    The Audi Chantilly Service Center continues to be plagued with problems and a lack of leadership, not only from my personal experience, but also evident in all of the recent one-star ratings you see online. There's a serious systemic issue here. A while ago, I had my A6 in for a recall to replace the engine fuel rails. The job was completed and shortly afterwards, while I'm driving I smell gas. I pull over and get out to inspect by looking under my vehicle. Lo and behold, gas is not dripping from the engine, rather it's pouring in a stream onto the ground. This was very concerning and put me in a precious situation as it could have easily turned into a car fire. My car had to be towed to the dealership for the job to be done all over again, as the inept technician didn't complete it correctly to begin with. They argued with me about reimbursing me for the tow job. Last month, I took my wife's Q8 to this same dealer for yet another Audi recall. When I originally made the appointment, the service scheduler said the work would be done within 4 hours. She asked if I wanted to wait or get a loaner, and I opted for the latter. When I dropped the car off, the service rep tells me it could take up to 24+ hours, a far cry from the 4 hours originally quoted. The dealer provided me a small Mazda SUV loaner from Enterprise Rental Car, which was nowhere near the quality, size, make or model of the Q8. Even worse, the inside and outside of the loaner car was filthy. When I raised the issues about the 4 hours and the quality and condition of the loaner, the service rep's only solution was to ask if I wanted to reschedule my appointment. I declined as rescheduling was inconvenient, just as everything else about this experience is. Chantilly Audi Service should be ashamed, considering it is supposed to be a high end, luxury brand. The service at this dealership is abysmal, which is a real head scratcher to me. Considering Audi Chantilly's terrible track record of service, don't bring your vehicle here.

    My telematics data consistently showed the vehicle stationary during periods when I was informed diagnostics were actively being performed.

    One of the most frustrating dealership service experiences I've had. I scheduled my service appointment months in advance, reserved a loaner vehicle, and even reconfirmed it before arriving, yet I was still told there were no loaners available. This happened multiple times. Instead of honoring reservations, customers are pushed into another waiting queue, offered Uber rides, or placed into low-end Enterprise rentals, sometimes at the customer's own expense while the Audi is still under service. The communication and diagnostic process was equally disappointing. My service advisor, Randor Skinner, repeatedly referenced a "24-72 hour diagnostic" timeframe, but there was little to no meaningful follow-up unless I personally called or texted multiple times. I was told the vehicle was actively being diagnosed, yet my Audi app telematics consistently showed the vehicle sitting stationary in the parking lot for extended periods of time. What made the experience worse was that the technician had already identified a known issue related to the AWD clutch binding and vibration TSB procedure and explained that they knew how to fix it. After waiting several days without progress, I asked the advisor to simply complete the known repair so I could address any remaining issues at another Audi dealership later. Instead, I continued receiving the same response that additional diagnostics were needed, followed by promises to "update me by the end of the day," with little actual progress or communication. As a busy parent transporting kids to school and activities, the transportation situation created major inconvenience and additional costs. I ultimately paid out of pocket to continue using an Enterprise rental because I had no practical alternative. I understand diagnostics and repairs can take time, but professionalism, transparency, and communication matter just as much. Unfortunately, this experience felt disorganized, unresponsive, and lacking accountability. For a premium brand dealership, this level of customer service is unacceptable and has negatively impacted my perception of both the dealership and the Audi brand overall.

    We just made a an out of state purchase. Something I swore I would never do. Thanks to Mamta the whole process from beginning to end was easy, smooth and hassle free. We handled most of the paperwork electronically. We flew from FL to VA and Mamta even assisted in arranging the transportation from the airport to the dealer. My husband is a happy camper.

    I enjoyed doing business at the Audi Chantilly Car Dealership. Pricing on the quality vehicles and my trade was fair, the buying process was simplified, and excellent customer service. It was a wonderful experience, walking into the Audi Chantilly office, meeting with the front desk person, K'em, the General Manager, Sai, and the amazing salesperson who assisted me with my purchase, John Kwacala. His caring friendly approach made the process very easy. I highly recommend their services to my family and friends. LP

I got a very good deal by her and the sales manger! Signing papers with the finance manager Graciela Mendoza was super easy and fast. My experience was awesome from the very moment I put a foot in the door to the moment I left and got congratulated with a nice gift by the dealer sales manger Hek Abbasi. Patrick was prompt, genuine, and immediately put us at ease with his warm, contagious smile; he took ownership of our concern, proactively contacted a locksmith due to the discontinued key, proposed practical solutions, and followed through on every commitment. He also went above and beyond by offering a complimentary ride from my MOM's home to pick up a loaner and ensuring the vehicle was well cared for, including routine maintenance and attention to an intermittent issue.     So it's been over a year since my last review. Shortly after my last review I was contacted by a…read moremanager for the service department, Rod. After much back and forth with Rod, I was told he would replace the faulty infotainment system in my van. That unfortunately wasn't relayed to the actual service department or the record for my van. So when I asked a service advisor about performing that replacement they had no idea what I was talking about so 15 months later and the infotainment system still reboots itself randomly, often freezes the screen and sometimes forgets I have a Sirius XM account, etc... Anyway, that was last year, this update is about the interactions between then and now. (other than being lied to about fixing my van). A couple months ago I noticed my Ram 1500 Limited pickup, which I bought from Fair Oaks motors, had a bubbling deformation on the leather dash. My truck is a 2020 so I am well beyond any kind of bumper to bumper warranty. I did some searching online and found it was a pretty common issue. I reached out to Nickie, who is the Customer Experience Coordinator, she has always been awesome to work with and seems to genuinely care. I explained what was going on with my truck and I asked if it was something she could look into for me since it was a common issue but I was outside of my warranty. She talked to Margaret, one of the service department managers who said they could work with Ram to see if they would cover some of the cost of the repair. Nickie scheduled an appointment for me to drop off the truck so they could get some pictures of the damage to send to Ram. When I arrived to drop off my truck Chris one of the service advisors told me there really wasn't any need to leave it he could take the pictures then and I could be on my way. This was awesome, it saved me a lot of hassle and only took a minute. Chris even took the time to explain a few things about how the process of appealing to Ram works and that it might take a while. I heard back from Margaret before the end of the week and Ram covered about 3/4 the cost of the repair. I couldn't believe it. I accepted the offer and was told they would contact me when the part arrived, which again was only a couple more days. They scheduled my appointment and a few days later I was dropping my truck off to get it fixed. Tyler my service advisor for the repair even ordered me a Lyft to take me home which was very generous. The repair took 2 days which was what I was told to expect and I have a brand new dash. After past experiences I was braced for the whole thing to be a pain, but it was very smooth and easy. Also when I got there within the 2 hrs I was told the truck was sold !! and all he said was " sorry, it sold" !! Never even suggested he could show me another truck!! Despite this, Ted Britt Lincoln has consistently failed to provide a loaner vehicle--something that should be standard for a Black Label client. Most recently, my vehicle was in their shop for four days, and again, no loaner was provided. This time (for the same issue) I have been waiting for more than 2 months to obtain an appointment that can be accompanied by a loaner vehicle. I have heard estimates from multiple people, from 2 weeks to 4 months to obtain such an option. Ted Britt Lincoln does not take customer service seriously. The complete lack of communication and follow-up from key service staff. Service Advisor Brandyn Spece, Service Director Michael Darlin, and Lincoln Director Michael Britt have not responded to any of my emails or returned any of my phone calls. This level of unresponsiveness is unacceptable from any service department--let alone one representing the Black Label brand.
