    What is worse than getting a tooth pulled???? Buying a car! My exception... Audi Flatirons. Yes, I said it... it was a pleasurable experience... The test drive, negotiations, and financing process was simple. Rebekah was no pressure and gracious. They made the process very simple and I have a beautiful Audi. I had a little snafu with location my title and Audi Flatirons was helpful and patient as we worked to get any issues resolved. They also have a beautiful facility and seem to stand behind their service with loaners during routine maintenance. Thank you Audi Flatirons!

    Don't buy from this dealership…read more On November 24, a friend referred me here, so I drove 100 miles south to check out a vehicle. I met with Colin, who was nice and pleasant, and after test-driving a few cars, I ended up purchasing a 2022 Lincoln. The very next morning, when I went to leave, my driver's seat was completely disconnected from the base frame. I immediately sent a picture to Colin, who told me they would take care of it. The next day he said his manager would "make this right." Two days later, I finally heard from Colin's manager, Kelly, who also promised he'd talk to the DP and get this resolved. And then--nothing. Colin and Kelly both ghosted me, and as of Dec 8 I'm still stuck with a broken seat in a vehicle I just bought. I've been in the car business for 12 years, and I have never seen service like this. I've never purchased a defective vehicle and then been ignored by both the salesman and the manager. I will never return to this dealership again, and I strongly recommend others stay far away.

    Extremely Disappointed - Buyers Beware…read more We purchased a 2025 Lincoln Navigator Black Label from Sill-TerHar in Broomfield, CO, and the experience was nothing short of DISAPPOINTING. The vehicle was delivered with TWO large black scratches on the rear tailgate!! Damages the dealership was fully aware of before the sale and mentioned they noticed them. Instead of taking responsibility and ensuring the vehicle matched "brand-new" condition, they refused to cover the cost of the paint repair!!!!!!!! Our salesman, Kyle, only added to the frustration. His communication was POOR, updates were INCONSISTENT, and we felt our concerns were brushed aside rather than addressed. For a luxury purchase of this magnitude, we expected transparency, professionalism, and follow-through. We got NONE of those things. In the end, we had to have a problem fixed that NEVER should have been ours to deal with. This is not the level of service or integrity a luxury dealership should provide. I would STRONGLY caution anyone considering buying from Sill-TerHar!! Look elsewhere for a dealership that stands behind their vehicles and treats customers with respect.

    This business is a perfect example of why the automotive business has a bad reputation. I'm a…read moreveteran of the Marine Corps and pride myself on being honest and transparent. After agreed upon numbers, the owner Steve attempted to pilfer an additional $1500 from me based on what he said "books changing values". His company showed to be unreliable and offensive. When I did not feel comfortable continuing to do business with them, Steve called and threatened me with legal action even though they did not come close to completing their obligation. Steve also threatened to attack me on social media and review sites, which he has now done and I have submitted to be taken down. Steve also lied about contacting a government agency in Wyoming that after research, doesn't exist. Initially I felt a little bad for backing out of the deal because of the negativity and unprofessionalism that was happening. But honestly, now I'm so glad that I did after witnessing Steve's behavior in response. Instead of an apology which would have been appropriate, I received hostility and threats over the phone and online from a man who attacks people that he knows he will never have to see in person. I would recommend finding another dealership/broker to work with.

He helped me find the perfect car for my daughter and she couldn't be happier. Steve was responsive, handled all my questions in a timely manner and put me at ease from start to end. My second time through I got to work with Paul Ault. Paul had recently began working with autosearch and clearly knew what he was doing. He went over and beyond to find me the perfect car. Even when I was all over the place Paul kept me steady and assured me that he would find the best car for what I needed. I ended up with the best car that I have owned to date. I have bought several cars over the years and this has been the best experience for purchasing a vehicle. If you are thinking about going this direction, I highly recommend autosearch USA. You end up saving money and they are straight up honest. They don't try to sell you things you don't need. A solid 10 all the way around.     Took my van here because of a recall, and some other minor repairs. On 6/10/26. service advisor…read moreJames assured me I would be able to pick it up Friday the 12th, while parts were on order. This is a work truck and my only source of income. I call 3 times on Friday to get updates. The first 2 calls were "someone will call you back". one at 11:37am, and one at 1:29pm. the final call at 2:25pm, I was told I could pick it up in 45 minutes. I arrive at 3:08pm, and the advisor I was dealing with was told (by Horace) that I called 15 minutes ago, and would have to wait. I showed the advisor when I called, and he did not seem to care. While waiting outside, I over-heard Horace telling someone that I had called 6 times and arrived early. Then, I dealt with Annissa (She was VERY nice and helpful). I was charged $302.55, even though I provided my extended warranty information that is supposed to cover everything. No one bothered to even contact the warrantee provider. Instead, they present me a estimate for $2624.62 worth of repairs. Also, for some reason, they ripped out my dashcam power cord, and damaged the socket, and the van shifts worse than it did. When I called to talk to someone in management, I was told they are all in a meeting. Needless to say, I will NOT be going back to fowler and will probably have to take them to court for the $300. I know dealers have a bad reputation, but I really wanted to find one I could trust. I hope this review helps someone to NOT bring their vehicle here.

    This was probably the easiest, smoothest, and fastest new car-buying experience I've ever had…read more Bruce was fantastic to work with -- friendly, professional, and, most importantly, very knowledgeable about the car. There were no sleazy sales tactics, upselling, or pressure at any point during the process. I chose to finance through Honda because they were offering a promotional rate, and the finance representative was equally friendly and easy to work with. Overall, the entire experience at Fisher Honda was exceptional, and I've already been telling everyone about it.

    And now almost 1 year later, to add insult to injury…read more.. Last year, my salesperson had told me to go to the service center to pick up a Tesla adapter for my new ZDX, on my way out. When we stopped by, we found that they were out of stock. We checked back several times over the next several months to find them always out of stock. Today, I had to bring the car in for a recall service, and when I asked, the adapter was in stock! But alas, the sales manager says that there was never any promise of this adapter being provided to me with my lease, and will not comp it to me. The sales person no longer works at Fisher, so I guess I have no witness to the discussion. GRRR. I must not be the only customer who was offered this tenuous promotion by the salesperson, and I believe offer should be honored by Acura. Also, be aware that the Fisher service center is going to charge 2% for using a credit card there. While it is becoming more common for business to try to recoup these fees, I thought I would mention it so customers will not be surprised.

First of all, there was no "Ford" sign so one couldn't even find…read morewhere to go to speak with a salesperson on the massive lot complex; we saw Maserati, saw other other brands in the dealership but no "Ford". We ended up in an unmarked building and a staff member helped us at that point by phoning the Ford building...was sort of funny - we got passed around on the phone and it seemed like no salesperson wanted to help. When we got to the unmarked Ford building the salespeople were kind of lounging around - a different feeling than at other dealers. The salesperson we got was not super friendly at first but then he warmed up a bit; he really didn't know much about Transit vans, which is the sole reason we visited. I watched a few YouTube videos and now very likely know much more about Transit vans than the salesperson that was assigned, especially regarding passenger vs. commercial Transit vans, heights, lengths, available options and may items our salesperson didn't mention. We would never buy a vehicle from there...they are not customer focused and seem to have little interest in assisting customers or selling vehicles.

Mike was my service advisor and he went above and beyond to make sure I was informed and stayed on top of the paperwork. The technicians did an amazing job with my truck and made sure everything was fixed and working properly. The service I received from Sill-TarHar was second to none. I will gladly return to them for any future service and will definitely consider giving them my business when I ready to purchase another truck.
