If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience with Executive Jeep Nissan has been a masterclass in false promises, denial, and customer mistreatment from the sales floor all the way to service. During the purchase of my vehicle, I was given clear verbal assurances about fees and warranty coverage. Those promises disappeared the moment it was time to sign paperwork. I was suddenly hit with unexpected fees that were never disclosed upfront and when I questioned them, the response was immediate denial. No accountability. No explanation. Just "that was never promised." Shortly after purchasing the vehicle, things began falling apart mechanically, which is unacceptable so soon after buying a car. Despite that, I returned to this dealership for service only because I was explicitly told I was still under warranty and would not incur out-of-pocket costs. Fast forward to today: I checked in for service and was informed after the fact that nothing is covered, and I would be responsible for the full cost. This directly contradicted what I was told previously. Had I known that upfront, I never would have come in. Instead, I wasted my time, rearranged my schedule, and left angry and frustrated. This dealership has now screwed me over multiple times: * False verbal promises during sales * Surprise fees at closing * Early mechanical issues * Conflicting and misleading information about warranty coverage This isn't a one-off mistake. It's a pattern. If you value honesty, transparency, and being treated with even basic respect, do not do business here. Get everything in writing or better yet, take your money elsewhere. Let me start off by saying I've been a somewhat steady customer with Executive Nissan for over 20 years through 6 + leases/purchases. Every time though I go there, whether it be with sales or service, there is an issue of either a "bait and switch" nature, intentional misinformation or outright denial of providing said false information. I can offer no excuse other than location convenience for continuing so long trying be a customer and thinking their shady patterns would be "different this time". They never change. A couple days ago I scheduled service to have the transmission fluid changed in a 2019 Rogue and a 2013 Rogue. I was quoted a price on the phone which I thought was reasonable, so I scheduled both vehicles. Today I arrived with the first vehicle and met with Mr. Meyer their service "specialist". The recent graduate of the Scott Orsini (Owner) sales and service training camp immediately informed me I was misquoted and the new cost was roughy $150 more per vehicle. The additional cost was not really the issue. This continued pattern of mob like practices finally made me realize there are plenty of places that welcome their customers, and this is not one of them. I said my piece, and canceled my service for both vehicles. I suggest you save yourself the hassle and avoid this dealership. You'll always feel like you need a shower when you leave. read more

Bought my car there, since week 1 have had engine problems. Check engine light kept coming on, come to ultimately find out that they sold me a certified car with sludge in the engine, now possibly going to cost me over $1000 to repair. The service manager frank told me to take my business somewhere else and even physically threatened me with violence, had to call the police on him. Executive Nissan has been taking advantage of my 73-year-old father, and the way they've handled his vehicle is unacceptable. They continue to lie to him about what's wrong with his car--telling him one issue, "fixing" it, and then coming back with something else. On top of that, there's a recall for his year and model, yet they are still trying to charge him for the repair. Our family has been loyal customers for decades, purchasing over 20 Acuras from Acura by Executive Dealership , and this is how they treat a long-time customer. They also promised his car would be done in a day, but it has now been over two weeks. Instead of taking accountability, they are trying to charge him for a loaner vehicle during this delay. As his daughter, I've called multiple times to speak with Scott Orsini but he has not returned my calls. This complete lack of communication and integrity is deeply disappointing but explains why there are so many other one-star reviews here. Long story short everyone was nice enough, but we felt like there were delays that could have easily been avoided if people were just more willing to do their job. Here are the details: NISSAN SERVICE Nissan Service was pretty good in diagnosing my vehicle and quickly at first, however the tech that called us Wednesday to diagnose the issue was talking so quickly in an area where we could barely understand him, and when we asked him to repeat info, he said he'd just email us and quickly hung up. I had to call again Friday to ask for the email of diagnosis, only then they sent it. NISSAN SALES I went in person on Friday to grab a few things from the car and everyone was very friendly, including sales that we were offloading the car to. I asked about their hours next day: 7-1ish for service, 9-5 for sales. The sales guy mentioned normal sales tactics about getting me into a new car and I told him about my old one. On Saturday when we went in around 10 am service was fine but we had to wait a while at the counter to pay, then at sales we were not approached, we had to ask for help. We ended up getting the same sales guy after waiting around, who we were told was a manager, who then said that they actually CANNOT buy the car from us that day and could only do a trade in. He said that it would take about 20 minutes on Monday, but that we would have to wait for "the girls". I asked him why he was not able to do it since we were there already, and if he was qualified as a manager to process that... he looked shocked that I had asked him that and didn't really say much just that "the girls" will be there Monday. I expressed disappointment that he had not told me this the day before, he didn't really say anything to that either "I didn't know" or something, maybe meaning he didn't know I would decline a trade in. Not everyone will want an immediate trade in, this was something he easily could have told me Friday when I said I'd return Sat. I don't normally mind this but it didn't appear incredibly busy, it was still early in the day, and he was probably more than qualified to handle it.. I assume he just didn't want to because people buying were prioritized first. And I get this, but it inconveniences the customer and prioritizes sales for them. When it actually did the opposite because I might have been interested in buying, just not that second. That "manager" was terrible at communicating when faced with tougher questions. They were truly nice enough, but between the tech and the sales manager delaying the process, I will not be back to buy in 6mo - one year when I am ready to buy new. If things had gone smoother I may have considered a Wrangler down the line, not anymore. I brought my car in fir service on 5/28 for what was supposed to be a 90,000 service amongst other things. Included in the 90,000 service was supposed to be the replacement of the engine and cabin filters but they were not replaced. When i asked the service associate about it she said that since i didn't specifically mention that and i sign the order, i had to pay extra. I didn't realize that even though I asked for the 90,000 service that I had to mention them. I have been a long-time customer and have spent a lot of money at your business. read more

