a great experience overall. UPDATE: Everything…read morebelow was caused by a misunderstanding. There is a combination ceramic/warranty product sold by Simoniz and underwritten by Ethos Group called "Glasscoat LeaseGuard", not "LeaseCare". However the misunderstanding was caused by their staff raising their voice at me, calling it different terms, and sending me the wrong pamphlet post-sale. This place is a mixed bag, but being rude makes me not want to come here any more. === Previous Review === I had previously given this dealer 5 stars due to the low pressure and transparent pricing. This is no longer the case. During the sales process this time they had addons they were pushing hard. They removed all of them but insisted that removing their "Glass Coat Lease Care" would not lower the price. Which is a strange thing to say considering it was a $1,649 addon, and that on my previous visit they removed this package and it lowered the price. So the lying began. Anyway, after some research I decided to add it to mitigate any potential damage my young children would do(they've been good to our cars, but this was a lease). The price seemed suspiciously high, and I asked Tess multiple times if this was one product or two, and she said it was one product called "Glass Coat Lease Care". Anyway, I leased the car, and lo and behold 2 days later I got a call to come into the dealer to install the "Glass Coat". It turns out they WERE two separate products and they LIED about it. Glass Coat is some sort of coating made by Simoniz, and the Lease Care is an insurance-type product from Ethos. I refused the appointment and the service department transferred me to sales. The salesperson then proceeded to lie to me and talk down to me insisting it was one product called "Glass Coat Lease Care", when it most obviously wasn't. He said he'd send me a pamphlet to prove it. They sent the pamphlet, while claiming in writing that it was one product, and all it proved was that Glass Coat is a Simoniz product separate from the Ethos product. At this point I've done some market research and have asked for a partial refund based on what the actual lease protection I wanted would cost, and so far nothing but silence. All dealers are some level of scummy but I've never been outright lied to or talked down to like this. Only shop here for a starting price, and take that price to another dealer for a counter offer. It isn't worth the outright contempt they have for their customers. Beaverton Kia has over TWO TIMES the amount Oregon DOJ complaints compared to other KIA dealers for a reason. They work hard for those complaints.
