    Message to Liz

I have been holding back from having to leave this post. Anyone can look at my Yelp profile and see I'm not one to bring down another business. Especially owning small businesses myself where we serve thousands of our customers each year and a Yelp and Google is where many of our customers come from. However, people need to hear the truth. Purchased a 2022 Maybach about 7 weeks ago. Made transaction easy peasy for Liz in Sales and Blake in Management. We live in So Cal so we figured the fly out and drive home and that would be a good drive to get familiar with the vehicle. While on the drive home we had 2 different dash alerts ‼ come up. We took pictures and sent them to Liz right away. Her replies were "oh that's odd. Well car is under warranty so hopefully it's fine." We realized it wasn't her fault even though the reply was odd. But we had to be home and so we figured we'd drop it off at Walters and just have the car thoroughly inspected in the next couple days... Never happened. We had a blow out. Now we are stuck with our luggage on the side of the freeway. It's a Sunday so we could not get a tire. So here we are having the car towed home and we grab and head home. Again Liz was notified and pictures were taken. We were about 45 minutes from home and we had a tire shop we work with and trust. Same place that has provided tires for many of our past/present vehicles which all have custom whelk and tire set up. The tire took 5 days to come in. Size and offset etc. in the meantime the car could not get into Mercedes to check on the dash alerts ‼. We finally get car back but now it is a Saturday and we had prearranged plans to be in LA for a show. We figured let's take the new car. On our drive to LA another blow out. Side of freeway with luggage for the second time. Keep in mind at this time we have had the car 2 weeks but only had it actually in possession 2 days. Pictures were taken and went to Liz and Blake. So now we had to have car towed again. Back home. This time we had to get a ride service to get us to LA because we had a show and hotel we couldn't miss. So now we are out of a car. Uber hour into LA, than the next day Uber hour and some back home. Car back in shop. After a full tire inspection we found that the wheel offset required stabilizers. Because they were not installed properly the inside of the tires were rubbing on the arm. After a while I was told it creates a bubble and than the tire will blow. We had the car towed to a wheel specialist who added the stabilizers and assured me the car was now fine. This entire time Liz and Blake were acting as if they were standing by me, wanting to find solutions, assuring me they'd work with me because of the inconvenience etc etc. I trusted that to be true. I was trying to resolve these issues on my own, keeping them informed, and at the lowest cost and time to everyone. I must add for context I've owned several high end vehicles from Mercedes to Ferraris, Bentleys, Lambo, etc. Car has now been gone over 3 weeks and I have still had it 2 days. I get it back and immediately take it to the Mercedes dealer. But of course not without further issue. Another two densities came on and the front driver door handle was stuck. So in order to get into the car I had to open the back door and reach to the front... again I passed on this info to Liz and Blake. I advised Mercedes dealer of all the issues and so they suggested we do a full inspection... In the inspection there were several small issues that were resolved and under warranty. But it was clear that the dealer did. It is soft this vehicle before they sold it to me. Had they inspected it they would have found these issues. Instead they sold me the vehicle and I inherited these issues. I had a full report from Mercedes and reached out to Liz and Blake over 10 days ago and again today. Mind you, I have been traveling the past week so again, the car has been sitting. When we got the car back it had been about 6 weeks and we had the car less than one week total time. We had to purchase 2 tires, pay for 3 tows, pay for the wheel stabilizers, 4 long Uber rides, Mercedes dealer fees for inspection, not to mention the two times we are stuck in the side of a freeway with luggage, the car being out of our possession, and than you get a $2900 car payment and you haven't even had the car! Today I reached out to Liz again and she's ghost. I sent a very kind message over a week ago just saying that I believe everything is good to go and that I'd like her and Blake and I to discuss how to find a way to offset my added expenses and inconvenience of time as we agreed they'd do when I had the first incident day one with the car. And I'm super reasonable. But again, ghost. This is an extended message but viewers will know it is real.

    My 2016 P90D

Tai Wright came to my home and picked up my 2016 Tesla P90D. I had the old PPF clear bra removed and had it detailed, buffed and the paint touched up. I then had the paint ceramic coated and a new PPF clear bra put on and it looks amazing!! I am in love with my car again!! Thanks Tai and Vegas Auto Gallery!!

Be prepared to deal with kids who talk with no respect and no care for the customer. Thanks for giving car salespeople a bad reputation

Naturally, they discovered a few other issues and were eager to have them fixed at their shop as soon as possible. I reached out to Roadside Wrench, and Jonathan promptly arrived at my place the next day. Jonathan worked efficiently and completed the job in no time. Findlay Honda, however, attempted to charge me an exorbitant amount for this minor repair.

Called up and scheduled an appointment with Jon. Upon his arrival we just knew things were about to trend in the right direction. He has such an incredible personality, is patient and overall, has a down to earth demeanor that is a RARITY (and refreshing to see) in this city. After attempting to "kick" the starter and run diagnostics on the battery, it became evident that both needed to be replaced. The battery was only a few months old, but as is the case sometimes, there is a chance you might end up with a dud. Based on Jon's suggestion, we managed to get a replacement from the nearby auto parts store, and within a couple days, the starter replacement arrived, and Jon not only installed it but even helped change the oil in my mom's car as well and answer some of her questions and concerns. We will definitely continue to use, as well as recommend Jon to friends and family. Thanks Jon! BTW: The Rooster, with his leather jacket on, says hi. :D