After a rather pleasant interaction with salesperson and the high probability I was going to purchase a car, I left and they lost my business once I got in my car to leave I noticed an alert my truck was opened, I got out and checked, it wasn't opened, got back in car same thing so checked again and now same thing. Went back in inquired they perhaps did something when appraising car for trade in. First they said, they don't check trunks and accused me of lying that that was how I bought it in. Then the salesperson said mgr would like to talk with you about extended warranty and cost of shipping car to VA. she called and after I told her how happy I was with price which I doubled checked and had in writing . she interrupts me and said " o yea about the price it's 10,000 more". I said I have your offer . that's a mistake but what would you pay? she wanted to start negotiating. I knew what I was looking for going in and didn't have any expectations that this experience was going to be any different than any other dealer. They had a used vehicle with the right mileage and the right price. I purchased the vehicle with no future plans to become a cash cow for them. I'm happy with the vehicle I got for the price I paid. That said there are a bunch of issues that prevent me from ever going back or sending anyone there. Upon delivery they asked where my plates were, they took it upon themselves to transfer the plates from my other vehicle to the new one. I had made it very clear I intended to drive my old vehicle to the crusher and wanted new registration. They fixed that and I took the vehicle. Then the phone calls started, not constant but often enough that I was starting to think I had a stalker or they were looking for a relationship. I'm an adult and can read the owners manual if I have questions. I ended up blocking the number. While I was reading the owners manual and playing around with the features I discovered the tires were all inflated to 41psi according to the TPMS monitor system. Clearly the service department had not gone over this vehicle, which makes me wonder if it got ANY of the safety checks required by law. It gets worse. I start receiving mail for Sirius XM subscriptions, which I don't want. I am also getting a barrage of extended warranty offers. It's blatantly obvious they sold my information since ALL these people know what year, make ,and model I purchased. The icing on the cake is I just received notice this vehicle is due for emissions testing, I haven't had the car 3 full weeks yet! read more

I don't know what is going on with the Service Department. Other then Dominique, who is amazing, I am CONVINCED the rest of the department is sabotaging vehicles to cost their owners more money. Why do I think this? Each time I go for an oil change, my check engine light comes on the next day. When I brought it back after my last oil change, I was told that the clamp holding the filter for my intake manifold was lose. They said it happens over time. "Yeah right!" It happens the day after an oil change when the "do a full inspection" of your car. Only explanation, that makes any sense to me, is that they lossened it. If you can avoid it, DO NOT get your car serviced at this dealership! read more

