What a nightmare!!!! Good luck getting your car serviced here. It's exhausting and time consuming to try and reach someone. They don't answer or return phone calls. Our Audi is not even two years old. I can't get a regular service appointment for two months and when we had a problem with the car last month they had it for 3 weeks!!!! No loaner, no explanation as to why we had to wait so long . No parts needed. I still don't know why. DO NOT BUY Or LEASE!!! Customer service is atrocious or lack there of I should say. Always had to take some shuttle or wait. Paid a ton for service. Worst all is when I moved 18 months I still receive letters once a month (in new state) for service and warranty. It's so annoying because I always choose to be removed from call list, but right on queue once a month a new 808 number calls for Audi warranty. I think our session lasted for about an hour and now i know some cool tricks of mr. grey (that's the name of my new car). I can't really remember a time where in my dealings with a dealerships service department where it empathized with its customer to the level that Audi did with me. About a week ago, I started getting a electronic error light on 2015 Audi A3 and I called them to schedule a service. I was able to get the car into them a few days later and when they ran the diagnostic, they said it was a transmission error and would require a little over $2000 dollars to repair. My warranty expired literally 3 weeks ago. They also informed me that a service bulletin had been issued for this by Audi, but if the issue didn't occur while under warranty, I would be responsible for paying for it. After pleading my case with Jenwin and Marisa, they took the extra step to cover the costs of this even though they didn't have too. It showed me I that I made the right decision in buying an Audi (always been a BMW owner) and solidified my next purchase when that time comes. I had to take it in about 2 months ago because my car was starting to overheat and recently had to get it towed back in because the coolant reservoir cracked. this telling me that it was never fixed correctly the first time!
