    I rarely leave reviews, but this experience needs to be shared…read more I scheduled a windshield replacement and the first appointment was canceled due to staffing issues, which left me driving with a damaged windshield for an extra week. When the technician finally came, the service did not go smoothly. The install took longer than expected, and the post-install "test drive" lasted over 30 minutes, including time spent parked at an unrelated location without any communication. After the job, I was told the calibration failed, which meant all of my driver-assistance safety systems were disabled. Despite this, the job was marked as "completed" and I was charged in full. Since the replacement, my heads-up display is now blurry and misaligned, when it was crystal clear before. I also noticed what appears to be minor interior damage and questionable alignment around the windshield. The most frustrating part has been the lack of follow-up and communication. I was told I would receive a call, but days went by with no update. Multiple attempts by both myself and customer service to reach the local store went unanswered. The issue had to be escalated to higher levels before I even received a response. When I finally spoke with the store manager, the focus was on having their technicians redo the work rather than addressing the fact that the vehicle was returned in worse condition than before. I was also offered a refund or a discounted redo, neither of which actually resolves the problem. At this point, my main concern is simple: the vehicle needs to be restored to the condition it was in before the service, with fully functioning safety systems and a properly aligned HUD. I would strongly recommend being cautious and making sure you understand how calibration and follow-up will be handled before moving forward with this type of service.

    I took our vehicle to Safelite in North Haven for a replacement windshield. The tech took the 3…read moreplus hours needed to install the windshield and calibrate the Nissan Intelligent Dash Cam in the vehicle. The tech ignored that the windshield was damaged before they installed it (or that he had damaged it while installing it.) The tech was more worried about his rating before I had inspected the vehicle. They also cut into the A pillar trim inside the vehicle and damaged the headliner in the vehicle. The manager stated there is nothing wrong with the windshield (which he later admitted the windshield was damaged) but the headliner is supposed to look like that. There were fibers from the headliner, a shaving from the A pillar trim and pieces of rubber seal inside the vehicle, the seat and floor when inspected. The pics show the black painted edge on the windshield, and a clear area on the very edge. this was either damaged before it was installed or damaged during the installation. Either way this is not acceptable.

    They are crooks! I took my car in for warranty rear subframe…read morereplacement and was told the rear springs needed to be replaced not under warranty at a cost of $988. I inquired as to a breakdown on the charges and discovered the dealership was charging me labor to remove and replace the springs that they already would be doing when replacing the rear subframe. Double dipping for labor. They then remove the labor and told me it was $565 for the parts. I looked at their retail online store (buymbpartsdirect.com) and found the springs to cost $118 each. As a retail customer I could buy them from their parts department at that price. I inquired as to allowing me to purchase the springs from their online parts department and they install them. I was told no that they would not do that because they felt the online pricing was wholesale prices even though I could buy them as a retail customer. They tried to pull the same thing with the exhaust that they would have to remove anyway for the warranty repair and tried to have me replace it for almost $1700 when the part was $770 from their online parts department. They are not honest and will rip you off!

During the purchase of my vehicle, I was given clear verbal assurances about fees and warranty coverage. Those promises disappeared the moment it was time to sign paperwork. I was suddenly hit with unexpected fees that were never disclosed upfront and when I questioned them, the response was immediate denial. No accountability. No explanation. Just "that was never promised." Shortly after purchasing the vehicle, things began falling apart mechanically, which is unacceptable so soon after buying a car. Despite that, I returned to this dealership for service only because I was explicitly told I was still under warranty and would not incur out-of-pocket costs. Fast forward to today: I checked in for service and was informed after the fact that nothing is covered, and I would be responsible for the full cost. This directly contradicted what I was told previously. Had I known that upfront, I never would have come in. Instead, I wasted my time, rearranged my schedule, and left angry and frustrated. This dealership has now screwed me over multiple times: * False verbal promises during sales * Surprise fees at closing * Early mechanical issues * Conflicting and misleading information about warranty coverage This isn't a one-off mistake. It's a pattern. If you value honesty, transparency, and being treated with even basic respect, do not do business here. Get everything in writing or better yet, take your money elsewhere. A few hours later they called to say the tire was damaged beyond repair and we needed a new tire. We said to go ahead and replace the tire. They were to call us when it was ready. Several hours went by. I called and was put on hold "while they checked". After waiting quite a while the call went to voice mail. I was getting very frustrated. We went to Town Fair and found out they had not started to take care of our car. Finally, they took the car in and replaced the tire. When we went to check out, the person at the desk was most apologetic and offered a very nice discount "for our trouble". Mistakes happen, but when the business responds appropriately and in good faith, it makes all the difference in the world. We will continue to use Town Fair Tire and will recommend this location to our friends.

I had some areas with the. Tyrod ends they would not want to loosen fear of breaking them. My mechanic hears that a lot, so therefore my tires will not wear even even with rotation so my mechanic will loosens the Tyrod so then them I can come back and get pass the limit to where it's all green on the paper they give you I have 30 days to do this. The machine looks so new It doesn't look like they use it often so buyers be aware make sure your alignment is done indeed and you get the paper to back it up with the tires on it and what is done if there's red on them not all green get it fix the problem so you can pass and your tires will wear even. Again, I would not have known for my mechanic and for my steering wheel already being crooked from a large pothole. It did get straightened and I am driving straight. I just have to get these Tyrod bolts loosened so they can realign the car and I can pass with all green flying colors and I'm going call corporate tomorrow for my refund. It shouldn't be a problem if it is I will be back on here but that's so good of a review, but overall, it was a great experience with my tires. And the alignment for now. Workers scheduling appointments and working there a very polite and helpful and so is the manager Gino.