I came in for an oil change I pay the same amount in all other Nissan Dealership except here, here they like to cross off your "legal binding contract" with blue pen and try to convince you they use "special oil" and that due to inflation they have price differences to other Nissan Dealerships. Funny enough I called 4 other Nissan Dealerships and even with inflation their cost are all consistent. They scam who they can and the employees seem to have alot of "fat fingers" as they called it. Yet I asked to speak to a manager never did her/she show up when I confronted them about it instead they asked me to lower voice, God for bid people in the waiting room start to get suspicious of this shady buisness so they asked me to go into an employees office for him to tell me I had no choice but to pay the amount they decided to rip me off with. Go to literally any other Nissan dealership for service and run from this one. I just had my car fixed here and was way overcharged. $1600 to fix an engine cooling fan. The person I dealt with was the epitome of a tacky used car salesman. I must have looked like a mark to him. He said the car would be ready at the end of the day, then called and said the next day at 4 and when I was able to pick it up at noon, he kept saying, "We like to over deliver." Um, they were supposed to have it the day before. Like a cheap salesmen, he was trying to tell me he had it ready "early." I looked up the part they replaced and it costs $80. Yes, I know it's mostly labor costs. But $1600? And never fixed the second issue but instead said I could come back for that. Right. For another $1600? I am so mad at myself for not looking at their yelp reviews before I brought my car here. This dealership has a business model based on scamming people. I'm disgusted. read more

Mine had major issues and was just out of warranty, even though mileage was very low and vehicle was properly maintained and kept in pristine shape, inside and out. Dealership did not seem to care at all. Nissan corporate offices reviewed case and rejected responsibility for major transmission issue in a car with very few miles on it. Will NEVER buy another NISSAN again ever. Would never buy an Infiniti either. Pay a little more and get a decent vehicle whose manufacturer stands behind the vehicle. Did you ever think you could rate a car dealership as 5 stars? I never thought it possible until we just visited Exec Nissan here. In brief we had explained our situation about getting a replacement to our end of lease vehicle a few weeks earlier. The leasing manager, Elaine was very helpful and put us in touch with Nissan Finance to arrange more time etc. Then we made an appointment to return this month to look at options. Here we were introduced to Irwin, the sales guy, and straight away our needs were understood and a vehicle presented to look at, all of this without any hassle, pressure or the usual stuff we are now accustomed to expect. Once a vehicle and trim selected, a number was presented. it was exactly what we were looking for and with the added bonus of not having to put down as much as expected. A real deal, so sweet I never felt the need to haggle or ask for a rethink. Can you believe it? From there the process was so smooth, pleasant and friendly it was almost too good to be true. We returned the following day to collect the vehicle and leave the old one, again everything was organized, no surprises other than the extremely high standard of customer service. My wife and I actually felt like real customers again, very refreshing. It has only been 48 hours since our first visit and I have already recommended this dealership to two other friends who are thinking of changing vehicles. That's how it works. At present I see no other reason to visit any other dealership in this area after visiting over 6 of them prior to this one and actually getting frustrated with each and every one. I would give no star if possible. We bought our Jeep Grand Cherokee (2019) the end of 2018. We were in CT visiting family when the car started having electrical problems. A month and 4 visits later the car is still not fixed. Spoke to the manager, Frank Gargano. Told me he has worked there for 28 years. They refused to work on car anymore, said we have to remove brake assist first. They called it a radar detector, it's a brake assist for trailer. He said he didn't have to work on our car if he didn't want to (really?? Warranty work???) and that perhaps it was time to try another dealership. That is what I would recommend to anyone. They are either completely incompetent or lazy, not sure which. Years ago we had a problem with my Sentra, had to take all the way to corporate. They claimed the problem was from an inferior oil filter. It was not. Gas would get trapped in carburetor if car was moved and then turned off. You have to get car off Cold before you could turn off. This dealership was aware of this (tech told my mechanic ) but rather than take responsibility for it they said it was because I didn't get oil change with them. We never went to their service dept for repairs after that but since we were visiting from out of state my husband brought here because the closest. Never again! read more

I have bought 4 vehicles from Executive Auto Group in the last 20 years and 3 of them were Nissans from Executive Nissan. Now I first must say that I have had great luck with my Nissan vehicles regarding reliability and trade in or resale value. As for Executive Nissan, the Sales staff are polite and courteous without being overbearing and they do not use high pressure sales tactics. They offer free oil changes on some of the new vehicle sales and when you do get an oil change for your vehicle it is usually a pleasant experience and a short wait in a clean waiting room with chairs and a television to pass the time. The repair garage area is always clean and organized and I believe the mechanics are very good for the rare times when a Nissan needs a repair or maintenance. I have had the experience where I went to other dealers and they back out of what they advertise for promotions in newspapers, radio or television. Executive stands by their promotions as advertised. I am a hard negotiator however I have not needed to use my skills as Executive gave me great deals for each of my purchases. I have compared cars of other dealers with equal sticker or MSRP prices and Executive was able to beat all the other dealership prices that I was offered easily. I have also dealt with the owner Scott Orsini directly as he spoke directly to me about a few of the purchases I have made before I made my final decision. It is nice to know that the guy at the top does not think he is too important to speak to a customer and help resolve an issue. I have also never seen an owner so involved with helping deals go through smoothly as Scott. He wants a pleasant experience for the customers. If you want a great deal and a place you can trust to resolve issues you can feel safe buying a vehicle from Executive Nissan. One last note on the slightly negative side that is not really Executive Nissans fault. I do not want to say that any place can be perfect to make my review credible. As with any good retailer there are certain times when this dealership is so busy that I could not get help without a long wait. Once in a while they do get very busy and I do recommend trying to pick a slower traffic time to start your vehicle search process. I would call them first and ask them what a good time to come in would be so that you can get the full attention that you need when making a decision to purchase a vehicle. Oh yes, I have also sent many friends to Executive Nissan and they have thanked me for the recommendation. My latest purchase was a couple of weeks ago. I bought a new 2013 Nissan Altima SV white and I got a great deal. My friend with not so great credit went there the other day and she trumped me and bought an Alltima LE 2013 loaded at a price well below MSRP. I hope this review helps. read more

My wife and have jobs that require us to be ready and out very early each day. We where having an issue with her backup camera not displaying. She called and scheduled an appointment, dropped off the car was told this will take 2 hours to diagnose on the call and upon arrival was told it would take up to four hours. Have been in the automotive business my self I could understand the additional time if there was not a scheduled appointment. After 5 hours she called for an update and was told they still did not know the problem and they would get to her shortly. Not sure what meant. 8 hours later she was told they would need another day, after having all day and when she asked for the diagnosis, was told that they still had no clue as to the problem. She then explained that she needed it before the end of the day and was told that other cars in there shop was more important ad there parts arrived. Again I could understand that if they only had 2 mechanics. Not the case we went and picked up the car and found the gas gage show half of what in it when it was dropped off. This would be ok but there was no diagnostic done, why would they need to run the car if they were not checking the computer or the camera. As these are the main areas to check first. They said they were checking the wiring, come on how stupid is that as that is the last place and that can be checked without running the motor. I call to friends in other state that are still working in dealerships and both are Master ASC certified mechanics. They agree it is most likely not the wiring they could diagnose in a shop in less than an hour. Further more the unprofessional staff and the lack of customer service is why I heard this is the worst place to have work done. I will not be going back and recommend no one else wastes there time with them. read more

I bought a car in early June. It is a good car. My problem is that I had a few small problem and no one seems to care. I was promised a car wash, floor mats and an incentive check because my wife also bought a car. I tried to reach Dave Jones and it took him two days to return my call. When I spoke with Dave Jones because I did not receive these items, he promised to take care of it. I did not here from him for 10 days so I called and emailed and he promised I could pick them up today. I went to the dealership and the mats were not ordered. I have to go back again on Monday and waste my time. Dave clearly showed that I am not important to him as a customer. After I get the mats, I will be done with this dealership. read more

Two cars purchased by two family members, registration screwed up on both (screwed up badly costing serious $$$ to resolve) and they don't want to know anything. Telling us to go down to Motor Vehicle to resolve and Motor Vehicle tells us - no way, it's Executive's problem. They never return calls, never offer assistance. Service department is as unfriendly as can be and certainly not responsive to questions or concerns. Stay away!!! There are other much better Nissan dealers out there. read more

If you see a ton of good reviews on other sites its likely because after you buy/lease your car they hound you to leave a good review. That being said, here is an HONEST review. I have leased two vehicles from Executive, and thought I had been dealing with a car dealership that I could trust. I was beginning to look for a third car when I had such a bad experience that it tainted my overall view of this place. I am leasing a Jeep Grand Cherokee. Previously, I had leased a Nissan Rogue. They do a much better job with Nissan than Jeep. Here is the pile of lies that I was fed (I didn't realize how many lies until I went in recently due to receiving a piece of mail falsely luring me in for a high trade in for my current car - more on this later). I was told by Frank the "Tank" two years ago that because I was coming in with a Honda CRV, that he could not do much for me as those cars do not have a high resale value. This sounded pretty credible. Then he explained that if I went to the Jeep Grand Cherokee, that when I was ready to turn this car in after 36 months, I would be in a much better position to negotiate and would be able to lower my monthly payments. Silly me...that line sounded good so I bought it. Sigh. Fast forward to now. I received a piece of what I have since learned was only marketing garbage in the mail. It was written in such a way to lead me to believe that they had pulled the stats on my current vehicle and were offering me a great incentive to trade in ($29k for the vehicle and $8k towards a new lease). Thinking this sounded too good to be true, I called first. See, I live an hour and a half away and it's not necessarily convenient for me to take a day off of work to come in. I called, asked for the guy's name on the mailer and he assured me that the mailer was accurate. To top it off HE USED HURRICANE HARVEY (shameless!!!!) as a way to assure me that this promotion was legit due to the high demand for Jeep Grand Cherokees in Houston. He also assured me that they had plenty of vehicles on the lot that I would be interested in. "Come on in!", he said, emphasizing that the day I called was the best day to take advantage of the offer. I drop what I was doing, drive all the way down only to be passed to another guy when I arrived. I now begin to see the charade. The new guy comes and says that first of all, he doesn't know who I talked to or who sold me my original car because there's no way I can get a new lease, EVEN WHEN MY LEASE IS UP AND IF IM THOUSANDS OF MILES UNDER. He says he's surprised by how low my payments are. Then he throws Frank "the Tank" under the bus, and says "well we know that guy must not work here anymore because he flat out lied to you". Then, he proceeds to tell me that they have nothing on the lot that I was looking for. Additionally, and this was the final kicker, and what makes me want to give 1 star, he says that the whole marketing campaign was just false advertising and they have no intention of offering me what the letter said. He admitted it was just to get people in the door. He said that since I had another year of my lease, AND because they weren't going to give me the incentive that brought me in, it would put me underwater. When I expressed that this is exactly why I called before coming in, he just shrugged. This place is now off my list forever. Please just go to Branhaven or somewhere else. This dealership is shameless and will do whatever they need to do, legal or not, to get in your pants. read more

My experience here with the last 5 vehicles I've leased has overall been good. The sales staff has been great to deal with. The only disappointment has been over the years the accessibility to getting in quickly for an oil change or service has been increasingly difficult to access. I have a new Rogue with check engine light on and can't get in for 5-7 days. We use to have no problem with access when in need. Once again the overall service rendered has been good. read more

My girlfriend and here mom brought there 05 Nissan sentra which they bought new their in for an oil change they couldn't even do that right waited 3 hours come to find out i checked the oil a couple weeks later found that they put 4 quarts to many in the engine had to drain down to the correct level luckily the engine didnt blow up I feel some idiot mechanic worked on it not caring probably did it on purpose thinking they would come back to by a new car I dont recommended this place they get 0 stars in my opinion. read more

I have a 2015 Nissan rouge which I bought from Brian Jacobs, who was the worse sales man ever he was no help and once I received the car alittle over a year now the seat track is broken the radio works when it wants and the front end has a sound when you turn the car on. It's a 2015 but when I get into it , it feels like a damn 20 year old car. & Nissan wanted nothing to do with me or the car but thousands of dollars. As a first time car buyer, I thought purchasing a car through a dealership was going to be easy... it quickly became a nonstop headache the second I walked through the doors at Executive Nissan. They had a car I was interested in buying so I put a hold down and began the process that comes with financing a car. With it being used, I understood that there would be scratches... not rust spots or rotors/calipers that were badly rusted for only a 3 year old car. I was told they were gonna have someone inspect the car and touch up the rust spots. I saw the car on a Wednesday and was planning to purchase that Saturday... in those 2 days no one contacted me regarding how they were doing with the touch ups or to confirm I was still interested. I followed up that Saturday to see the touch ups were messy and the rotors/calipers are in terrible condition. I was told they were going to send it through inspection again on Monday. My salesman contacted me that Monday to say I should hear from someone regarding the status of the car. Tuesday comes and AGAIN the day before I was going to possibly purchase the car, NO ONE contacted me. I was told the manager called/left voicemail but received NOTHING! I decided this was not the place to purchase a car and called the manager twice/left 2 voicemails indicating I wanted a refund on my hold. I had to have someone else call and demand to speak to him because he failed to contact me. I should've listened to the reviews on YELP and Better Business Bureau!!! read more

I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. Every step of the car leasing experience here has been terrible. It started when I went to look at cars in the spring and after being ignored by multiple sales people (for about 15 min), one finally approached us. When he asked what we were interested in and I said my current lease ends soon and I am interested in leasing an Altima in July. He said he couldn't show us anything because the new Altima wasn't in yet. (Really? You couldn't even show us the current Altima?) I left annoyed feeling like they wanted nothing to do with us. Luckily for them I wanted an Altima so a month or so later we went back to test drive. This time someone actually spoke to us. He took us on a test drive, but didn't try to sell the car at all. We had to ask a million questions about the features because he wasn't offering anything up. Honestly a nice guy but a terrible sales rep. I did decide to get the car because again an Altima is what I wanted. After weeks of back and forth trying to get a car (there were no colors available, etc. so they couldn't get me the color I was looking for) I finally got a car and they installed the sunroof for me since that was not on the car they were able to provide me. I go to pick up the car and the finance man was the most obnoxious person I've dealt with. He asked if we were annoyed because we were quiet. And yes I honestly was because I hated this dealership already, but really I was just tired since I had been traveling that day. I told him no I was just tired.... he then asked literally 6 other times if "we were pissed" - very unprofessional and now we were getting annoyed. So now flash forward 2 months after I have my car - I haven't received a bill. I call because I thought they were maybe combining the first two months, but wanted to check. I get a hold of the leasing dept and they tell me that when the finance man passed over my info to the leasing dept the address was wrong. So I had overdue bills now that I wasn't even aware of. And worst of all - my credit score significantly dropped because I didn't pay my bill on time. A bill I never received because of the wrong information being passed along. I get that sorted out (I think at least). And now this past weekend I'm driving along a road and go over a bump - a very tiny bump while going 30 mph, and the entire sunroof console falls down from the ceiling of my car almost hitting me in the head while driving. The same sunroof that they installed when I got the car. I've had problems with every department - sales, finance, maintenance. Everything about this dealership has been a complete nightmare and honestly I've been passing the word along to everyone I know not to go there. read more

May 6 2016 we went to see a Nissan Murano executive Nissan everything was going fine and my wife want to keep her options open and soon as my wife said she just looking around the floor manager Frank he went berserk total anger management and his helper. but the guy looking like broken down Frank Sinatra was very pissed off because we was thinking about buying a jeep just his attitude towards customers was very scary and I felt very bad for my wife we had 6000 in my wife's car so I changed my mind. I am very disgusted with his attitude that place will not make money with that guy there people be very careful with the floor manager Frank he needs severe help and telling my wife smart comments my wife left and went in her car and started crying the way he treated her my wife is a beautiful black woman and no one should be treated like that shame on you !!!!! read more
